An Audio Visual Developer is a skilled professional who specializes in video editing and motion design. As an AV at Monks, you will be responsible for creating engaging audiovisual content that brings our clients' projects to life. • Support client meetings by presenting ideas and receiving feedback, ensuring that content aligns with client needs and expectations.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in audio-visual development or production with a solid portfolio showcasing your skills in video editing, Motion Graphics and sound design.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Audition) and familiarity with other audio-visual production tools.

• Ability to think creatively and generate original ideas that resonate with audiences.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of collaborating effectively with team members and clients.

• Keen attention to detail, ensuring all content is polished and professional.

Role & Responsibilities

• Working as part of a dedicated client team, you’ll edit and animate campaign and social content for a top-name (and top-secret) brand.
• Design and animate titles, end cards and accompanying graphics for different platforms
• Design and animate social media posts, generating original content from scratch as well as adapting or incorporating provided assets
• Work closely with art directors to concept creative solutions for clients
• Work with the creative team and production to understand project scope and objectives.
• Keeping up to date with latest design/animation techniques
• Adaptation of campaign assets - logo and artwork preparation, retouching, color grading etc.
• Light editing
• Export and deliver appropriate files to the specification given.
• Compliance with guidelines, deadlines and design standards.
• Adhere to internal workflow and process
• Ability to find workflow efficiencies and optimization across the pipelines is a plus.

Requirements

• Must have at least 4+ years of agency advertising experience
• Must be a bright, articulate, self-starter who can take initiative and bring new ideas to the table.
• Must be able to work closely with a team of graphic designers, editors, and art-directors.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Suite (After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere) is a MUST.

What You'll Do

As a UI Artist, you will collaborate with UX designers to design features and UX/UI systems by generating high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, design systems, and style guides. You will assist the UI Technical Designers and UI Engineers to build out the designs into rapid prototypes and shippable UI to players. In this role, you will have the ability to take wireframes and bring them to life while improving the UX with visuals. You will also implement final art in Unreal Editor using UMG, animations, materials, etc.

In this role, you will

• Work collaboratively with UX Design, Tech UI Design, and Engineering to create AAA-quality UI experiences
• Actively participate in the creation and implementation of design systems, game menus, HUD elements, Iconography, UI materials and shaders, UI animation, and motion design
• Create new material effects, implement basic logic in blueprints, and/or create 2D effects
• Contribute to shipping high-quality features on time
• Collaborate with the greater UXUI Department to ensure consistency and quality are maintained across the project
• Execute at a high-quality bar, work autonomously, and tackle complex features and systems
• Work in Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or Figma to create concept UI art

What we're looking for

• You have 2+ years of experience working collaboratively to create UI from concept to completion
• Excellent visual design skills with a strong portfolio
• You are skilled with Figma, Adobe Suite, or other comparable software
• A strong portfolio of work showcasing your skills and your process
• Experience with UI Art implementation, in Unreal Engine (UMG) or equivalent game engine
• Experience with building UI materials & shaders for game engines, or equivalent 3d packages and FX tools; motion design & UI animation, preferably for games or interaction design
• You have the ability to see features through to completion and rapidly modify work as information changes

Artwork Controller

Role Summary

The Regional / Senior Artwork Controller is responsible for managing the end-to-end artwork development process (brief → final release) for packaging and labeling components within the region. This role ensures timely delivery of high-quality, compliant artwork by coordinating cross-functional teams and external vendors, while driving process improvements and maintaining operational excellence. This role combines hands-on execution with team supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end artwork development process from initiation through approval and release, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality labeling components.
• Act as the primary liaison between PMO, Regulatory Affairs, Marketing, Packaging, Quality, Supply Chain, and external vendors/agencies.
• Validate briefs for accuracy and completeness; collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Oversee timelines, resource planning, and progress tracking for multiple concurrent labeling projects.
• Coordinate review and approval of labeling content and artwork in internal systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory, legal, and corporate standards.
• Drive process improvements related to artwork development, approval workflows, and digital tools.
• Investigate Root Cause Analyses (RCAs) and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) as needed.
• Maintain artwork issue logs and attend escalation meetings to provide updates.
• Identify inefficiencies and escalate to Hub Leads when required.
• Participate in content lock meetings to ensure stakeholder alignment.
• Manage Veraciti system-related issues and escalate appropriately.
• Suggest and implement technology solutions for artwork and labeling processes.

• Communicate project status, risks, and milestones consistently to stakeholders.
• Attend regional project meetings (Kick-off, Overview, Alignment, Technical with Printer) and provide updates.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, Packaging Technology, or related field;
• 10+ years in labeling design, proofreading, coordination, regulatory, packaging, and project management within consumer health, pharmaceutical, or medical device industries.
• Strong knowledge of global regulatory requirements for product labeling and packaging.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams in a deadline-driven environment.
• Hands-on experience with PLM and electronic artwork systems (e.g., Agile, GLAMS, Loftware, Veraciti, Veeva).
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat Pro).
• Familiarity with pre-press and print processes (CMYK, Pantone, dielines, bleed, etc.).
• Skilled in proofreading tools (e.g., TVT, GlobalVision, InformCC) and regulatory content validation.
• Six Sigma Green Belt certification or equivalent experience in continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• PMP certification or formal project management training is a plus.
