About the role

As a Staff Software Engineer (SDK), you will own platform live ops features and apply your creativity throughout the entire development lifecycle - from initial design to live game support. You will collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality game client features and reusable components, helping to accelerate development across Fortis Games. In this role, you will also provide technical leadership, architectural guidance, and mentorship to other engineers.

What you’ll achieve

• Engage in full-lifecycle development: scoping, design, implementation, documentation, and deployment of our game application.
• Lead technical design and design principles for client features and shared components
• Collaborate with back-end engineers on server-dependent game features.
• Work with product managers to shape product scope, evaluate technical tradeoffs, and define scalable solutions

About the job

We are looking for a highly skilled AI Engineer to join our team and lead the design and implementation of complex AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, and collaborating with humans and other systems. This role goes beyond building simple chatbots: you will be responsible for creating multi-agent architectures, integrating advanced LLMs, and ensuring robustness, scalability, and security in production environments.

You will work closely with product managers, data engineers, and security specialists to develop agent-based systems that handle real-world complexity at scale.

What you'll do:

• Design, develop, and deploy multi-agent AI systems for reasoning, planning, and task execution.
• Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines, using orchestration tools and frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, Azure AI Foundry).

• Strong proficiency in Python (for prototyping) and C++/Go (for performance-critical components).

• Practical experience with agent orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel).
• Deep understanding of search and retrieval systems (vector databases like Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Milvus).

Role expectations:

Front-end:

Job Summary

The Technical Support Specialist provides world-class assistance to our global customer base. While this role provides essential support to our Portuguese-speaking customers as needed, a large majority of daily operations—including tickets, live calls, and webinars—are conducted in English. Key Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of technical support tickets and phone calls in English and Portuguese for customers worldwide.

Technical Skills & Qualifications

• Language Proficiency: * English: Advanced/Fluent (Required). Must be comfortable conducting technical training and taking live calls in English.

  • Portuguese: Native/Near-native speaking and writing skills.

• Email Infrastructure & Protocols: * Strong understanding of Email Server environments and Secure Email Gateways (SEGs).

Mission 

As a Data & AI Technical Solutions Engineer, you play a critical role by helping customers debug and maintain stable production data pipelines, AI workflows, and more using the Databricks platform.  You will develop product expertise in a couple of areas by advising a broad set of customers and use cases across those technologies.  You will collaborate with other teams at Databricks to deliver an excellent customer experience - whether that’s product engineering teams or technical account team members.  TSE’s have proven production troubleshooting and optimization experience to help our customers’ workloads run smoothly and to achieve their strategic objectives using the Databricks’ platform.  Reporting to a TSE manager - you will be part of a world class global support engineering organization for Databricks, known for your technical depth and delivering impeccable customer service.

The impact you will have:

• Be the first point of contact for customer production issues - provide initial analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution for data engineering and AI workloads. 
• Deep Dive into code-level analysis of customer workloads to address issues related to Databricks products - including Spark core internals, Spark SQL, Delta, DLT, and Model Serving.

What we look for:

ABOUT THE ROLE

As an Engineering Manager for Cloud Storage, you will lead the core team responsible for the data backbone of our platform. The SFMC Specialist acts as an Individual Contributor within the Martech team, serving as the primary technical architect and strategic lead for the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform. Requisitos:

• Familiaridade com pipelines de CI/CD, controle de versão (Git, Bitbucket) e ferramentas (Jenkins, GitLab CI);
• Sólido conhecimento de metodologias Agile/Scrum e melhores práticas de teste de software;
• Habilidades sólidas de depuração e experiência na resolução de problemas de desempenho ou estabilidade;

Role

Staff Software Engineers at Blip work on our product in many different ways. They work with peers on teams dedicated to areas of the product. They work together with product managers, designers, data, AI and frontend engineers to solve common goals.

Responsibilities and assignments

• Develop features and improvements to the Blip product in a secure, well-tested, and performant way
• Lead technical decisions and architectural discussions across multiple teams
• Identify and resolve technical debt that impacts multiple teams
• Advocate for improvements to product quality, security, and performance that have impact across teams
• Define and maintain high standards for code quality, testing, and technical documentation
• Lead proof of concepts for evaluating strategic technologies
• Drive innovation with a willingness to experiment and tackle complex challenges
• Represent Blip and its values in public communication around broad initiatives
• Provide technical mentorship across teams, focusing on senior engineers' growth
• Ship large features independently and lead complex technical initiatives
• Guide architectural decisions and technical direction for multiple teams
• Lead the definition of internal standards for style, maintainability, and best practices
• Support hiring efforts through technical leadership in interviews
• Participate in on-call rotation for critical production issues
• If needed, act as Tech Lead for the squad or other projects, driving technical excellence and ensuring high code quality standards

Requirements and qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software development experience
• Significant professional experience with C# or language required by the specialty
• Solid experience with test automation tools (eg. MSTest, JUnit, NUnit, XUnit, Specflow, etc)
• Solid understanding in core web and browser concepts (eg. how the browser requests the backend server)
• Experience with observability tools like Grafana, Prometheus and APMs tools
• Solid experience using CI/CD tools to manage the development cycle
• Experience leading architecture governance processes
• Experience defining and leading RFC/ADR processes
• Demonstrated success leading teams through complex challenges
• Experience with large-scale distributed systems architecture
• Expertise in performance optimization and scalability
• Strong track record of technical leadership between areas
• Experience in defining technical strategy aligned with business objectives
• Deep expertise in system design and architecture
• Experience mentoring senior frontend engineers
• Proven ability to influence technical decisions at organization level
• Strong executive communication skills
• Experience working with stakeholders across teams
• Demonstrated ability to drive technical change
