As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will fuel the adoption of Parloa’s AI agents by CX teams and contact centers around the globe. You will play a crucial part in developing go-to-market (GTM) strategies, launching marketing initiatives, empowering sales efforts, creating content, digging into market data, and establishing a thorough understanding of customers and competition. This role will have a strong focus in a few areas: first, on amplifying the market impact of our AI Agent Management Platform (Parloa AMP). And, on helping Parloa differentiate itself in the noisy and crowded AI agent market, and driving global awareness of the impact our customers are driving with the platform. And also, working closely with Sales to execute more effectively, leveraging the two elements above: new state-of-the-art products and better-differentiated positioning and messaging.

In this role, you will be pivotal in crafting and managing technical documents that underpin our products and operational processes, with a specific focus on meeting military standards. Your responsibilities will include the preparation and coordination of diverse documentation such as operating manuals, maintenance guides, and catalogues.
Prepare and update technical documentation in accordance with military specifications and standards, including but not limited to operating manuals, maintenance guides, and parts catalogues
Collect and analyze technical information from drawings, specifications, and schematics, ensuring all documentation accurately reflects these details
Collaborate with engineering and development teams to ensure the precision and thoroughness of technical documents
Utilize specialized software, such as Adobe FrameMaker and MS Office, to craft and edit documents and illustrations
Ensure all documentation complies with relevant industry and military standards, aligning with client requirements
Manage entire documentation projects from inception through completion, ensuring adherence to quality and consistency
Facilitate the digital integration and delivery of documentation to clients, ensuring seamless data transfer
Coordinate documentation processes with external service providers as necessary, maintaining compliance with military specifications
Completed technical vocational training or degree, with experience in technical documentation and military standards preferred
An excellent technical understanding
Experience with ASD specifications such as S1000D, S2000M, or S3000L
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with documentation software such as Adobe FrameMaker, Photoshop, or Illustrator
Excellent organisational and analytical skills, with a strong attention to detail
Capability to understand and interpret complex technical drawings and datasets
Effective communication skills; fluency in both German and English is required
Self-motivated with the capability to work independently and manage multiple projects efficiently
Knowledge of ERP systems and database management; experience with military specifications is an advantage
Experience in the defence industry is a plus

You should have natural talent and an interest in politics with the ability to translate abstract messages into direct mail, canvassing literature, digital/social media ads, and other creative products.
Role duration: This is a temporary, full-time position running from May 2026 through October 23, 2026
Role location: This role is based in our New York, N.Y. office on a hybrid basis. Orchestra staff are in-office 3 days per week.

Wargaming Prague is looking for a Senior 3D Environment Artist to work on new and exciting features for our groundbreaking MMO title World of Tanks, which has over 100 million players worldwide.
As the Senior Environment Artist, you’ll be covering the full development cycle of complex photo-realistic 3D models for World of Tanks maps and hangars, mentor Environment artists in the team and supervise their work. You’ll also improve workflows and pipelines in the team, introducing new tools and approaches. You’ll work on organizing an internal library of photo-realistic tiled materials using UpToDate techniques and participate in asset pool planning for new maps and hangars, considering game specific and style consistency.
To be successful, you need to be an experienced, proactive, open minded Environment Artist who is passionate about game development, using modern technologies and working in a collaborative multicultural environment.

Create complex environment assets like buildings and modular architectural sets
