Cognite operates at the forefront of industrial digitalization, building AI, and data solutions that solve the world’s hardest, highest-impact problems. With unmatched industrial heritage and a comprehensive suite of AI capabilities, including low-code AI agents, Cognite accelerates the digital transformation to drive operational improvements.
We thrive in challenges. We challenge assumptions. We execute with speed and ownership. If you view obstacles as signals to step forward - not backwards - you’ll feel right at home here.
Our Moonshot is bold: Unlock $100B in customer value by 2035, and redefine how global industry works. Join us in this venture where AI and data meet ingenuity, and together, we will forge the path to a smarter, more connected industrial future.
At Cognite, the Strategic Technical Advisor (Operations) acts as the operational "North Star" for our most complex, large-scale programs. This role is the bridge between global program leadership and the partner-led teams responsible for the long-term maintenance and reliability of the CDF platform.
Your mission is to ensure that the partner transitions from "building" to "operating" with world-class proficiency. You are the guardian of Operational Integrity. You ensure that distributed teams remain aligned with Cognite’s operational standards through influence, expert advisory, and technical vetting. You don't manage the day-to-day tickets; instead, you establish the "Operational Gold Standard"—the patterns for monitoring, performance, and platform health—and advise the partner on how to scale them.
Location & Travel: Based in Bangalore, India with some travel expected
Predictive Thinking: You have a "sixth sense" for platform instability and intervene through advisory before a crisis occurs.
