About Trivelta

Trivelta is a B2B iGaming platform powering online casinos and sportsbooks worldwide. We help operators launch native iOS and Android apps in two to four weeks with built-in social features: leaderboards, chat, tournaments, friend referrals  that keep players coming back. 

We operate across Boston, Barcelona, Monterrey, and Atlanta, with hiring focused on Barcelona. The marketing function is being built from zero this year, which means the people joining now will shape how it runs for years.

Scope Across Brands

This role sits within Trivelta's marketing function and also supports two sister brands within the same group. You are not expected to become an expert on all three on day one, but your output will serve all of them. Trivelta is the primary brand you'll be hired under and the one where most of your day-to-day work lives.

The Role

You will own organic search across three brands. That covers strategic SEO: keyword research, niche identification, content planning and technical SEO site architecture, on-page optimisation, Core Web Vitals, and implementation inside WordPress.

This is a hybrid role by design. On the strategic side, you will build keyword strategies per brand, identify content opportunities, and brief the Content Marketing Specialists. On the technical side, you will work directly inside WordPress and Breakdance to ship pages and fixes, replacing the work currently outsourced to an external agency. Designs come from our external Figma partner; integration lives with you.

This is an early-career role. One to three years of experience, someone who combines SEO strategy with hands-on implementation and wants to build an SEO function across three brands from the ground up.

What You'll Own

Keyword strategy and research

Keyword research per brand and per market, prioritised by buyer intent over raw traffic volume. Identifying the niches we can own and the terms we can realistically compete for.

Content briefs and SEO planning

Writing briefs for the Content Marketing Specialists that spell out target keywords, search intent, structure, and internal linking. You set the SEO strategy; they write the content.

On-page and technical SEO

Site architecture, metadata, schema, internal linking, Core Web Vitals, crawlability, indexation. Monitoring in Google Search Console and fixing issues at the source.

WordPress and Breakdance implementation

Building and editing pages in WordPress using Breakdance. Turning Figma designs into live pages, creating SEO-optimised templates, running site-wide updates, and owning deploys. This is the part of the role that replaces current agency work.

Reporting and measurement

Organic traffic dashboards, keyword ranking reports, content performance data, and opportunity scoring by brand. Tying SEO effort to pipeline beyond just rankings.

What You Won't Own

Content writing - that sits with the Content Marketing Specialists.

Paid search strategy — that sits with the Head of Marketing.

Design — that sits with the Graphic Designer and our external design partner.

What We're Looking For

• One to three years of experience in SEO, ideally combining strategic and technical work
• Strong grasp of keyword research, search intent, and on-page SEO fundamentals
• Hands-on WordPress experience. Breakdance experience is a strong plus; equivalent page builder experience with willingness to learn Breakdance is acceptable
• Working knowledge of Semrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, GA4, and Google Search Console
• Basic HTML and CSS. JavaScript familiarity is a plus
• Understanding of technical SEO: site speed, Core Web Vitals, schema, indexation

The Payments Team

The goal of the Payments team is to enable revenue generation for the entire Proton ecosystem. This comes in the form of introducing new payment methods for users to architecting our client libraries. This team has impact across all of Proton's products and is critical to the success of the business as a whole.

Tech Stack and Tools:

• Differently than many other stacks at Proton, the Payments stack depends largely on external services such as payment providers, tax-information providers, currency-conversion providers... As such it is critical, for the success of the service, to build with resilience.
• Internally our backend code is in general based on PHP/Symfony, our frontend is based on React, our mobile code is based on Kotlin (on Android) and on Swift (on iOS), with a growing shared codebase in Rust.
• All our client-code is open-source and GPL3.

The Team

YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE:

As the Go To Market Operations Manager, you will act as the strategic engine for Freenow by Lyft for Business, leading cross-functional coordination to align marketing and sales execution across all countries. Your daily adventures will include managing the architectural integrity of HubSpot and designing complex "logic engines" to automate the customer journey from lead capture to sales handoff.

You will execute technical lead routing strategies to ensure "speed to lead" targets are met while using AI-driven tools like Clay to automate repetitive tasks and enhance data enrichment. Beyond system maintenance, you will proactively identify accounts to launch automated Outbound Marketing (ABM) and re-engagement campaigns and perform weekly health audits across Salesforce and Salesloft to resolve data discrepancies. 

Ultimately, you will serve as a technical liaison, translating complex automations into clear performance reports for senior leadership to ensure a scalable and efficient operational infrastructure

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:

• At least 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience outbound Marketing. 
• Expert-level, hands-on management of CRMs like HubSpot, Salesloft, and Salesforce.
• Proficiency with automation tools like Clay, Cargo, or Zapier, ideally including basic scripting in JavaScript or Python.
• Proven experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) models and tools that empower sales outbounding.
• Ability to serve as the primary contact for resolving tech stack issues and data friction.
• Excellence in technical translation and leading alignment meetings between Sales and Marketing teams.
• The ability to stay ahead of "MarTech" trends to keep the operational infrastructure competitive

What you will do:

• Design, build, and evolve test automation frameworks and internal tooling (Playwright + TypeScript as primary stack)
• Act as owner of the test ecosystem, including repositories, architecture, and long-term maintainability
• Define and enforce testing standards, guidelines, and best practices across engineering teams
• Enable developers to write effective tests by providing abstractions, utilities, and reusable components
• Drive test architecture decisions (structure, layering, fixtures, data handling, isolation strategies)
• Collaborate with teams to improve testability of systems (APIs, frontend, data flows) without directly owning feature tests
• Own and optimize CI/CD test pipelines (e.g., Jenkins), focusing on speed, reliability, and scalability
• Identify systemic issues (flakiness, instability, slow feedback loops) and implement structural solutions, not patches
• Design and maintain test data management and environment orchestration strategies
• Define, implement, and evolve quality gates and metrics (coverage, reliability, execution time, signal quality)
• Support teams in debugging complex failures by providing observability and diagnostic tooling
• Explore and integrate AI-driven testing capabilities to improve productivity and test robustness
• Mentor engineers and promote a quality engineering mindset across the organization

Who you are:

You Must Meet These Critical Qualifications (Mandatory requirements to be listed here)

• 2 to 5 years of experience
• Strong experience as an SDET / Quality Engineer with a focus on frameworks and tooling, not just test implementation
• Excellent programming skills in TypeScript / JavaScript
• Proven experience designing and maintaining test frameworks at scale
• Hands-on experience with modern automation tools (Playwright preferred)
• Strong understanding of test architecture patterns (test pyramid, separation of concerns, isolation strategies)
• Experience enabling teams through libraries, SDKs, or shared tooling
• Solid experience with CI/CD systems (e.g., Jenkins), including pipeline optimization and debugging
• Experience with API testing (REST/GraphQL) and designing reusable testing layers
• Strong problem-solving skills focused on root cause analysis and systemic improvements
• Comfortable working cross-team and acting as a technical reference for quality
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)

• Experience building internal developer platforms or test platforms
• Deep expertise in Playwright ecosystem (custom reporters, fixtures, plugins, parallelization strategies)
• Experience with GraphQL testing tooling and schema-driven validation
• Familiarity with quality gate systems (e.g., SonarQube / SonarCloud) and defining engineering-wide standards
• Experience with test data platforms (dynamic data generation, seeding, environment control)
• Exposure to AI-assisted testing / LLM-based tooling
• Backend development experience (Node.js preferred)
• Experience with containerization (Docker) and ephemeral environments
• Strong understanding of observability (logs, metrics, tracing) applied to test systems
• Experience in organizations where testing is decentralized but governed centrally
