Über die Rolle:

Als Senior Structural Engineer bei GROPYUS bist du Teil unseres interdisziplinären Building System Teams und verantwortest die statisch-konstruktive Planung, Entwicklung und Umsetzung unseres seriellen Holzbau-Systems.

Deine Aufgaben umfassen:

• Statisch-konstruktive Entwicklung unseres Bausystems
• Holzbauspezifische Detail- und Produktentwicklung
• Entwicklung von technischen Lösungen unter Berücksichtigung von Fertigung und Montage (DfMA-Prinzipien) sowie Nachhaltigkeit und Wirtschaftlichkeit
• Entwicklung und Verifizierung von Entwurfs- und Bemessungstools für den mehrgeschossigen Holzbau
• Erstellen von projektspezifischen Standsicherheitsnachweisen und tragwerksplanerischer Dokumentation für den Holzbau
• Projektleitung für die Tragwerksplanung Holzbau
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Expert:innen aus Architektur, TGA, Bauphysik, Brandschutz, Produktion und Ausführung
• Mitwirkung an der Weiterentwicklung unserer digitalen Wertschöpfungskette in Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Product- und Tech-Teams

Über dich:

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Master/Diplom Studium im relevanten Bereich (Bauingenieurwesen, Holzbau, konstruktiver Ingenieurbau)
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Tragwerksplanung von Holzbauprojekten in Deutschland und/oder Österreich
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in den relevanten Eurocodes und deren Anwendung (insbesondere Eurocode 5)
• Affinität zu digitalen Prozessen und deren Weiterentwicklung
• fließende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
• Erfahrung in ausführenden Holzbauunternehmen, in der Holzbau-Produktentwicklung oder zusätzliche Ausbildung im Zimmererhandwerk
• Erfahrung im Umgang mit Dlubal RFEM, AutoCAD, Rhino von Vorteil

• Detailed and product development specific to timber construction

• Development and verification of design and dimensioning tools for multi-story timber construction

• Contributing to the further development of our digital value chain in collaboration with our product and tech teams

About you:

• Successfully completed master's/diploma degree in a relevant field (civil engineering, timber construction, structural engineering)
• Several years of experience in structural design for timber construction projects in Germany and/or Austria
• In-depth knowledge of the relevant Eurocodes and their application (especially Eurocode 5)
• Affinity for digital processes and their further development
• Fluent communication skills in German and English
• Experience in timber construction companies, in timber construction product development, or additional training in carpentry or similar is an advantage
• Experience with Dlubal RFEM, AutoCAD, Rhino is an advantage

Über die Rolle 

Als Industrial Engineer für unser Konzept-Team im Bereichs Advanced Manufacturing Engineering übernimmst du eine Schlüsselrolle bei der Planung unseres Produktionssystems, sowie beim Ausbau unserer Fabrik (in Deutschland) für die automatisierte Fertigung von Gebäudemodulen.  

In einem interdisziplinären Umfeld (Simultaneous Engineering Ansatz) trägst du die Verantwortung für die Erstellung von Produktionskonzepten. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit unseren Produktentwicklern (Bausystemexperten, Wand- und Deckenelemente), Maschinenkonstrukteuren und einem Team für die digitale Transformation (Steuersysteme, Industrie 4.0) zusammen. 

Dein Aufgabengebiet beinhaltet die Herstellablaufplanung unter Leistungsgesichtspunkten, sowie die Beschreibung von Produktionslösungen bis hin zur Umsetzung in der digitalen Prozessstreuung.  

Wertstromgedanken sowie die Dokumentation von Herstellprozessen sind dabei wichtige Aspekte: 

• Planung einer getakteten Fließfertigung inkl. Materialflussbetrachtungen nach Maßstäben der Austaktung der Produktionslinien 
• Ablauflogische Beschreibungen von Produktionslösungen, die auch Informationsflüsse berücksichtigen 
• Überführung von Produktdesignentwürfen (Wand-/Deckenelemente) in entsprechende Herstellprozesse 
• Material- und Produktionsflussanalysen, Wertstrom entsprechend Lean Manufacturing Prinzipien 
• Produktionsprozessplanung, Zykluszeitbetrachtungen und -optimierungen 
• Fabrik/-Produktionsflusssimulation und Leistungsoptimierung 

Dein Profil 

• Min. 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Gestaltung und Optimierung von industriellen Produktionssystemen – idealerweise getaktetes Fließprinzip 
• Analytische, strukturierte und dokumentierte Arbeitsweise mit Bewusstsein zur Termintreue  
• Logischer Zugang in der Definition von Arbeitssystemen bzw. -abläufen 
• Methodenkompetenz in einschlägigen Bereichen wie Zeitstudien (Refa, MTM), Werstromdesign, Verschwendungsanalyse, Arbeitsplatzorganisation, Operations-Research (z.B. lineare / nicht-lineare Optimierung) 
• Erfahrung mit Fabriksimulation und Produktanläufen in einem industriellen Umfeld von Vorteil 
• Kommunikationsfreude, Freude an der Arbeit in internationalen / multi-disziplinären Teams 
• Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Englisch und Deutsch

About the role 

As an Industrial Engineer for our concept team in Advanced Manufacturing Engineering, you will take on a key role in the planning of our production system and the expansion of our factory (in Germany) for the automated production of building modules

In an interdisciplinary environment (simultaneous engineering approach), you will be responsible for creating production concepts. You will work closely with our product developers (building system experts, wall and ceiling elements), machine designers and a team for digital transformation (control systems, Industry 4.0). 

Your area of responsibility includes production process planning from a performance perspective, as well as the description of production solutions through to implementation in digital process scattering.  

Value stream thinking and the documentation of manufacturing processes are important aspects of this: 

• Planning of synchronized flow production incl. material flow considerations according to production line balancing standards 
• Logical process descriptions of production solutions that also take information flows into account 
• Transfer of product design drafts (wall/ceiling elements) into corresponding manufacturing processes 
• Material and production flow analyses, value stream design according to lean manufacturing principles 
• Production process planning, cycle time considerations and optimizations 
• Factory/production flow simulation and performance optimization 

Your profile 

• Min. 3 years of experience in the design and optimization of industrial production systems - ideally clocked flow principle 
• Analytical, structured and documented way of working 
• Logical approach in the definition of work systems and processes 
• Methodological competence in relevant areas such as time studies (Refa, MTM), value stream design, waste analysis, workplace organization, operations research (e.g. linear / non-linear optimization) 
• Experience with factory simulation and product start-ups in an industrial environment is an advantage 
• Good communication skills, enjoy working in international / multi-disciplinary teams 
• Very good language skills in English and German

About the Role

• Creation of pneumatic schematics (EPLAN Fluid P8)
• Preparation of bills of materials
• Technical calculations in the field of electrical engineering
• Technical support for the purchasing department
• Coordination and support during assembly and commissioning

About You

• Completed education in electrical engineering (apprenticeship, technical school, or HTL)
• Professional experience in electrical engineering / automation technology / commissioning / control cabinet construction
• Proficiency in using EPLAN P8, EPLAN Pro Panel, and EPLAN Fluid
• Willingness to travel (approx. 20%)
