Role Summary
The Lead People Partner (Hub 6) role represents the highest level on the People Partner craft track. This role is designed for experienced People Partners who operate with strong judgment, autonomy, and influence — and who are ready to scale impact beyond individual execution.
Lead People Partners own complex, ambiguous people challenges, influence director- and senior director–level decisions, and act as multipliers for the broader People Partner team. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for working directly with HubSpot customers, across all product lines and all customer channels. You will partner with our customers to resolve issues and help them build familiarity with, and effectively use, a variety of tools within HubSpot. As an Account Executive covering Brazil, you will be in charge of a complete sales process, from identifying a lead to closing new clients. You will benefit from inbound leads to identify opportunities. You will run online demos of the HubSpot software and successfully sell the HubSpot value proposition. The Opportunity
As a Recruiting Associate, you will identify and recruit industry professionals to join our expert network, expanding the talent available to support our clients. You are not filling full-time roles, instead you are building access to expertise by bringing the right professionals into our network to participate in paid consultations and surveys. This model enables you to move quickly, take ownership of your performance, and drive meaningful results.
This role combines research, targeted outreach, and relationship building. You will map industries, identify relevant expertise, and engage professionals to generate interest while assessing fit against client needs. Success comes from curiosity, persistence, and the ability to confidently start conversations and clearly position the value of joining our network.

Responsibilities
•Expert Recruitment: Recruit new experts into our network through proactive outreach via LinkedIn, email, phone, and targeted search strategies aligned to specific project needs
• Professional Engagement: Engage and consult with professionals, clearly presenting the value of participation while building strong, credible relationships
• Industry Research and Expert Vetting: Use your understanding of client needs across industries to identify, vet, and qualify the most relevant experts for each project
• Compliance and Integrity: Uphold compliance standards across all engagements to ensure accuracy, transparency, and integrity
• Networking and Research: Leverage professional networks and research techniques to identify and engage experts, while reviewing project needs and utilizing our internal database to surface the best-fit candidates
• Project Coordination: Manage timelines and deliverables across multiple projects, aligning expert selection with client needs
• Expert Engagement and Alignment: Guide conversations around participation, including scope, expectations, and compensation, to ensure successful expert engagements
