About the Role

We’re seeking a hybrid Creative Designer / Technologist who thrives at the intersection of design, technology, and innovation. You’ll use emerging tools—including AI—to translate complex manufacturing capabilities into clear, engaging digital and physical experiences.

Working across product, engineering, marketing, and UX, you’ll create data-driven visuals, scalable systems, and rapid prototypes that push how digital manufacturing is communicated.

Core Responsibilities

• Create high-quality design assets across digital and print, ensuring brand consistency
• Collaborate on integrated campaigns across teams and channels
• Bridge design and technology to deliver user-centered experiences

Qualifications

• Experience in a hybrid design/technology role (digital + print portfolio)

• Hands-on use of AI tools for content, image, and motion workflows
• Strong understanding of design systems and scalable design practices
• Experience with motion, video, interactive, or code-based design
• Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration skills

ABOUT THE ROLE: 

As a Senior Performance Marketing Manager at Tide, you will play a key role in driving the growth of our UK market. Working closely with the Performance Marketing Lead, you will support the acquisition roadmap for our core Business Current Account while also spearheading marketing initiatives for our high-growth verticals, including Wealth Services and Insurance.

This is a versatile, cross-functional role that offers a holistic view of the business. You will collaborate with channel specialists, analytics teams, and commercial stakeholders to ensure we hit our core KPIs. We are looking for a data-driven professional who can not only support existing plans but also identify and execute their own growth initiatives to bring scale and efficiency to our marketing efforts

SOME OF THE THINGS YOU'LL BE DOING:

• Growth Execution: Partner with the Performance Marketing Lead and channel owners (Paid Search, Social, Affiliates, CRM, etc.) to deliver the UK acquisition roadmap.
• Product Expansion: Lead performance marketing activities for Wealth Services, Insurance, Admin Services and others, ensuring these products are integrated into our broader growth strategy.
• Data & Analysis: Own performance analysis and reporting. You will use data to draw actionable conclusions, optimize campaigns, and define next steps for the team.
• Forecasting: Support the planning process by building data-driven forecasts that help the business understand performance trends and scaling opportunities.
• Operational Excellence: Manage day-to-day operational tasks, including website and offer updates, to ensure all marketing communications remain compliant with regulatory requirements and market changes.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Professional Background & Channel Expertise - 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing. You should have deep expertise in at least one (ideally two) of the following areas: Paid Search, Paid Social, Affiliates, CRM, SEO, Programmatic, Offline channels e.g. Direct Mail, Print, TV
• Technical Proficiency - proven experience using tools to manage, execute, and monitor the results of performance channels, such as: Google Ads and SA360, Appsflyer, Impact Radius, Contentful, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Figma 
• Data-Driven Mindset - you are naturally Data Driven and highly analytical. You have strong experience using BI tools (such as Looker) to extract insights, build performance forecasts, and define clear next steps based on rigorous analysis.
• Stakeholder Management & One Team Approach - a clear and concise communicator who can align different teams toward a common goal. You are comfortable working as One Team with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, and Commercial departments to secure buy-in for new initiatives through data-backed logic.

Tide launched its first insurance products to market in 2025 in the UK and India. Insurance is a core SME need and Tide is uniquely positioned to offer tailored and comprehensive cover to our members. Our Insurance team is relatively new and we are rapidly hiring to fill business-critical roles and build a world-class offering for our members.

ABOUT THE ROLE: 

• Own the design vision for a core business area within the Tide platform, ensuring a cohesive and frictionless customer experience that integrates seamlessly with our broader ecosystem.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Managers, Engineers, UX Writers, and User Researchers to turn complex business problems into elegant design solutions.
• Drive the end-to-end design process, from initial discovery, journey mapping, and research to the execution of final high-fidelity designs.
• Cultivate a deep understanding of our members by leading research sessions, analyzing usage data, and framing the "what, why, and how" of the problems we solve.
• Champion a user-centric culture, advocating for member needs within Product and Engineering teams and demonstrating the strategic value of a Design Thinking approach.
• Evolve the Tide Design System, working within—and contributing to—our shared principles and component libraries to ensure brand consistency.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: 

We're seeking a curious and talented Lead Product Designer with a passion for exceptional customer experiences and the skills to bring them to life. The impact and scope of this role are huge, and you’ll be a key contributor to our continued success as we shape the future of our financial platform for Small & Medium-sized Enterprises.

• Experience: Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in Product Design, ideally within a SaaS, Fintech, or high-growth scale-up environment.
• Leadership: A proven track record of leading design workstreams and mentoring or managing junior designers.
• Complexity: Experience designing for complex user flows, business tools, or financial / insurance services.
• Methodology: In-depth knowledge of User Experience and Product Design methodologies, with experience facilitating workshops and design sprints.
• Technical Skills: Expert-level proficiency in Figma and advanced prototyping tools.
• Agility: Comfortable working in an agile environment and navigating the ambiguity of a rapidly scaling business.
• Data-Informed: A data-driven approach to design, with experience using tools like Looker, Heap, GA, or Hotjar to inform and validate decisions.
• Education: A relevant Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
