As a Publisher Account Manager on the Monetization Operations team in our Beijing Office, you’ll play a vital role in being the growth engine for our top China-based outbound publishers. You will act as a consultant to deepen strategic partnerships, ensuring successful implementation of our monetization solutions while driving value through data-driven optimization. You will use your expertise to build long-term, stable partnerships that help publishers maximize their global reach and engagement.
To thrive in this role, you'll need:
- 5+ years of experience in AdTech, with a focus on Publisher/App developers’ monetization BD or account management roles.
- Deep knowledge of monetization ecosystems such as AdSense, in-app models, or working with content/utility/gaming developers or OEM partners.
- Professional fluency in English, capable of using it as a daily working language with our global teams.
- Strong data sensitivity and the ability to use rigorous analysis to identify revenue optimization opportunities.
- Experience in multinational companies, with the ability to advance projects across internal engineering and product teams.
Bonus points if you have:
- Specific experience supporting China outbound developers in utility, gaming, or OEM sectors.
- Background in strategic sales or business development within the programmatic advertising space.
How you’ll make an impact:
- Manage day-to-day relationships with top China outbound publishers to build long-term, stable partnerships.
- Act as a consultant and growth engine for clients, matching their business needs with effective growth strategies.
- Use rigorous data analysis to proactively identify optimization opportunities and increase clients’ ad revenue.
- Lead Regular Business Reviews (QBRs) to present partnership results and propose actionable improvements.
- Coordinate with global Engineering and Product teams to resolve technical challenges and deliver customized solutions for high-value clients.

The Head of Strategic Sales will be the driving force behind the adoption and growth of our Offerwall (OW) solution among China’s top-tier app publishers and game developers. You will lead the strategy and GTM, helping partners transform their user engagement into a high-yield revenue stream. This role requires a sophisticated consultant who understands the delicate balance between user experience (UX) and monetization in the unique Chinese mobile ecosystem.
What you'll be doing
- Hunt and Navigate the C-Suite: You will lead the charge in opening doors and building deep, strategic alliances with CEOs and Heads of Monetization at China's top publishers, aligning our roadmap with their long-term LTV goals.
