Position Overview

As a Client Account Executive you will own the full commercial lifecycle for a portfolio of law firm clients and prospects, from new customer acquisition through long-term growth, retention, and cloud adoption. This role blends consultative enterprise sales with strategic account management, requiring strong commercial instincts, executive presence, and the ability to deliver measurable business outcomes. 

You will engage senior decision-makers across finance, operations, and firm leadership, guiding them through complex buying decisions and ongoing modernization initiatives. Success in this role is defined by new logo wins, sustained account growth, high retention, and trusted advisor status with Elite’s most strategic clients. 

This is a quota-carrying role with responsibility for both new business and expansion revenue.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and close new enterprise customers within an assigned territory or market segment. 
• Lead complex, consultative sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, including C-suite and firm leadership. 
• Develop compelling value propositions using ROI analysis, cost modeling, and industry insights. 
• Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and opportunity tracking in Salesforce. 
• Own a portfolio of accounts post-close, serving as the primary commercial relationship owner. 
• Drive expansion, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities aligned to client goals and modernization initiatives. 
• Build and execute account plans focused on long-term value, cloud adoption, and product utilization. 
• Proactively manage renewals in partnership with Customer Success, ensuring retention and growth targets are met. 
• Establish trusted advisor relationships with senior client stakeholders. 
• Collaborate closely with Sales Engineers, Product, Customer Success, and Marketing to deliver tailored solutions. 
• Advocate for client needs internally, influencing roadmap priorities and service improvements. 
• Educate clients on best practices, new functionality, and industry trends.

Qualifications

• ​​Bachelor's Degree​ in related field or equivalent experience. 
• ​​3–5 years​ of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Strategic Sales within SaaS, Legal Tech, or Professional Services. 
• Proven success managing enterprise or strategic accounts, with a track record of exceeding retention and growth targets. 
• Strong understanding of cloud-based software solutions and experience leading clients through on-premises to cloud transitions. 
• Exceptional relationship-building and executive communication skills, with the ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders. 
• Analytical and commercially minded, with the ability to translate customer goals into actionable account strategies. 
• Highly collaborative and comfortable working cross-functionally across Product, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success teams. 
• Strategic thinker with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and strong attention to detail. 
• Strong proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and experience managing renewals, forecasts, and pipeline in complex sales environments.

Software Engineering Managers contribute as a team lead to the rapid architecting, design, delivery, support, and evolution of next generation autonomous platforms through their entire product life-cycle.

What You’ll Do

At Anduril Australia we are developing unmanned systems for subsurface and other domains that will leverage unsupervised autonomy for the delivery of long endurance, multi-mission capability to our customers. These projects, including but not limited to the Extra Large Autonomous Undersea Vehicle (XL-AUV) Program, require Mechanical Engineers with broad experience to drive the delivery a variety of software enabled hardware capabilities to our customers. WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Creating detailed plans and specifications for new designs, or derivatives of the Anduril Extra Large Autonomous Undersea Vehicles (XL-AUVs).
• Simulation and analysis of vehicle structures, including global and local structural analysis, and modal/spectral response analysis.
• Hydrostatic stability calculations for submerged and surfaced vehicles.
• Mechanical design, prototype and build of complex structures and mechanisms.
• Ensure all designs meet internal and external maritime standards.
• Act as a subject matter expert for your areas of expertise as they relate to the delivery of Anduril technology capabilities, including areas such as part design, analysis, loads development, material selection, structural sizing, FEM analysis working with both metallic and composite materials.
• Inspecting vehicles for structural issues, reviewing the construction, maintenance and repair of structures to ensure compliance with design specifications and regulations.
• Supporting testing of vehicle buoyancy, trim and stability.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Naval Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace, a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
• Professional experience working as a Mechanical Structural Analyst and/or Naval Architect with one or more domains and/or technologies of expertise.
• Extensive knowledge of analytical structural analysis methods for aluminium structures. Composite structural knowledge looked upon favorably but not essential.
• Professional experience developing Finite Element Method (FEM) models for the purposes of load development, part stress and strain evaluation, and modal analysis.
• Capacity to work holistically on complex mechanical systems and structures across design, implementation, operation and sustainment.
• Capacity to act as the technical owner for a complex structural components and assemblies, including stakeholder engagement, requirements definition, roadmap management, team co-ordination, design, implementation, sustainment and evolution.
• Capacity to learn and grow individually while being part of a dynamic team, building cohesion and capacity.
• Ability to obtain and maintain an Australian Government Security Clearance.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with the design, analysis, implementation, and support of naval structures, mechanical parts and assemblies.

Role Overview

The Senior Forward Deploy Engineer for ANZ is a hybrid role responsible for hands-on deployment execution and ongoing technical account ownership across Australia and New Zealand. This role combines the execution depth of a Forward Deploy Engineer with the long-term ownership and customer leadership of a Technical Account Manager.

In the early phases of engagement, the Senior FDE leads platform bring-up, deployment execution, and initial workload onboarding. Once customers are live, the same engineer remains the primary technical owner, driving adoption, operational maturity, reliability, and expansion across sites and use cases.

This role reports into the Sr. Director of Customer Success & Delivery, EMEA & ANZ is intentionally designed to avoid fragmented ownership between deployment and post-sale success. Success is measured by speed to production, deployment quality, customer confidence, platform adoption, retention, and expansion.

Key Responsibilities

Deployment execution and platform bring-up

• Lead end-to-end deployment of Armada platforms including Atlas, Galleon with AEP, and Leviathan AI Factory integrated with Bridge GPU-as-a-Service
• Execute deployments across the ND8 region, including multi-country and multi-site environments
• Own infrastructure bring-up, platform configuration, and production readiness validation
• Make real-time technical decisions across hardware, networking, Kubernetes, storage, and GPU layers

Technical account ownership and customer success

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned ANZ customers post go-live
• Own the technical success plan, adoption milestones, and operational maturity roadmap
• Build trusted, long-term relationships with customer engineering, IT, platform, and security teams

Joint Success Plan ownership

• Build, maintain, and actively drive Joint Success Plans (JSPs) for each assigned customer

About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to book meetings with brands we want to do business with. As the first line of communication with prospects, SDRs have a strong understanding of our sales process, excel at researching leads, facilitating new relationships, and setting our Account Executives up for success. You will coordinate cross-functionally with sales and marketing to bridge the gap between product and revenue.

This is a hybrid role and you will be required to work in the Sydney office 2x a week (Tuesdays and Thursdays).

What You’ll Accomplish

• Research and identify potential customers for our multi-product ai powered solution 
• Send outreach via email and LinkedIn as well as make outbound calls to drive customer meetings for your Account Executive
• Partner with C-Level and VP-level executives at leading companies
• Learn and develop critical sales skills in the sales process like meeting preparation, follow-up and closing 
• Ability to progress to an Account Executive role or other roles at the company
