About the role

As a Staff Software Engineer (SDK), you will own platform live ops features and apply your creativity throughout the entire development lifecycle - from initial design to live game support. You will collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality game client features and reusable components, helping to accelerate development across Fortis Games. In this role, you will also provide technical leadership, architectural guidance, and mentorship to other engineers.

What you’ll achieve

• Engage in full-lifecycle development: scoping, design, implementation, documentation, and deployment of our game application.
• Lead technical design and design principles for client features and shared components
• Collaborate with back-end engineers on server-dependent game features.
• Work with product managers to shape product scope, evaluate technical tradeoffs, and define scalable solutions

As a key member of the Quality Assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of our software products. • Quality Strategy: Develop and implement robust test strategies and test cases for new and existing features.

Requirements

• Experience: Proven experience in Software Quality Assurance (Manual and Automated testing).
• Language: English proficiency is mandatory.

• Testing Frameworks: Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Appium.
• API Testing: Experience testing RESTful APIs using tools like Postman, SoapUI, or RestAssured.

About the role

As a Sr. Software Engineer on the QA Automation Tools team, you will drive initiatives that enable our QA and development teams to move faster and ship with greater confidence. Embedded with the development team,  you'll architect scalable automation solutions for a live multiplayer game where dynamic content — character customizations, ability interactions, and procedurally generated scenarios — creates a testing surface that requires adaptive, not static, strategies.

Agentic development is a core part of how this role operates, not an aspiration. You'll integrate AI-assisted workflows from day one, using coding agents to accelerate test creation, debugging, and code review while maintaining the engineering judgment to steer, verify, and override. You'll work directly with developers to influence how systems are built for testability, and communicate your decisions clearly enough that other engineers can carry the work forward.

What you’ll achieve

• Design adaptive test automation for dynamic game content — character customization, map scenarios, and procedurally generated content (PGC) — using approaches that stay valid as content evolves without requiring manual test plan rewrites
• Propose game engineering changes that improve testability: test hooks in generation tools, game data structures that support combinatorial testing, metadata that enables bot automation

We are looking for a Research Engineer to help deliver frontier-quality datasets, RL environments, and evaluations that improve state-of-the-art models for leading AI labs and enterprise clients.

This is a hands-on, research-facing technical leadership role. You will work directly with customer researchers/engineers to translate their model and post-training goals into concrete data and environment specifications, and drive the production of data that meets extremely high standards for correctness, realism, diversity, difficulty, and measurable model lift.

This role is designed for candidates with roughly 4 to 5 years of experience building and improving deep learning systems, especially where strong results depend on data quality, data curation, denoising, synthetic data generation, and rigorous evaluation. You’ll operate in one or more of the following capability areas:

As Global People Data & Tech Director, you will lead the effort to design and build this from the ground up. You will define what the agentic HR stack looks like: the data models that make agents actually useful, the orchestration layer that lets them act with minimal human friction, the audit surfaces that let people stay in control without becoming bottlenecks, and the foundational platform that scales to 40+ markets without scaling the team that builds it. Agentic development practices aren't a side methodology here — they are how this organisation will operate. Define the Agent-Native HR Stack

• Design the architecture for a People & Culture platform where agents are first-class citizens: capable of executing hiring, onboarding, payroll, compliance, and performance workflows with minimal human intervention.
• Define the human-in-the-loop model — which decisions require human review, through what interfaces, with what level of latency — so that oversight is meaningful rather than ceremonial.
• Identify and kill the workflows that should no longer exist at all.

Build the Data Foundation

• Architect the People data layer that will serve as the substrate for agent reasoning, predictive analytics, and LLM-powered insight generation for the next decade.

• 10+ years in software engineering and technology leadership, with demonstrated experience owning large-scale production systems from architecture through operation.

What you’ll do

As a Senior Software Engineer, Infrastructure (Release Engineering) at Brex, you will design, build, and operate the core systems that power Brex’s release, observability, and incident management processes. You will partner closely with product, platform, and operations teams to ensure releases are safe, fast, and reliable, and that our infrastructure scales securely as Brex grows.

Where you’ll work

This role will be based in our São Paulo office. We are a hybrid environment that combines the energy and connections of being in the office with the benefits and flexibility of working from home. Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain the release infrastructure that powers Brex’s deployment pipelines and incident workflows
• Drive technical strategy and architecture for release and observability systems, making them more scalable, reliable, and secure

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience designing, building, and operating backend or infrastructure systems in production
• Strong proficiency in backend programming languages (e.g., Go, Java, Kotlin, or Python) with a focus on reliability and performance
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD and release pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, CircleCI, Buildkite, Argo, Spinnaker, Jenkins) including build, test, and deployment automation
• Experience architecting and operating scalable, high-availability distributed systems on cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Deep familiarity with containerization and orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation)
• Experience designing and maintaining observability tooling (metrics, logs, tracing) and integrating it into incident response workflows

Engineers in this role will first contribute to and grow within our eDiary ecosystem—a regulated, patient-facing platform used across our Epilepsy portfolio. Our engineers work across modern web and mobile applications, secure clinical data platforms, cloud infrastructure, distributed system architectures, API design, auditability frameworks, identity and access control systems, and production observability. Primary Responsibilities
