What You’ll Do
As a Data Engineer at Brex, you will be a core contributor in transforming raw data into actionable insights for various departments across the organization. You'll collaborate closely with Data Scientists, Software Engineers, and business units to create efficient data models, pipelines, and analytics frameworks that drive the business forward. You also play a leading role in the design, implementation, and maintenance of Core Data tables, our high-quality, curated data source for a wide range of analytic applications.
Where you’ll work
This role will be based in our Sao Paulo office. We are a hybrid environment that combines the energy and connections of being in the office with the benefits and flexibility of working from home. We currently require a minimum of three coordinated days in the office per week, Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. As a perk, we also have up to four weeks per year of fully remote work!

About the Role:
This is a foundational, high-impact role within the Global Sales Strategy & Operations function. Your purpose is to provide the analytical engine that empowers the Global Perion Sales organization to reach its full potential and exceed business objectives. Reporting to the Global Sales Strategy & Operations leader, you will serve as a data catalyst, ensuring our sales leadership has the visibility and insights needed to excel in the present while architecting a more efficient future. • Construir e desdobrar etapas do Planejamento Estratégico, incluindo definição e implementação da metodologia de OKRs

As a B2B Credit Policy Specialist, you will be a key architect of our financial ecosystem. This isn't a traditional "back-office" credit role — it is a strategic, highly analytical position focused on automation and scalability. You will be responsible for designing and optimizing credit engines, leveraging advanced data analytics to automate decision-making for our SME (Small and Medium Enterprise) segment, and collaborating across functions to refine our Risk-Based Pricing.
