We are looking for an Implementation Analyst to manage the full lifecycle of client implementations - from understanding requirements through production validation. You'll collaborate with project managers, delivery teams, and client stakeholders to define the right system configuration, test functionality, and verify that the live environment meets expectations. Your role will be to make implementations predictable, testable, and clearly valuable, so we can scale delivery, improve client communication, and demonstrate ROI in production.
Responsibilities
- Guide new clients through the setup process for our data management platform
- Confirm that proposed solutions align with client needs and expectations
- Translate client requirements into clear technical specifications for the engineering team
- Collaborate with client teams to validate system configurations and expected outcomes
- Test and compare data outputs to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Investigate and explain any differences between expected and actual results
- Work with engineers to refine configurations based on findings
- Present results to clients and secure approval before launching in production
- Verify that live implementations deliver the promised value and meet original goals
- Create standardised processes and templates to ensure consistent, repeatable delivery
- Define clear success criteria so implementations are measurable and predictable
Skills and Qualifications
Essential:
- 3–5 years of experience in implementation, operations, analytics, or a related role
- Strong analytical skills, with experience working with high-volume datasets; solid statistical foundation
- SQL proficiency
- Financial services or FinTech industry experience / Financial domain knowledge: solid understanding of investment and market data concepts
- Clear, written communication skills : ability to produce specs, test results and client ready summaries
- Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, delivery, and client teams
- Strong organisation, initiative and ownership across multiple parallel implementations
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Preferred:
- Python and R proficiency
- Experience using Jira or other project management tools
- Experience with data visualisation tools or business intelligence platforms
- Comfortable working across time zones with US-based clients and teams

Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), Belfast
The Role
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to lead and evolve the security function at TRG Screen, a global provider of market data and technology cost management solutions serving leading financial institutions including banks, asset managers, and hedge funds. The role spans both internal security — corporate IT policies, controls, and a remote workforce across the US, EU, UK, and India — and external security, protecting the products and solutions we deliver to clients. Reporting to the CTO and working closely with the Head of IT/Operations, the CISO will operate across a complex infrastructure encompassing AWS, Azure, and on-premises data centres.
This is a high-impact role with genuine ownership — you will set the security agenda for a growing global business, with the mandate and senior leadership backing to build the function on your own terms. The timing is significant: we are actively embedding AI into our products and operations, making this an opportunity to define how we approach AI security from the ground up, in a sector where data protection and client trust are paramount.
Key Responsibilities
- Security Strategy & Governance
- Define and execute the company’s information security strategy, roadmap, policies, and standards
- Define and enforce internal IT security policies, covering endpoint security, access management, and controls suited to a remote, globally distributed workforce
- Maintain and build upon our existing certifications (ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type II), and drive expansion of SOC 2 coverage across our full product portfolio
- Ensure compliance with GDPR and applicable data protection regulations across our EU and global client base, and support the organisation’s future pathway toward ISO 42001 for AI governance
- Application & Product Security
- Partner with Engineering to embed security into the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Provide guidance on secure architecture and development planning
- Oversee vulnerability management and remediation efforts
- Own the external security posture of our client-facing products and solutions, ensuring security is embedded from design through to deployment
- AI Security
- Define and implement a framework for securing AI-powered features and capabilities embedded within our products, including the security of AI agents, models, and associated infrastructure
- Govern the safe and compliant use of AI tools internally, including copilots and AI agents used by our workforce
- Client & Operational Security
- Oversee security aspects of client support operations, ensuring strong controls and responsiveness
- Act as a key escalation point for security-related client matters
- Support customer audits, security questionnaires, and due diligence processes
- Risk Management & Incident Response
- Identify, assess, and manage security risks across the business
- Lead incident response planning and execution
- Continuously improve detection and response capabilities
- Leadership & Collaboration
- Act as a trusted advisor to the CTO and broader executive leadership on security risks, strategy, and emerging threats
- Work in close partnership with the Head of IT/Operations, and collaborate across Product, Engineering, and Client teams globally to align security priorities with business objectives
- Build and scale security awareness across the organisation, including a remote and globally distributed workforce
- Grow and shape the security function over time, with the opportunity to build out direct reports as the function matures
What We’re Looking For
- 7–12 years of experience in information security, with demonstrated senior leadership (e.g., CISO, Director, or Head of Security) within a SaaS or technology environment
- Strong understanding of application security and secure software development
- Strong working knowledge of compliance frameworks including ISO 27001 and SOC 2, with hands-on experience managing or achieving these certifications; solid understanding of GDPR compliance across multiple jurisdictions
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience securing complex, multi-cloud environments (AWS and Azure) alongside on-premises data centre infrastructure
- Awareness of AI security practices and risks, including securing AI-powered product features and governing internal AI tool usage
- Based in or with easy access to the US East Coast or UK/Ireland, comfortable leading remote teams across the US, EU, UK, and India, and willing to travel periodically to our offices in New York, London, or Belfast

The Role
We are looking for a Sales Analyst to join our growing global team. Sitting at the intersection of data, process, and people, you will play a key role in turning complex revenue data into clear insights, removing operational friction across our go-to-market (GTM) teams, and helping build the systems and cadences that drive predictable, scalable growth. This is a role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, brings structure to complexity, and wants to make a meaningful impact across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
Responsibilities
Cross-Functional Program Management
- Partner across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Product to identify revenue risks, remove operational friction, and implement scalable solutions.
- Support the development and execution of GTM programs, ensuring alignment on messaging, playbooks, and team activities.
- Coordinate and facilitate core operating cadences — including forecasting reviews, global sales calls, and QBRs — maintaining visibility into business performance and surfacing key trends to leadership.
- Champion adoption of new and existing processes, ensuring all customer-facing roles are equipped to operate effectively within the revenue system.
Process Optimisation
- Define, standardise, and continuously improve GTM processes across the full customer lifecycle, from top of funnel through post-sale.
- Drive operational rigour across GTM teams by ensuring consistent adoption of defined processes, playbooks, and enablement programmes.
- Document frameworks and publish learnings to build institutional knowledge and accelerate team performance.
- Organise and maintain revenue-related collateral on behalf of Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Product.
Analytics & Insights
- Build and maintain reporting across key revenue metrics including pipeline generation, pipeline health, forecast accuracy, sales productivity, and customer retention.
- Provide analytics and insights on funnel performance, win/loss trends, opportunity progression, and customer health.
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations that enable senior leadership to make informed, timely decisions.
- Implement and maintain data hygiene practices to ensure accuracy and reliability across all revenue data.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics or similar
- 3–5 years of experience in revenue operations, business intelligence, or a similar role within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Advanced proficiency in data visualisation tools such as Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce (required) and HubSpot (preferred), including configuration to support evolving workflows and reporting needs.
- Familiarity with revenue operations tools such as Gong, Sales Intel, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Experience with revenue attribution platforms (e.g. RevSure, Calibermind) is a plus.
- Passionate about leveraging AI to uncover deeper insights and work more efficiently.
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and communicate them clearly to senior stakeholders.
- Strong cross-functional collaborator with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and build relationships across teams.

Warehouse Operative / Driver – Parts Centre
Charles Hurst – Bucher Road Parts Centre
We’re looking for a reliable Warehouse Coordinator to manage our busy parts centre team.
Hours: Mon–Thu 8:00am–5:30pm | Fri 8:00am–5:00pm | Sat 7:00am–11:00am (1 in 4 rota)
Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum
The Role
-
Coordinate daily warehouse operations, including goods in/out, shipment scheduling and documentation.

Maintain accurate stock control through regular inventory checks, correct storage, and investigation of discrepancies.

Liaise with suppliers, couriers and internal teams to resolve delivery issues and ensure smooth logistics.
You’ll Need
