ABOUT THE ROLE:
Talon.One is looking for a Head/Director of Brand & Advocacy to lead our newly consolidated Brand, Content, and Design functions with customer marketing embedded within to connect as a storytelling engine. This is a high-impact "player-coach" role for a leader who excels at the intersection of creative storytelling and operational scale, with customer-centric content distribution and brand strategy at the core.
You will be the architect of our content engine, transforming customer success stories and complex product narratives into scalable assets that fuel our global pipeline and address the unique pain points of our multi-persona ICP (ideal customer profile). You will also sharpen our Customer Advocacy programme through hiring a customer marketing manager.
ABOUT THE TEAM:
This is a player-coach role that requires both strategic vision and operational excellence. You’ll manage a team of 6–8 (including freelancers) and partner closely with PR, Product Marketing, Demand Generation, and the Global Events team.
This is a full-time role based in Berlin or London.

As a Brand Manager for VALORANT Eastern Europe, you will lead the strategic and tactical delivery of publishing across multiple markets, translating VALORANT’s global vision into a cohesive, multi‑market strategy that drives deep player engagement and meaningful business results. As a Business Development Team Lead – Germany, you will build and lead a hybrid acquisition team focused primarily on telephone-based sales, with selective field and event support when required.
Your team will convert prospective members into fully onboarded Tide Members through outbound calls, qualification, education and commercial conversion. You will operate as a player-coach, driving performance daily while shaping culture, structure and commercial strategy.

Du nutzt proaktive und Inbound-Verkaufsstrategien, um Interessierte zu finden, neue Kundschaft zu gewinnen und die Nutzung der CRM-Plattform von HubSpot zu steigern. Du setzt dein Wissen über die digitale Transformation und das Change Management ein, um als vertrauenswürdige/r Berater/-in für unsere Kundschaft zu agieren und den Verkaufsprozess von Anfang bis Ende zu begleiten.
