The Role

Headout connects millions of travellers to the world’s most unforgettable experiences. The Partner Marketing Lead will drive co-marketing with the world’s most iconic attractions, venues, and destinations. This includes designing campaigns, driving execution across internal teams, and reporting clear impact. This role sits at the intersection of account management, project management, and creative solutioning. You’ll work directly with globally recognized brands, as well as with Headout’s internal marketing and business teams, to build campaigns that truly move the needle.

This role is based in Bengaluru. We’re looking for candidates who are local or open to relocating.

What makes this role special?

• Own a function, not just tasks. This is a new charter at Headout. You're not inheriting a playbook, you're writing it, with the autonomy to shape how Partner Marketing evolves as the function scales.
• Work with brands people have bucket lists for. Your partners will include some of the world's most iconic attractions and experiences. They won't need an introduction.
• Be the connective tissue. You'll act as the primary marketing point of contact for a portfolio of key partners, translating their goals into co-marketing plans while aligning internally across CRM, creative, performance, creator, and business teams.
• Shape campaigns end-to-end. From brief to execution to reporting, you'll own timelines, stakeholder communication, and the KPIs that demonstrate real media value and impact.
• Keep the full picture in view. You'll maintain visibility across all live and upcoming partner campaigns, making sure nothing slips through the cracks.
• Join at exactly the right moment. The function is new and scaling fast, giving you a rare opportunity to build something meaningful from the ground up.

What skills do you need?

• Proven experience: 3–6 years in client servicing or account management at a creative, digital, or integrated agency, or in partner/merchant marketing at a consumer-tech marketplace.
• End-to-end ownership: You've managed multiple clients or campaigns in parallel and can speak to owning the full lifecycle, start to finish.
• Creative collaboration: You don't need to design, but you know good work when you see it and can push it further with sharp, useful feedback.
• Clear communicator: Strong written and verbal communication, especially with non-technical stakeholders.
• Structured thinker: Messy briefs don't faze you. You enjoy bringing order to ambiguity and can break large asks into clear, actionable steps.
• Curiosity and adaptability: You're willing to become more AI and data-informed and we'll give you the tools and coaching to get there.

Bonus Points

• You've worked on co-funded or co-branded marketing campaigns.
• You've built campaign reports or media value decks for clients or partners.
• You've had exposure to consumer-tech, marketplaces, travel, experiences, or entertainment.

Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Mobile Application Developer who can build high-quality, scalable, and performance-optimized mobile applications. This role requires strong ownership, deep troubleshooting skills, and experience working across Android, iOS, and/or cross-platform technologies.

You will work on complex, real-world applications (not demo or tutorial-level apps) and collaborate closely with backend, firmware, and product teams.

Technology Stack:

• iOS: Swift, SwiftUI
• Android: Kotlin, Jetpack, Jetpack Compose
• Cross-platform: Flutter (Dart), Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP)

Responisbilities:

• Design and develop production-grade mobile applications with clean, maintainable architecture

• Implement MVVM / Clean Architecture with proper state management

• Build offline-first features and reliable data synchronization

• Develop custom UI components and smooth animations

• Debug and resolve complex issues such as memory leaks, race conditions, and performance bottlenecks

• Optimize startup time, memory usage, and battery consumption

• Profile applications using Android Profiler, Xcode Instruments, and Flutter DevTools

• Work with Android & iOS BLE stacks for device connectivity

• Stay current with platform updates, new frameworks, and best practices

• Participate in code reviews with strong attention to detail

Nice to Have:

• Experience with IoT or connected devices

• BLE-based device provisioning or OTA updates

• CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps

• Experience in product-based or startup environments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)

• 3–8 years of hands-on experience in mobile application development.

• Solid understanding of mobile app architecture (MVVM, Clean Architecture)

• Experience implementing offline-first features and data synchronization

• Proven experience debugging complex issues such as memory leaks, race conditions, and performance bottlenecks.
