We are looking for an Electrical Sustainment Engineer to join our rapidly growing team in Irvine, CA. This role will own rapidly developed, ruggedized electronics design in addition to scaling legacy design concepts to support full-rate production. In this role, you will partner with our Architecture and Product Management team to help drive system requirements prior to owning full PCB and/or electrical system design. This will require identifying high risk areas, creating and validating electronics designs for embedded compute and/or power systems, and testing for long term-reliability while considering manufacturability and testability in the design.

We want someone who is a systems thinker and is skilled at creating scalable design solutions and thinking holistically about the brand ecosystem. This role blends hands-on design work with project and vendor management, ensuring consistency, quality, and speed across a wide variety of brand expressions—from our website and marketing campaigns to sales decks and internal presentations.
You’ll partner closely with marketing, product, and executive teams to produce thoughtful, on-brand creative that elevates our message and moves our business forward.

About the Team:
The Avionics Test & Operations team is responsible for testing avionics hardware and systems across the entire product lifecycle of Terran R: component-, subsystem-, and vehicle-level. As an Avionics Test Engineer at Relativity Space, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing avionics testing strategies for our rocket systems. The Electrical Test Engineering team at Anduril develops test systems used to ensure the quality and reliability of our aerial and ground based systems. You will be joining a small but mighty design team, with the opportunity to have real impact not only in your product area, but within the broader Design Team as well. ID.me is looking for an AI Creative Designer to join our Design Team and shape how we create visual content for the communities we serve — from military members and first responders to nurses, teachers, and beyond. This role combines the eye of a photographer, the instinct of a marketer, and the mind of an engineer to produce photorealistic imagery and visual assets that connect with diverse audiences and inspire action.
You'll use the latest generative AI tools to create hero images, email visuals, personalized ads, social content, illustrations, and eventually video. But this role goes beyond producing individual assets. You'll also write code and build the systems that make personalized, on-brand visual content creation scalable — so that the right image reaches the right audience at the right time.

The Factory Test team designs, builds, and operates the infrastructure needed to test nearly every part of Terran R right here at our headquarters in Long Beach, CA. This centralized approach provides engineers and technicians with exposure to the entire product lifecycle across a wide range of part sizes and complexities. The scope and scale are significant, with test stands capable of handling millions of pounds of force. The Product Manager will be responsible for defining and optimizing the digital and operational experience across various user touch points with Natera. This is an individual contributor role that will focus on the patient’s sample collection experience, solving key pain points for the patient, our support teams, and other operations teams.
This role will partner with key stakeholders across Natera to drive the strategy and roadmap to guide and support millions of Natera patients through their sample collection experience. Key business partners that the Product Manager will work with include: mobile phlebotomy, patient coordinators, commercial product, platform/technical product, engineering, data analytics, marketing, customer support, and sales teams.
The Product Manager will work extensively with cross-functional teams to define requirements, build new features, and implement patient experience improvements that will make it easy for patients to complete their sample collection, a key area of focus for Natera.

Primary Responsibilities
Drive innovation and product strategy, create/maintain product roadmaps, prioritize features, and define requirements for the digital patient sample collection experience in conjunction with stakeholders across different functional groups..
Collaborate with SMEs across Natera to identify and plan for operational changes driven by new platform and feature launches.
Partner with the UX designer, engineers and QA to deliver seamless user experiences that meet both business and user needs.
Drive projects from inception and discovery to delivery and post-launch support
Provide detailed requirements (PRDs, user stories, user flows), prioritize backlogs, participate/facilitate scrum ceremonies and help define technical solutions with on-shore and off-shore scrum teams.
Define and track KPIs to uncover future product opportunities; analyze relevant data to drive decision-making
Qualifications
3-5+ years of experience in consumer digital product management; previous experience in healthcare, healthtech or biotech a plus
Proven ability to work and influence cross functional teams; effective at building rapport with key stakeholders
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive product decisions.
Flexible, and agile; willingness to tackle any type of challenge; highly motivated to roll up sleeves and get work done while also thinking strategically
