About this role
Faire is building the infrastructure for independent retail and fulfillment is at the center of how we deliver on that promise. As Onsite Warehouse Operations Manager, you will be the primary embedded representative at our warehouse operator partner site, owning the day-to-day performance of the operation and serving as the critical link between Faire and the operator. You'll drive operational excellence, enforce quality standards, manage escalations, and ensure the warehouse runs in a way that reflects Faire's commitments to brands and retailers.
This is a high-accountability, high-visibility role for someone who thrives in fast-paced physical environments and is equally comfortable pulling a root cause analysis as they are building a working relationship with a site general manager.

Chicago: The pay range for this role is $130,500 to $179,500 per year.

Please note: This role is 100% in-person and requires full-time, on-site attendance at our Elwood, Illinois facility.
Hybrid Faire employees currently go into the office 3 days per week on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and a third flex day of their choosing (Monday, Wednesday, or Friday). Additionally, hybrid in-office roles will have the flexibility to work remotely up to 4 weeks per year. Specific Workplace and Information Technology positions may require onsite attendance 5 days per week as will be indicated in the job posting.

The reasonably estimated salary for this role at Nexamp ranges from $130,000 - $155,000. Nexamp is looking to hire a Lead Commissioning Engineering to join it's Clean Energy Deployment team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that Nexamp projects are safely and reliably energized on schedule, moving through project milestones, including, Mechanical Completion (MC), Permission to Operate (PTO) and Substantial Completion (SC). You will leverage deep SCADA and data acquisition expertise across utility-scale and distributed generation projects to validate that assets perform as modeled and as represented to financing partners, banks, and utilities, and to close gaps in our growing SCADA pipeline. By owning the technical review and implementation of SCADA and related controls, you will help turn projects on, maintain critical deadlines, and confirm that operational performance aligns with contractual, market, and internal performance requirements.

Compensation
The reasonably estimated salary for this role at Nexamp ranges from $127,000 - $142,000. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual bonus programs based on individual and company performance, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans). Additionally, you may be eligible to participate in the Company’s stock option plan. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but is not limited to, skills and qualifications, internal equity, performance, and geographic location.

As a Partner Account Executive for GustoPro, you will play a critical role in expanding Gusto's footprint within the accounting market by recruiting new accounting firm partners, enabling them to succeed on the platform, and driving them to a healthy, self-sufficient state before transitioning them to an Account Manager.
Working directly with our Head of Sales and Head of GustoPro Sales, you will shape our new partner sales motion while owning the full arc of partner activation — from first conversation to a successful handoff. You'll engage with C-level executives and senior payroll specialists at accounting firms, with a focus on large regional and national players. You'll act as a consultant, understanding their unique needs and demonstrating how GustoPro can boost efficiency and help them realize more value for their clients while delivering upside for the firm.
The Partner Onboarding Agreement — a 30-day enablement contract signed at close — is your operating document once a firm is in. It defines milestones, role responsibilities across the firm, and the incentive structure that keeps both sides accountable through activation.
We're looking for a true "builder" — someone who's excited to wear multiple hats, design systems and processes, and run experiments. Comfort with a dynamic environment and the ability to pivot when needed is essential.
Our target on-target earnings (OTE) compensation for this role is $125,000/yr to $150,000/yr in Denver, Las Vegas, Chicago, Atlanta & most remote locations, $155,000/yr to $182,000/yr for San Francisco & New York and $120,000 to $180,000 CAD for Toronto. This OTE is structured with a target 70% base pay and 30% commission pay with an uncapped commission structure. Gusto has physical office spaces in Denver, San Francisco, and New York City. Employees who are based in those locations will be expected to work from the office on designated days approximately 2-3 days per week (or more depending on role). In this role, you will support both ongoing and new engagements by overseeing the delivery of actionable and impactful insights at the intersection of business, site, and paid media data. This position plays a key role in evolving our analytics capabilities while also working closely with client stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
This is a highly hands-on, client-facing role, with a strong focus on building and maintaining data pipelines, enabling measurement frameworks, and supporting advanced analytics use cases.
