The Technical Consultant (TC) is a key role within our Global Services organization, responsible for delivering high-quality technical solutions to our clients and partners while ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction.
This role is based in Belgium and works closely with local and international stakeholders.
Internally, the TC collaborates on solution design to ensure efficiency, adherence to best practices, and the future-proof use of Zeta’s products.
The TC owns solution delivery end-to-end, including configuration, quality assurance testing, and technical consultation, working closely with clients and partners to ensure successful UAT and project go-live.
To be successful in this role, you will be customer-focused, technically adept, and committed to continuous improvement. You will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and an autonomous mindset, while remaining flexible and collaborative in a dynamic, project-based environment.

Design and execute advocacy strategies engaging EU institutions, Member States, trade associations and wider stakeholders
Monitor and interpret policy developments, translating them into actionable insights and recommendations for clients
Play an active role in business development, contributing to proposals, pitches and expanding client relationships
Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment
Manage accounts with discipline, overseeing budgets, timelines and delivery to ensure excellence and client satisfaction
Strong expertise in EU technology and digital policy, gained in consultancy, in-house public affairs, EU institutions or trade associations
Demonstrated experience managing client relationships and delivering against complex, multi-stakeholder policy mandates
Deep understanding of the EU legislative process and the political dynamics shaping the digital and technology landscape
Ability to distil complex regulatory issues into clear, strategic advice and high-quality client deliverables
Proven track record in producing client-ready materials, including briefings, position papers and advocacy content
Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills and sound professional judgement
Collaborative mindset with experience supporting or mentoring colleagues within a team environment
Fluency in English is essential; additional EU languages are highly valued

More about the role:
We are looking for an intern to join our Healthcare Team in Brussels for a 6-month paid internship, starting immediately (April 2026).
We advise our clients on their public affairs and corporate communications programs at the global, pan-European, and EU levels and help them navigate EU legislative and regulatory developments through effective advocacy, public relations, thought leadership and stakeholder engagement. Our clients are drawn from many sectors including pharma & consumer health.
Over the course of six months, the successful candidate will gain insight into the workings of a global communications agency and develop the skills necessary to pursue a career in consultancy.
