THE ROLE As the global architect of our time and leave ecosystem, you will ensure our international workforce is paid accurately and supported by seamless, compliant policies. You’ll transform complex regional labor requirements into elegant Workday solutions, serving as the critical bridge between People, Payroll, and Engineering teams. This is a high-impact opportunity to own the roadmap for Time and Absence, directly influencing the employee experience for every member of the Everpure team.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Architect Scalable Solutions: Design and configure complex Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management rules, ensuring global policy alignment and local compliance across all Everpure regions.
Own the Product Roadmap: Lead the end-to-end delivery of high-priority enhancements—from initial requirement gathering and solution design to testing and deployment—improving system accuracy and automation.
Drive Operational Excellence: Partner with Payroll and People Ops to optimize downstream calculations and integrations, resolving critical system issues and ensuring "audit-ready" data integrity.
Enable Data-Driven Decisions: Build and maintain sophisticated reports and dashboards that provide leadership with real-time insights into global workforce trends and absence patterns.
Optimize the Platform: Evaluate bi-annual Workday releases to identify and implement new features that simplify workflows, enhance self-service, and elevate the Everpure Platform user experience.
WHAT YOU BRING
Expert Configuration Skills: Advanced technical mastery of Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management, including complex accrual calculations, eligibility rules, business process framework, and security.
Global Systems Experience: Proven ability to manage multi-country leave requirements and global payroll integrations within a large-scale, fast-paced environment.
Strategic Problem Solving: Expert-level analytical skills to troubleshoot intricate system dependencies and translate ambiguous business needs into scalable technical architecture.
Collaborative Partnership: Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across HR, Legal, and Finance to drive consensus on global process standardization.
Location: We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara, CA office in compliance with Everpure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.

As a SAP Financials Functional Analyst, you will serve as the strategic architect of our financial reporting and asset management ecosystem. You will bridge the gap between complex accounting requirements and cutting-edge technology, transforming how our global finance teams track capital investments and visualize performance data. Collaborating closely with Finance leadership and IT engineering, you will deliver a seamless, automated SAP S/4HANA environment that drives real-time business intelligence and fiscal accuracy. Your mission is to turn complex financial data into a world-class engine for growth and transparency.
Architect the Asset Lifecycle: Lead the end-to-end design and configuration of SAP Asset Accounting (FI-AA), creating seamless integrations with General Ledger and Project Systems to automate capital project capitalization and ensure depreciation precision.
Drive Financial Intelligence: Design and deploy sophisticated SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) models and dashboards that empower executive leadership with actionable insights, predictive analytics, and streamlined planning capabilities.
Execute Full-Lifecycle Implementations: Orchestrate critical functional workstreams through every phase of SAP deployment—from initial discovery and functional specifications to high-stakes UAT and post-go-live stabilization.
Optimize Global Performance: Identify and champion automation opportunities within the FI-CO landscape to eliminate manual reconciliation, enhance global scalability, and ensure rigorous compliance with international financial standards.
Empower and Mentor Global Users: Serve as the primary subject matter expert and functional guide, troubleshooting complex system bottlenecks and leading specialized training sessions to foster a culture of self-sufficiency and high adoption.
Deep SAP Functional Expertise: Extensive experience in SAP FI-AA configuration, including mastery of chart of depreciation, depreciation keys, and parallel ledger accounting within an S/4HANA environment.
Advanced Analytics Capability: Proven ability to build SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) stories and models, with technical proficiency in managing data connectivity between S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, and BTP.
Financial & Integrated Systems Fluency: Strong understanding of core SAP FI/CO modules (GL, AP, AR) and their integration points with Project Systems (PS) and Procurement (MM) to support capital accounting.
Strategic Problem Solving: A track record of translating complex business needs into scalable technical solutions, paired with the communication skills to influence stakeholders across both technical and finance departments.
Collaborative Leadership: Ability to work independently as a lead on functional workstreams while fostering a collaborative environment within global, cross-functional teams.
