MongoDB is seeking a highly motivated Director of Strategic Sourcing to lead a globally distributed team of Procurement professionals. This role is responsible for driving complex strategic sourcing strategies across all spend categories in support of the company’s business strategies. As a key member of the Source-to-Pay cross functional team, you will be called upon to fly at different altitudes to help executives and individual contributors make better purchasing decisions.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who has the knowledge, skill, and discipline to transform the function into our next stage of growth. You should have deep expertise in driving technology deals such as public cloud infrastructure agreements, SaaS, IT services, while still having working knowledge of Marketing, professional services, and other indirect categories.
This will be a hybrid in-office role. We are looking for candidates who plan to be available in our New York City office for approximately 2 days per week.

The base pay range target for the role seniority described in this job description is $61,000 - $107,000. Final offer amounts depend on multiple factors such as candidate experience and expertise, geographic location, total compensation, and market data. In addition to cash pay, full-time regular positions are eligible for equity, 401(k), health benefits, and other benefits; some of these benefits may be available for part-time or temporary positions.

This role sits on a highly collaborative, performance-driven Channel account team supporting Druva’s Strategic partner, SHI, in North America. The Druva Channel team is focused on enabling SHI to modernize data protection and cyber resiliency for their customers with Druva’s 100% SaaS platform. Role Purpose & Impact
We are seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to amplify Druva’s strategic capabilities and support Druva’s Channel growth trajectory within SHI across North America. You will work alongside your Partner Sales team to develop technical business plans within SHI to grow their practice, conduct technical workshops, "lunch and learns," and deep-dive demo sessions to ensure SHI is self-sufficient. The Production Planner creates and maintains headcount, equipment, and facility capacity plans to meet output targets in 24/7 genetic testing labs. This role develops and communicates production schedules, production targets,
and continuously monitor performance versus plan. Provides daily/weekly reporting of lab KPIs and schedules to lab leadership and interfaces across the organization, including but not limited to Lab Operations, Process
Engineering, Equipment support, Analytics, Product Managers, and Engineering to optimize lab production.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and maintain capacity models for headcount, equipment, facilities across multiple labs..
Create daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules aligned to production goals.
Monitor shift-level execution against plan, highlight deviations >5% and remedial plans
Partner with Lab Operations leaders realign WIP and production priorities to overcome production constraints.
Track and report KPIs; QCDS, schedule adherence, cycle time, bottleneck queues, OEE.
Partner with Continuous Improvement teams and other individuals on identifying production constraints and improving scheduling for higher throughput and quality.
Analyze data across multiple platforms including (SQL, Qlikview, PowerBI, LIMS, gSuite, JIRA, etc.) to uncover issues/bottlenecks and work with Lab Leaders on driving improvements.
Establishes and manages escalation pathway for delayed or problematic samples in concert with Lab Leaders and internal stakeholders.
Confers with management to resolve problems, roadblocks, and barriers to progress.

The Role: Imagine selling a solution that will predict for your customers (with an 85% accuracy) who is going to buy, what they’ll buy and when. As a Commercial Account Executive at 6sense, you’ll be an instrumental player to our growth as we build upon the success we’ve had delivering predictions for enterprises like Cisco, Centrify, Dell, Qlik, and Oracle. We will trust you to evangelize 6sense, run your business like a CEO, and consistently exceed quarterly and annual targets. This is not your average start-up; you’ll be closing large deals. And you’ll be rewarded very well for doing so.
The Fit: We’re growing our Commercial sales team, so we’re looking for people who not only have a track record of being the best of the best, closing big deals and passion for fundamentally changing B2B marketing and sales, but can also think critically about driving customer growth and building our sales organization. Base Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base salary range for this position. Actual salaries may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, including but not limited to work location and experience. The base salary is one component of 6sense’s total compensation package for this position. Other compensation may include a bonus program or commission plan, and stock options if approved by 6sense’s board. In addition, 6sense provides a variety of benefits, including generous health insurance coverage, life, and disability insurance, a 401K employer matching program, paid holidays, self-care days, and paid time off (PTO).

Job Purpose
The Production Planner is responsible for planning, coordinating, and optimizing production activities within a limited-volume, high-complexity additive manufacturing environment. This role ensures on-time delivery by balancing printer capacity, build sequencing, post-processing constraints, material availability, and ongoing engineering changes. Acting as the central point of coordination across print operations, engineering, quality, and supply chain, the planner enables efficient production flow while helping transition additive manufacturing processes from early-stage, constrained operations to a scalable and mature production system.
