• Experience coordinating delivery across technical and non-technical teams through testing, go-live and stabilisation. 

• Ability to work effectively in a delivery model that includes Business Analysts or equivalent partners responsible for detailed requirements and process analysis.

• Experience using modern delivery tools such as Jira and Confluence, or comparable platforms.

This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality delivery execution, deep collaboration with sales, and driving predictable, profitable services engagements—whether delivered directly or through partners. Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement & Delivery Execution

• Lead end-to-end delivery of PS engagements across the region, ensuring projects meet scope, budget, and timeline expectations.

• Collaborate closely with the GTM and CX teams to diagnose issues, support renewals, and mitigate delivery risk.

Regional Team Leadership

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Professional Services delivery within the SaaS or enterprise software industry.

• Demonstrated success in regional P&L ownership, including utilisation, margin, and bookings management.

The Product Manager role is an important part of Ping Identity’s worldwide go to market strategy for our products. You will report to the Group Product Manager for Authorization. You will contribute to and implement the product strategy by leading on all execution activities, creating product requirements, coordinating backlogs and owning the roadmap. You will be a close partner with both sales and engineering, acting as the voice of the customer for engineering, and providing insight and guidance on use cases to the field.

Responsible for feeding the sales pipeline in the DACH region by identifying and developing new sales leads to pass on to the sales organization. Focuses on sourcing, contacting, educating, and qualifying new prospects via phone and email to create sales-ready opportunities. In conjunction with inbound marketing leads, qualifies and sets up initial discovery calls for the sales team within assigned territories.
