Job Overview
This is a rare “own the whole surface” web role: the chance to run Buildkite’s most visible experience end-to-end, turning brand and product narrative into a fast, beautiful, scalable website.
This newly created role in our Brand team exists to make our web presence fast, elegant, differentiated, and durable; a system that can evolve with our story, showcase real proof, and ship new pages and content without painful rebuilds or fragile hacks.
You’ll own the craft at the intersection of design quality and production-grade frontend engineering, collaborating across the company from product to sales to support and back again.

Own the Buildkite website and CMS end-to-end
Build a component-driven system that scales
Define and maintain the web platform stack
Evolve CMS integration and publishing workflows
Translate Buildkite’s identity into a living system
Partner across the company as the web craft owner

SUMMARY
WONGDOODY APAC has brought together a world-class team of creative experts in strategy and innovation, multi-channel user experience, visual design, technology and delivery. We are looking for a Snr. User Experience Designer (end-end UX) in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane. In this role, you’ll help develop and evolve onboarding experiences for direct customers within the financial sector. Together with our teams you will consult and support multiple streams of customer experience. You´ll be part of our growing consulting team focussed on financial services and experiences.

SUMMARY
WONGDOODY APAC has brought together a world-class team of creative experts in strategy and innovation, multi-channel user experience, visual design, technology and delivery. We are looking for an Experience Designer (UX/EX/CX) in Sydney or Melbourne. In this role, you’ll help develop and evolve onboarding, business products and self-service experience within the financial sector. You will consult and create measurable rapid prototyping and concepting for interaction design experience testing. You´ll be part of our growing consulting team focussed on financial services and experiences.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Very strong UX skill sets and strategic design to build out research and roadmaps for customers and understanding of Finance and Insurance,
Rapid concepting and Interaction Design (i.e. user flows and mapping),
Overall Experience Design for both short-term and long-term goals,
Practical design for immediate delivery,
Documentation of scenarios and UX flows,
Testing of concepts and flows with bankers and customers,
Stakeholder review/testing of concepts.
