As a Data Engineer on our BI team, you’ll be a key player in Motive’s growth, delivering the data infrastructure for the AI era. You’ll act as the essential link between complex data and key business domains, delivering the high-quality datasets and semantic models that drive global strategy. This is an exciting opportunity to implement cutting-edge tooling, leverage AI to enhance your workflow, and master a modern data stack in a fast-evolving environment.
This is the perfect role for a "jack of all trades" data practitioner. You’ll design data models, build robust pipelines, manage DevOps and automated systems, and implement AI-driven data tooling. About Neuralink:
We are creating devices that enable a bi-directional interface with the brain. These devices allow us to restore movement to the paralyzed, restore sight to the blind, and revolutionize how humans interact with their digital world.
Team Description:
The Data Engineering Team works closely with other teams—neuroscientists, physicists, roboticists, chip designers, pathologists, and mechanical engineers—to build Neuralink’s centralized data aggregation and analysis platform. This data platform collects, organizes, and visualizes a diverse set of data ranging from neural signal recordings and brain histology images to microfabrication manufacturing data. Our team owns projects that drive engineering and experimentation at Neuralink.
We operate like an internal startup – rapidly prototyping and building software that solves problems for the company. If you are obsessed with smooth user experience and love to iterate rapidly on software, you may be a good fit for this role!

As a Software Engineer on the Data Engineering Team, you will have the opportunity to impact engineering and experimentation at Neuralink. You will fully own and drive projects, from interfacing with stakeholders and gathering requirements, to delivering exceptional software. Expected Compensation:
The anticipated base salary for this position is expected to be within the following range. We are seeking a highly technical, hands-on Senior Data Engineer to architect and scale our data infrastructure from the ground up. As a core member of the data function within our Business Technology team, you will be responsible for building the pipelines and models that power smarter decision-making and operational efficiency across the entire organization.
In this foundational role, you will build & architect the modern data stack, ensuring our infrastructure is robust, automated, and governed. We are seeking a visionary Lead AI Architect to lead the design and implementation of next-generation AI solutions by bridging our Salesforce CRM ecosystem with AWS cloud infrastructure.
