As the Analytics Engineer for Sentry, you will be at the forefront of transforming raw data into strategic advantages for our business line. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of professional experience in an analytics-focused role (Analytics Engineer, Data Engineer, Data Analyst, or similar)
• Degree in a quantitative or analytical field (Statistics, Engineering, Data Science, Math, Operations Research, Computer Science) or equivalent practical experience
• You're technical—you are data-driven, understand systems, and can write SQL and Python (or similar analytical languages) to manipulate and analyze data.
• You're a builder—you take ownership end-to-end, from defining the problem to designing the solution to building and deploying it

The pay range for this position in California at the start of employment is expected to be between $108,900 and $161,160 per Year. The Electrical Test Engineering team at Anduril develops test systems used to ensure the quality and reliability of our aerial and ground based systems. The team works on air vehicles such as Roadrunner, Ghost, Anvil and Fury and develop complex manufacturing test solutions to our internal manufacturing team or contract manufacturers. We work closely and cross-functionally with the rest of our Product Engineering groups that include Electrical, Mechanical and Firmware Engineering to solve and improve our manufacturing process, product quality and reliability.

We are looking to bring on a Test Automation Engineer to design and deliver test systems for Anduril’s electronic products. This person will work with the test of the organization to identify gaps in test coverage and own the design and delivery of the hardware and software test solution. A strong Test Design Engineer will need to have a proven track record of delivering turn key test solution for electronic components and systems and has a background in hardware, software, integration and sustainment.

Compensation

What You’ll Do: 

As a BMS Electrical Engineer, you will own hardware designs for Archer’s high voltage battery management system. 

• Lead design of BMS PCBAs, through their full lifecycle - including circuit simulation, schematic capture, layout, routing, reviews, manufacturing, and revisions.

• Expertise with Figma, Figma Make, After Effects, or similar motion and prototyping tools.
• Strong foundation in visual design, hierarchy, and interaction design — with the ability to use motion as a storytelling and usability tool.
• Experience collaborating with engineers to translate design motion into production-ready code (e.g., via CSS transitions, Lottie, or motion libraries).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and advocate for motion as part of the design system’s DNA.

About the Role:

• As a Test Systems Engineer, you will own 1 or more test systems or test campaigns supporting development of Terran R components at our facility in Long Beach, CA. As a system owner, you will design, analyze, and operate automated fluids systems. Teamwork and communication skills are critical, as you will work cross-departmentally to ensure your systems meet the test requirements of the component designer. Examples of your tasks may include:
• Designing test systems including their mechanical, fluid, and electrical components
• Commissioning new test assets and systems
• Completing, presenting, or reviewing fault tolerance analysis
• Planning and executing test campaigns

About You:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or similar
• Knowledge of fluid and thermodynamic first principles
• Demonstrated experience designing systems to engineering requirements
• Demonstrated working knowledge of systems operations
• Ability to concisely communicate technical topics to audiences of many different backgrounds

Nice to haves but not required:  

• Experience writing sequences or other software
• Familiarity with cryogenics
• Understanding of structural design principles
• Delivery of systems compliant with ASME B31.3 & BPVC
• Willing to work at heights, in confined spaces, in a dirty environment, and away from your desk
• No previous aerospace experience is required for this position

Position Summary

The Product Manager will be responsible for defining and optimizing the digital and operational experience across various user touch points with Natera. This is an individual contributor role that will focus on the patient’s sample collection experience, solving key pain points for the patient, our support teams, and other operations teams. 

This role will partner with key stakeholders across Natera to drive the strategy and roadmap to guide and support millions of Natera patients through their sample collection experience. Key business partners that the Product Manager will work with include: mobile phlebotomy, patient coordinators, commercial product, platform/technical product, engineering, data analytics, marketing, customer support, and sales teams.

The Product Manager will work extensively with cross-functional teams to define requirements, build new features, and implement patient experience improvements that will make it easy for patients to complete their sample collection, a key area of focus for Natera.

Primary Responsibilities

• Drive innovation and product strategy, create/maintain product roadmaps,  prioritize features, and define requirements for the digital patient sample collection experience in conjunction with stakeholders across different functional groups.. 

• Collaborate with SMEs across Natera to identify and plan for operational changes driven by new platform and feature launches.

• Partner with the UX designer, engineers and QA to deliver seamless user experiences that meet both business and user needs.

• Drive projects from inception and discovery to delivery and post-launch support

• Provide detailed requirements (PRDs, user stories, user flows), prioritize backlogs, participate/facilitate scrum ceremonies and help define technical solutions with on-shore and off-shore scrum teams. 

• Define and track KPIs to uncover future product opportunities; analyze relevant data to drive decision-making

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in consumer digital product management; previous experience in healthcare, healthtech or biotech a plus

• Proven ability to work and influence cross functional teams; effective at building rapport with key stakeholders

• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive product decisions.

• Flexible, and agile; willingness to tackle any type of challenge; highly motivated to roll up sleeves and get work done while also thinking strategically

• Experience working in an agile development environment; scrum experience a plus
