Responsibilities:
- Analyze client requirements and existing system configurations to calculate the financial components of client contracts
- Effectively manage the change order queue from initial request to final execution
- Manage the input of study specifications within budget calculators
- Analyze client requirements to calculate the financial components of client proposals
- Prepare, edit and/or customize change order text to accurately reflect the changes in assumptions and budget summaries
- Ensure change orders are consistent with pricing/financial terms outlined customer master agreements
- Schedule and Lead the Change Order Alignment calls with the project team(s)
- Actively communicate with the Project Team and Finance to support the timely and accurate delivery of change orders
- Perform other duties, assignments or special projects as needed.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree with a concentration in Finance or Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong understanding of contracts processes and strategies
- Strong knowledge of MS Word and Excel applications

Supporting clinical trials means supporting unique experiments that are inherently complex, high-stakes, and dynamic. It is imperative that Suvoda staff working with clients, end-users, or the systems that client and end-users interact with understand the clinical trial industry, regulations, Suvoda’s software products and processes, and especially the specificities of the unique trial in question before taking any actions they may alter the data of the system in question.
Responsibilities:
- Work as part of a cross-functional project team responsible for the delivery of Interactive Response Technology (IRT) for randomization and drug supply management in clinical trials;
- Support the Services Delivery project team in:
- Liaising with the client to discuss requirements, handle issues, provide status updates, and answer questions;
- Designing the IRT solution to meet the study requirements based on the clinical protocol, Suvoda proposal and discussions with the client;
- Accurately and completely documenting all requirements and participating in internal and external specification review meetings;
- Assisting with client review meetings of IRT specifications and supporting documents, making any required updates;
- Managing project schedules and scope, tracking all internal and client tasks required to meet project milestones;
- Managing the cross-functional project team’s schedule and task assignments;
- Assisting with creating the UAT plan, developing test scripts, coordinating data setup, and providing client support for client UAT;
- Providing protocol-specific support to the client and support team after go-live;
- Ensure client satisfaction throughout the project build and maintenance phase, working with Suvoda management, the Suvoda product team, and business development as needed;
- Provide system training to end-users using in-person meetings, web meetings, and user manuals;
- Provide telephone and email support to system users globally;
- Travel to client sites to attend meetings and conduct user training sessions;
- Perform other related duties as required;
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required (in life sciences or computer science preferred);
- 1.5 year of progressive associate project manager experience;

The Travel & Customer Service Coordinator (based in Israel) is responsible for supporting the team of Global Study Managers in the planning and operations of active clinical trial studies. The Coordinator is the main point of contact for patient communications and the management of all patient travel and logistical details.
Please note: The internal title for this role is 'Global Study Coordinator.' This is a contract position. It is part-time, potentially 10 hours per week, and pays on an hourly basis. Hours are not guaranteed.
Responsibilities:
- Manages travel and transportation budget for trial participants
- Participates in discussions with vendors and internal team members regarding trial participant requirements
- Supports hospital or clinical staff relating to trial participant enrollments and visit schedules
- Promptly responds to all inquiries of the trial participants and hospital/clinical staff
- Contributes to managing projects to profitable level through efficient work process
- Acts as point of contact for patient communication regarding air, hotel and ground accommodations
- Maintains accurate data including setting up databases and transferring data between internal operating systems
- Aids in producing reports as required
- Works with Global Study Manager to outline needs and requests of clients and patients

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- Multilingual required - oral and written fluency in Hebrew, Arabic, and English.
- 2+ years of experience in the travel industry and/or pharma industry preferred

- Ability to learn new procedures quickly and efficiently
- Highly organized and plan-oriented; adept at prioritization and follow-up
- Excels in cross-departmental communication
- Confidence and follow through in decision-making
Working Conditions:
- Primary work environment is from a home office with personal computer and telephone
