We are a team of leaders, bold thinkers and friends, and we’re on a mission to create remarkable omni-channel experiences for our customers.
We believe that by being Bold, Accountable, Simple and Human, our values will lead us forward, keeping us real, connected and directed.
By leveraging the power of technology and exceptional talent, we are building products that bring the physical and digital world together to create communities that prosper. This journey requires grit, ambition and teamwork as we transform SA retail for the better.
And we’re only just getting started. Now is the time to jump onboard.
We are a team of leaders, bold thinkers and humble learners and we're here to overcome big challenges, build solutions for people to enjoy, while doing the best work of our careers, together, as Bash. We use technology and talent to bring the physical and digital worlds closer, and we're transforming SA retail for the better.
Bash is one of South Africa's leading omnichannel retailers with the transaction volumes, customer and product data, and operational complexity to make the problems here genuinely hard. The optimisation opportunity is significant and largely untapped, and we're expanding the team to pursue it properly.
The Optimisation & Decision Science team builds the models and algorithms that drive many of Bash's most important operational decisions. This is a small, rigorous team applying serious mathematics to hard operational problems.
We need a Senior Software Engineer to join the team and work alongside our operations research engineers to take that work into production. You’ll be responsible for translating models into reliable, observable systems running at the scale the business needs. You'll bring consistency to how we develop software and deploy models, and you'll build the platforms and standalone applications that let us put automated decisions in front of real customers and operators. You'll set the engineering standard on the team and you'll own what you ship.
Our work sits across the business, from supply chain to customer experience to finance. Typical problems we solve:
In your first 6 to 12 months:
We ask a few optional demographic questions to monitor fairness in hiring and comply with South Africa’s Employment Equity requirements. Your responses are confidential - stored separately from your application and never shown to hiring panels. We review the data only in aggregate to strengthen our sourcing so pipelines are diverse and all candidates receive equitable support. You can skip any question.
We empower our people to choose where they would like to do their best work, with the tools they need to get there but we also encourage our teams to travel so we can also make magic happen face to face. Our offices are a vibe, which doesn’t hurt. They are decked out to make collaboration easy and help our team create lasting connections with each other. We bring teams together for planning, celebration, ideation and onboarding, and more.
Our perks are supercharged by our intangible benefits, like the optionality that comes with building a hyper growth business, being surrounded by the best talent in the biz and building great products that wow our customers and drive growth for our country.
Best of the Best - The wealth of talent we have will surprise + inspire you
Security within a startup - The best of both worlds. TFG's buy-in lets us invest in the people and initiatives we believe in.
Agency and Optionality - Use the ambition and collective force of our talent to drive your career in the direction you dream.
Connection and Friendship - We make sure you connect, laugh and have fun with the team. Play hard, work hard vibes.
Top $$ - The best people, in the right roles, earning at the top tier.
Your Time - We’ve got generous paid holiday, wellbeing leave and even Birthday leave for you to enjoy when you need it.
Exclusive Shopping Discount - Save when you shop across over 500 brands in-store and on bash.com.

Bash is TFG's e-commerce and omnichannel platform, powering multi-brand storefronts across one of South Africa's largest retail groups. Our stack is built on Next.js, React, and Node.js (Client APIs), with frontend workloads deployed at the edge via Cloudflare
We're hiring a Senior Web Engineer to own the technical direction of our web platform. This isn't a "write features and ship tickets" role. You'll shape how we build, set the standards others follow, and make architectural decisions that compound across multiple storefronts and brands.

We believe the next generation of financial services will be powered by stablecoins.
Founded in 2021, our mission at BVNK is to accelerate global money movement.
We’re building stablecoin-native infrastructure so businesses can move value instantly across borders and networks. With global licenses and T1 bank partnerships, we facilitate billions in transactions for enterprise clients like Worldpay, Deel, LianLian Global, and Rapyd.
Our technology is transforming how businesses operate globally by eliminating payment delays, reducing costs, and unlocking trapped capital.
We’re a diverse team spread across EMEA, North America, and APAC, with a shared belief that stablecoins are the new infrastructure layer for financial services, and that BVNK is at the forefront of this shift.
In 2025, we secured strategic investment from Visa, following our $50 million Series B with Haun Ventures, Coinbase Ventures, Scribble Ventures, DRW Venture Capital, Avenir, and Tiger Global. With the backing of these leading investors, we’re accelerating our growth – and we're looking for smart, ambitious people to help us build the future of financial services.
We're incredibly honored to have made Newsweek's list of The Top 100 Global Most Loved Workplaces three years running (most recently in 2025) and to have been recognised by LinkedIn as one of the Top 20 Startups in the UK in 2024
About this role in the team:
We are looking for a QA Engineer who views AI as their primary leverage. At BVNK, we aren't just looking for someone to maintain scripts; we want an engineer who views manual, repetitive testing as a problem to be solved with intelligent agents.
You will join a team of Quality Assurance experts responsible for the end-to-end integrity of our Fiat and Crypto products. Your mission is to evolve our testing from "automated" to "autonomous." You will build intelligent testing systems that predict failures, self-heal scripts, and utilize LLMs to bridge the gap between complex financial requirements and bulletproof code.

If you are looking to join a team where your opinion is valued, your contributions are noticed, and enjoy working with fun and talented people from all over the world, then this is the place for you!
impact.com, the world’s leading partnership management platform, is transforming the way businesses manage and optimize all types of partnerships—including traditional rewards affiliates, influencers, commerce content publishers, B2B, and more. The company’s powerful, purpose-built platform makes it easy for businesses to create, manage, and scale an ecosystem of partnerships with the brands and communities that customers trust to make purchases, get information, and entertain themselves at home, at work, or on the go. To learn more about how impact.com’s technology platform and partnerships marketplace is driving revenue growth for global enterprise brands such as Walmart, Uber, Shopify, Lenovo, L’Oreal, Fanatics and Levi’s, visit www.impact.com.
impact.com's Analytics Data Platform processes terabyte-scale data for one of the world's leading partnership SaaS platforms, covering the full lifecycle from ingestion to governed access.
We're looking for a technical people leader to own and grow the Data Platform Engineering team, while driving the architecture, reliability, and evolution of impact.com's Analytics Data Platform. This is a senior player-coach role: you'll combine hands-on technical leadership with direct people management, building a high-performing team, owning delivery, and shaping platform strategy. Expect to spend roughly 40% hands-on and 60% on leadership, people, and delivery, shifting as the team matures. You'll be accountable for both the team's output and its people, ensuring engineers are supported, challenged, and growing.
As Team Lead for Data Platform Engineering, you'll work across the full data ecosystem (ingestion, processing, storage, orchestration, access, and governance) using technologies like Scala, Python, Google Cloud Dataproc, BigQuery, and Airflow. You'll shape the operating model for the team, establish engineering standards, and drive platform strategy. This role is levelled at Senior/Staff Engineer on the engineering management track and reports to the Director of Advanced Analytics. The position is based in Cape Town, hybrid, with one day per week in office.
Data Platform Engineering is one of four sub-teams within the Data Analytics Group (DAG). DPE owns ingestion, infrastructure, orchestration, and platform services. Analytics Engineering owns the dbt transformation layer and semantic layer. Data Analytics owns reporting and insights. Data Product Management owns product roadmaps and governance processes. You'll partner closely with all three, but won't own dbt models, reporting, or product prioritisation directly.
Our ideal candidate combines distributed systems expertise with proven people leadership. Someone who can make architecture decisions, run a team, and translate platform trade-offs into business language. This role is for someone who wants to build both a platform and a team, not just maintain what exists.
What you'll inherit:
The platform has strong foundations: Scala/Spark pipelines processing TB-scale data, 37+ Fivetran connectors, Airflow on Astronomer for orchestration, a mature dbt-based transformation layer, and BigQuery as the core analytical warehouse. Databricks is part of the current stack but is being transitioned off in favour of Dataproc and BigQuery-native patterns. What's greenfield: governance frameworks, data contracts, SLOs/SLAs, observability, cost management, and data quality monitoring. You'll build the team that delivers on these opportunities.
What you'll do:
Required Skills & Experience:
Nice to Have:

impact.com is the world’s leading commerce partnership marketing platform, transforming the way businesses grow by enabling them to discover, manage, and scale partnerships across the entire customer journey. From affiliates and influencers to content publishers, brand ambassadors, and customer advocates, impact.com empowers brands to drive trusted, performance-based growth through authentic relationships. Its award-winning products—Performance (affiliate), Creator (influencer), and Advocate (customer referral)—unify every type of partner into one integrated platform. As consumers increasingly rely on recommendations from people and communities they trust, impact.com helps brands show up where it matters most. Today, over 5,000 global brands, including Walmart, Uber, Shopify, Lenovo, L’Oréal, and Fanatics, rely on impact.com to power more than 225,000 partnerships that deliver measurable business results.
Reporting to the Manager of Customer Operations Systems, the Internal Systems Engineer (Applied AI) is a specialized, high-impact builder role dedicated to supercharging our Customer Operations teams (Support, Success, Onboarding, Implementation).
This is a highly practical, application-focused engineering position instrumental to our AI transformation. You will spend your time across three types of work:
Many job descriptions define themselves as "critical" or "pivotal." This role genuinely is. impact.com has thousands of clients, millions of partners, endless data, and complex multi-system processes. As a business, we are ensuring we are on the cutting edge - aggressively automating and scaling up what we do with AI. This role owns a substantial portion of that transformation for a critical part of our business.
A note on how you'll work with others: when someone across Customer Operations builds a pilot that proves value, you don't take it over. You partner with them to elevate it - bringing engineering rigor, production infrastructure, and scale while they maintain creative control and ongoing input. When someone has a great idea but isn't technical enough to build it themselves, your first instinct is to build it with them, growing their skills in the process. You're an accelerator, not a bottleneck.
This role is for the person who embodies the overlap of curiosity, process-obsession, and action orientation. It is for the passionate tinkerer who also gets carried away exploring custom Salesforce structures and data flows. It is for the person who has been building agentic workflows to manage their household tasks in their free time because they can't stop playing with the new tools AI offers.
If you are that person - if you are a highly motivated, thoughtful builder - and you want to leverage applied AI on a daily basis, this is the role for you.
At impact.com, we believe that when you’re happy and fulfilled, you do your best work. That’s why we’ve built a benefits package that supports your well-being, growth, and work-life balance.
impact.com is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace. We're looking for a Product Manager to take a lead on ClearScore's Universal API platform. This is the technical foundation that will power how we share our data, capabilities and intelligence beyond our consumer apps. You’ll enable B2B distribution, agentic workflows in the credit space and entirely new ways for partners to integrate with ClearScore.
Working alongside your Head of Product and closely with Platform and Data engineering, you'll own the roadmap and execution of a unified API gateway serving both internal teams and external partners. You'll work closely with the Upstream product team, who own the commercial proposition and externalisation of ClearScore's capabilities, ensuring the platform they need is robust, scalable and well-governed. We trust you to manage your own time, so we offer flexible work and no fixed desk hours. We don't micromanage and believe in measuring outcomes rather than effort. We have an inclusive culture where all, regardless of seniority, are encouraged to contribute with their ideas, look after their wellbeing and actively seek opportunities for career growth.

This is not a “business as usual” engineering role. We’re delivering functionality that changes the core of the business, while replacing a legacy monolith with a modern modular monolith — or individual services where it makes sense. While doing this, we strive to apply best-of-breed technologies and leading-edge methodologies.
We’re looking for someone who’s curious and eager to grow. Someone who wants to challenge the status quo, deepen their skills in modern software engineering, and thrive in an environment where experimentation, collaboration, and continuous improvement is a part of daily life.

Your Role at impact.com:
As a Software Quality Assurance Engineer at Impact, your key responsibilities will carry a dual mandate, being to deliver the highest quality software to our end users while simultaneously ensuring the persistence of the quality standard by means of automated regression. This is a rare opportunity in QA to have a direct influence on the quality of our software through every phase of the feature delivery workflow. This role will fully encompass all responsibilities associated with the Quality Assurance complement for a designated squad.
