  You will be responsible for leading initiatives that enhance driver and fleet engagement while ensuring high operational standards across all touchpoints. This includes developing scalable processes and frameworks to improve quality, monitoring key performance metrics such as acquisition, onboarding, conversion, and engagement, and driving continuous improvement 

• Drive initiatives to deliver a consistently high-quality experience for customers and partners by setting and upholding operational standards across all key touchpoints.
• Develop scalable frameworks and processes to manage and improve fleet and driver quality, while monitoring key performance metrics such as acquisition, onboarding, conversion, and engagement.
• Identify local bottlenecks and opportunities, designing and implementing effective solutions in collaboration with central and local teams.
• Build and manage strong relationships with fleet partners to ensure alignment on business goals, performance targets, and long-term success.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Support, Legal, and Marketing to localize and implement strategic projects that support growth and sustainability.
• Foster a culture of operational excellence by supporting internal teams and partners, taking on varied operational challenges with a startup mindset, and mentoring junior team members as needed.

 
 

• You have 5+ years of relevant experience in operations, consulting, mobility, or similar fast-paced environments.
• You’re highly analytical, with a data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
• You’re detail-oriented and have a strong sense of ownership – you don’t wait to be told what to do.
• You’re a clear and confident communicator, fluent in English and Thai.
• You’re comfortable managing and engaging multiple stakeholders while adapting priorities in a dynamic environment

  You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to grow and retain the driver base while ensuring strong operational performance. Working closely with the operations team, you will define and implement local processes, manage supply acquisition and activation, and ensure the best experience for driver and fleet partners.

• Developing strategies to strengthen driver’s value proposition, to continually grow our supply base, performance and retention
• Managing and supporting the operations team by defining precise local operational processes, with a focus on strong operational execution and results, always having our stakeholders in mind
• Hands-on supply management - working autonomously and taking initiatives with your team to ensure the best experience for our driver & fleet partners, guiding them through the stages of drivers/fleet acquisition, conversion and activation.
• Analyzing data – you will be monitoring supply metrics to ensure marketplace health and act upon insights
• Identifying trends, risks and improvement opportunities on a local level that may impact the business.
• Advising and closely collaborating with HQ teams such as Product, Legal or Marketing to develop and execute key initiatives that drive growth and efficiency.

• You have relevant experience in operations, consulting, mobility, or similar fast-paced environments.
• You’re highly analytical, with a data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
• You have experience managing complex teams and engaging multiple stakeholders while adapting priorities in a dynamic environment.
• You’re detail-oriented and have a strong sense of ownership – you don’t wait to be told what to do.
• You are a strong leader and collaborator with excellent negotiation and communication skills (both verbal and written) in English and Thai
• You are comfortable with developing analytical and decision frameworks to support your strategies and decisions
