As Head of Software Testing, you’ll define and execute our quality strategy, ensuring that every release of our platform meets the highest standards of safety, reliability, performance, and compliance. You’ll lead a talented team of software quality engineers, testing product features and strengthening our automated testing frameworks, and play a vital role in helping medical device companies bring high-quality technology to market faster. As a quality professional, you will have an impact on our own product that you will also use on a daily basis.
You’re a proven leader in software quality who knows how to build high-performing teams and scalable testing systems. You combine a deep passion for reliability with strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset. You’re detail-oriented, enjoy uncovering edge cases, and take pride in building reliable, maintainable automated tests. You thrive in fast-moving environments where you can influence processes, improve standards, and shape product direction. Above all, you’re motivated to apply your expertise to technology that directly improves patient outcomes.
Ideally you're already located in Vienna or able to relocate quickly. Unfortunately, we are unable to support people without an existing work permit for this position in Austria at this time.

As our Junior Information Security Associate, you will drive key parts of our governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) program in a regulated fintech environment. You’ll own recurring GRC processes end-to-end (such as evidence cycles, control testing, risk workflows), partner with control owners across the business, and help keep us continuously audit-ready. This role is open for several teams, and we will define the exact team that you will be joining during the interview process based on the business needs and your preferences.
Regardless of the specific team, you will be working on building tools, APIs and integrations for one of our products.
Our backend is built with Elixir and Phoenix, with a Postgres database. We use React and Nextjs for our front-end. Gitlab is used as a version control tool, issue tracker and a CI/CD solution. Our applications are hosted on AWS. We fully rely on our CI for deployments and deploy multiple times per day.
