We are looking for an Entrepreneurship Development Junior Specialist to support the execution and growth of ALX Ventures programs in Morocco, including Founder Academy and Freelance Academy.
ALX Africa, a non-profit organization under the ALX Foundation, is dedicated to unlocking the potential of Africa's digital future. Formerly part of Sand Tech Holdings, we've embarked on an independent journey to provide world-class tech skills training and career acceleration programs. With hubs in 8 cities across Africa and counting, we provide safe access to quality learning and a dedicated network of expert instructors. As an Entrepreneurship Development Junior Specialist, you will support the Entrepreneurship Development Manager (EDM) in executing and scaling ALX Ventures programs in Morocco.
You will operate as a strong individual contributor, translating program objectives into structured execution plans, coordinating program activities, and driving participant acquisition across Founder Academy and Freelance Academy.
This role combines program delivery and growth. You will contribute to ensuring high-quality program execution while actively identifying and implementing strategies to increase participation through marketing, communication, and ecosystem engagement.

Given the nature of the role, the position is primarily remote. However, the selected candidate is expected to be regularly present at the City Hub when required.
This includes supporting program activities, events, and ecosystem engagements, as well as interacting directly with participants and stakeholders.
Success in this role requires flexibility, responsiveness, and the ability to operate effectively across both remote and in-person environments.

As Community Lead, you will be the single point of ownership for the ALX Morocco community across both learners and alumni.
You will be responsible for designing and executing engagement strategies that drive retention, belonging, and long-term community value. This includes structuring community journeys, activating engagement initiatives, and ensuring continuity between learner and alumni experiences.
Operating as a strong individual contributor, you will translate strategic direction into operational plans, independently manage execution, and proactively identify opportunities to strengthen community performance.
You will also contribute to positioning the community as a key driver of growth, engagement, and brand amplification, while supporting regional expansion efforts through structured systems and activation monitoring.
