Quality Inspector

Anduril’s Quality organization is seeking a Quality Inspector to join our team in Sydney, Australia. The Quality team works with our internal teams, customers and suppliers to ensure the deployment of reliable products that meet all mission requirements. The Quality Inspector will support the Manufacturing/Production teams, and be responsible for learning and executing detailed inspection processes necessary to ensure a quality product in a timely manner. Some of the daily duties will include inspecting incoming materials, equipment, and products to ensure quality specifications are met. Additionally, you'll investigate/ troubleshoot product and production issues, raise non-conformance tickets for triage, support product traceability, take corrective action as well as implement standards/ specifications/ processes cross-functionally with Quality Teams.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Work in a modern manufacturing environment on incoming inspection, in-process inspection and end of line inspection.
- Support Material review board processes.
- Propose, develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures and review with the product quality and manufacturing engineers
- Review and propose continuous improvement projects for productivity gains, quality improvements, and benefits to Anduril's quality policy.
- Support the calibration process of test equipment, jigs and fixtures. Coordinate calibration
- Support internal and external audits on processes and procedures.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience with Calibrated equipment (calipers, micrometers, CMM, Scanning, torque, multimeters etc.)
- Experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings (wire diagrams, work instructions, MBD drawings)
- Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) knowledge, understanding dimension and tolerancing
- Experience with inspection of CNC machined parts, fabricated weldments and mechanical assemblies
- Experience with inspection of Electrical and Electronic Components (PCBs, wire-harnesses)
- Experience in a facility with AS9100, ISO9001 or similar QMS standard
- Experience with communicating in cross functional teams and with suppliers as needed
- Ability to obtain and maintain an Australian Government Security Clearance
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Technical or Associates degree in related quality/ mechanical/ aerospace engineering field
- IPC-A-610 or IPC-A-620 Certification
- Experience with Manufacturing processes and their related systems (Jira, MES, ERP, Teamcenter, CAD)
- Experience with auditing processes and procedures in a manufacturing environment
- Detail oriented self starter with minimal oversight - strong ability to communicate with different cross functional teams.
- Knowledge of First Article Inspection requirements and processes
- Knowledge of with Maritime vessel requirements
- Experience with validation and testing assemblies and their components

Account Executive (AE)

We are seeking a high-energy, remote Account Executive to spearhead sales growth and market expansion across Australia and New Zealand (ANZ). In this role, you will own the end-to-end sales cycle, from strategic prospecting to closing. You will serve as a trusted advisor, helping customers navigate complex manufacturing requirements and delivering commercially robust solutions that drive long-term value.
Salary: $80,000 – $100,000 per year + commission (AUD)
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Full-Cycle Sales: Manage the complete sales process from lead qualification and technical discovery to negotiation and closing.
- Strategic Growth: Identify, target, and develop long-term partnerships with key accounts across the ANZ region.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a healthy sales funnel by combining proactive outbound prospecting with efficient inbound lead handling.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets and KPIs.
Technical Advisory & Collaboration
- Solution Selling: Provide expert guidance on manufacturing processes (CNC, 3D Printing, etc.) to help customers select the most efficient production methods.
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Work closely with Sales Engineers to ensure all quotes are technically accurate, competitively priced, and aligned with client specifications.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build deep relationships with Engineering, Procurement, Program Management, and C-suite executives.
Market Intelligence & Representation
- Presentations: Deliver compelling technical and commercial presentations at site visits, customer meetings, and industry trade shows.
- Strategy: Track industry trends, competitor movements, and emerging technologies to refine Xometry’s market positioning.
- Travel: Travel domestically as required to support key accounts and secure new business opportunities.
Candidate Profile
Experience & Skills
- Sales Excellence: 5+ years of corporate sales experience, with at least 2 years specifically selling technical products or services.
- Regional Expertise: Proven track record of developing and closing business within the Australian and New Zealand markets.
- Commercial Acumen: Strong negotiation skills and the ability to navigate complex commercial terms.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Tech-Savvy: High proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce/HubSpot) and modern sales planning methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Industry Background: Professional experience in Engineering or Manufacturing is a significant advantage.
- Sector Focus: Experience within the Mining, Cleantech, or Renewable Energy sectors is highly preferred.
- Education: A degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
