You will be responsible to support Nexamp’s utility-scale development efforts by serving as a bridge between the Utility-Scale Development and Capital Markets teams. What you’ll do:  

• Serve as the analytical cross-functional partner and primary point of contact between the Utility-Scale Development team and Capital Markets, translating project-level development updates (schedule, permitting, commercial terms, budget) into financial and strategic inputs that drive project prioritization, financing, and decision-making. 
• Maintain and update project-level and portfolio-level financial models for the evaluation of utility-scale project opportunities. 
• Coordinate internal workstreams and track deliverables during the execution of debt, tax equity, tax credit transfer, and other structed financing transactions and ensuring materials are delivered on time throughout the transaction lifecycle. 
• Prepare and update utility-scale financing facilities, including lender reporting, covenant compliance tracking, consent and waiver requests, and coordinate inputs with internal teams and financing counterparties. 
• Monitor and analyze market trends, financing structures, and investor activity across renewable energy capital markets, preparing internal materials to support PPA origination, tax credit monetization, M&A opportunities, and other capital deployment decisions.

What you’ll bring: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, Accounting, or a related field or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.   
• 2+ years of relevant experience in renewable energy, project finance, development finance, capital markets, investment banking, consulting, or a related analytical role.

Compensation   

The reasonably estimated salary for this role at Nexamp ranges from $84,000 - $105,000. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual bonus programs based on individual and company performance, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans). Additionally, you may be eligible to participate in the Company’s stock option plan. About You and The Role  

As a Construction Foreman, you’ll own the transition of new and upgraded sites from construction handoff to operational readiness. You’ll lead a team of technicians to verify construction quality, install and integrate systems, deploy new technologies, and ensure infrastructure reliability

You be a key stakeholder in our site build process from initial site QC & constructibility, assisting the construction management team with construction oversight, commissioning, and closeout. You will work closely with the rest of the construction team and contractor base to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and build scalable, repeatable construction processes to expand our network.

Position Description

The Design Engineer role, reporting to the Senior Director of Engineering and working closely with Civil and Electrical Engineering partners, supports the site evaluation, layout design, and development of utility‑scale solar PV and Storage projects across Origis Energy’s portfolio.

This position supports early through mid‑stage project development, focusing on translating civil site constraints into constructible, efficient electrical layouts at a conceptual and preliminary level. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in renewable energy asset management, strong commercial judgment, and a data‑driven mindset to optimize performance of the portfolio.

Responsibilities: 

• Develop asset optimization strategies to maximize revenue, minimize downtime, reduce costs and enhance operational efficiency;
• Lead budgeting, variance reporting, portfolio planning, and long-term asset planning;
• Partner with O&M, OT/SCADA, Performance Engineering, Finance, Commercial Operations and Construction teams to ensure seamless lifecycle performance;
• Ensure compliance with all contractual agreements: Interconnection Agreements, O&M contracts, LTSAs, land leases, and vendor contracts;
• Lead NERC, RTO/ISO, and interconnection compliance activities;
• Lead monthly and quarterly reporting for internal stakeholders and financial counterparties;
• Manage end of warranty and insurance claims;
• Work closely with O&M leadership to ensure proper execution of preventive and corrective maintenance to achieve performance KPI’s, degradation reduction and asset enhancement;
• Coordinate with OT and Performance Engineering teams on data quality, system availability, controls optimization, and event response;
• Additional responsibilities as needed. 

Key Qualifications: 

• 10+ years of relevant experience in renewable energy, asset management, operations, or project finance;
• MBA or advanced degree in engineering, business, finance, or a related field;
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams and cross-functional stakeholders;
• Strong understanding of financial modeling, O&M strategies, and regulatory frameworks;
• Technical knowledge of utility-scale battery storage and solar performance drivers;
• Excellent communication skills with ability to interface with lenders, investors, and executive leadership;
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills;
• Demonstrated track record managing and growing a team and improving processes and systems to support portfolio growth;
• Ethical decision-making capability exemplified;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsible for supporting the development, growth, and execution of Aypa’s renewables procurement platform of energy storage and solar hybrid technologies, the Contracts Specialist position will involve interfacing with vendors, deal scoping, and overall contracting support. This role supports Aypa’s growth with targeted contract management to ensure all projects receive the appropriate equipment and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support incorporation of Aypa standard terms and exhibits in battery and solar PV supply, service, and EPC contracts;
• Work with internal and external councils on supply and EPC contracts and support contractual exhibits to progress deals to completion;
• Maintain contracting dashboards and trackers for deal progression
• Collaborate with legal, finance, engineering, and commercial teams to structure optimal scoping in contracts;
• Support the Contracts, Procurement and Pre-Construction managers to incorporate negotiated terms and conditions into contract agreements, ensuring alignment with project requirements and objectives;
• Function as gate-keeper for transmittals to and from all contracting parties;
• Maintain accurate version control for all forms, contracts, and exhibits;
• Assist in creating easy-to-digest summaries for executive consumption of key contractual terms;
• Provide input into the company business plan and development strategy;
• Other duties as assigned or required.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in construction/project management, contract management, or related field;
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in utility-scale renewables contracting. Experience in renewables contracting preferred;
• Exceptional organizational skills to efficiently oversee and manage the contract lifecycle;
• Familiarity with renewables, procurement, and construction;
• Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment, including a demonstrated proactive work ethic;
• As part of a lean and dynamic team, the candidate must be able to plan, oversee, and personally execute numerous projects simultaneously, work well under pressure, and adjust to changing priorities.
