Your role with us
This role leads the end-to-end design of Stake’s native iOS and Android apps, translating complex web experiences into intuitive, high-performing mobile interactions. Working closely with Product, Design and Engineering, the focus is on aligning systems, driving design quality and delivering experiences that connect clearly to user and business outcomes.

What you will do:

• Own end-to-end design for Stake’s mobile applications, from discovery through to delivery and iteration.
• Translate web-based features and flows into intuitive, native mobile experiences (iOS and Android).

What you will bring:

• 10+ years of product design experience, with strong ownership of complex, end-to-end projects.
• Proven experience designing native mobile applications (iOS and/or Android) at scale.
• Demonstrated ability to translate web products into mobile app experiences, with a strong understanding of cross-platform design considerations.
• Deep knowledge of mobile UX patterns, accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA) and performance constraints.
• Strong UX and UI craft with attention to detail in interaction design and usability.
