The Partner Solution Architect (PSA) is a Datadog expert who will work closely with Datadog’s Director of Partner Solutions Architects, and is aligned to our Channels & Alliances business segment. The PSA is responsible for supporting a variety of technical initiatives and activities for our partners (for example: cloud migration, application modernization, DevOps transformation). They are accountable for the outcome of these initiatives, and frequently collaborate with both Datadog and Partner resources to drive success. The PSA is a trusted technical advisor for our Partner channel.

Um funcionário bem-sucedido mantém uma atitude positiva e influente, é detalhista, orientado por processos e flexível, além de trabalhar sob pressão para garantir que a comunicação perfeita seja mantida entre a equipe da frente da casa (FOH) e a equipe dos fundos da casa (BOH).
Principais responsabilidades
- Influenciar positivamente a experiência dos membros e convidados, elevando a experiência gastronômica com opções de combinação de alimentos e bebidas e discutindo promoções para impulsionar as vendas por meio de uma comunicação consistente e acessível e do mais alto nível de serviço, de acordo com os padrões da Soho House.
- Manter comunicação e aconselhar a gerência e o chef executivo sobre alergias ou possíveis sinais de alerta encontrados durante a noite para reduzir qualquer risco previsto
- Preencher todos os relatórios de check-out no final de cada turno e fazer com que sejam verificados e assinados pela gerência
- Cumprir as políticas de saúde e segurança, bem como todas as políticas, procedimentos, padrões e leis locais, estaduais e federais da empresa, conforme aplicável
- Assegurar que os pedidos de alimentos terminem de ser servidos em pratos e pratos corretamente antes de serem servidos aos membros/convidados
- Ajudar os funcionários e os ajudantes de garçom, quando possível, com a exposição e os tíquetes de serviço de bar para atender a todos os pedidos de mesa
- Limpar e estocar a área de serviço e a área do bar, polir talheres, pratos e/ou copos conforme necessário
- Conhecimento do cardápio, com capacidade de fazer sugestões
- Executar outras tarefas designadas pelo supervisor/gerente
