Role Summary

As a Community Associate, you will support the execution of ALX Morocco’s community strategy across both learners and alumni.

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality community experiences, supporting engagement initiatives, and ensuring smooth execution of programs, events, and communication across the community.

Working closely with the Community Lead, you will help operationalize community plans, monitor engagement, and maintain strong relationships with learners and alumni.

This role requires strong organization, attention to detail, proactivity, and the ability to execute consistently in a dynamic environment.

Specific Responsibilities

Community Engagement & Activation

• Support the execution of community engagement initiatives (events, workshops, meetups, online sessions)
• Coordinate logistics and ensure smooth delivery of both online and offline activities
• Support the implementation of community programs (clubs, ambassador initiatives, peer-learning activities)
• Maintain active and responsive communication with learners and alumni
  

Community Operations & Coordination

• Ensure proper coordination of community activities across teams and stakeholders

Community Platforms Management

Specific Responsibilities

Program Execution & Coordination

• Support the execution of ALX Ventures programs (Founder Academy, Freelance Academy)
• Coordinate program logistics, sessions, and overall participant experience

Key Responsibilities

• Precision Calendar Management: Own the CEO’s schedule. You aren't just booking meetings; you are protecting his focus. You’ll ensure he is on time for every interview and engagement, no excuses.
• Time Analytics: Beyond scheduling, you will analyze the calendar. You’ll provide reports on where time is being spent and make data-driven adjustments to ensure the most accurate use of the CEO’s day.
• Events & Offsites Lead You’ll be responsible for the full lifecycle of our local and international offsites. This role is not limited to Casablanca; you will manage logistics for events happening across all our global hubs.
