Role
We are looking for a Staff Software Development Engineer - Build/Devops to join our ZIA (Zscaler Internet Access) team. This is a Bangalore role, reporting to the Director, Software Engineering. You will contribute to our cloud-native security service edge (SSE) solution, building on a decade of secure web gateway leadership. By leveraging the world’s largest security cloud, you will help replace legacy network security solutions with a comprehensive zero trust approach that ensures superior defense-in-depth and connectivity for millions of users.

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
4+ years of experience in Build and DevOps domain managing highly scalable cloud-native and on-premises infrastructure
Proficiency with modern build tools such as Bazel or Make to optimize developer productivity
Strong Unix/Linux troubleshooting skills and programming experience in Python, Groovy, C/C++, or Go
Hands-on expertise with Ansible, Terraform, and CI/CD tools like Jenkins and GitLab
Direct experience with GCP and AWS cloud automation within distributed system environments
