Based out of Rocket Lab’s Auckland Production Complex, the Business Development Director, Propulsion leads all commercial activities for our propulsion product lines, from electric propulsion systems to propellant tanks. In this role, you’ll shape strategy, grow market presence, and support senior leadership with key deliverables for our Board of Directors and investors.

We are looking for an Account Executive to join our APJ Field Sales team in a hybrid capacity in Auckland (3 days a week in-office), reporting to the Regional Director. The Marketplace Strategy & Operations team at DoorDash is responsible for accelerating Marketplace growth, consumer engagement and retention. Using a customer-obsessed approach, we own market strategy, consumer affordability, the end-to-end DoorDash app experience and new value propositions. We are looking for a hands-on builder to optimise how consumers interact with merchants and develop strategies that drive frequency and loyalty.
We are hiring an Associate Manager to lead the NZ marketplace strategy and to drive consumer growth in a way that keeps customers coming back. Your work will shape how consumers discover and engage with DoorDash—across merchandising, in-app experience, pricing and partnerships. As this role sits at the intersection of strategy, analytics and cross-functional execution - you will closely partner with Product, Engineering, Sales and Marketing across the Restaurant and New Verticals business lines.
A core part of the role is leveraging metrics to guide decision-making. You will analyse performance across key levers such as conversion, retention, frequency, and category adoption, translating insights into clear priorities and action plans. You will also contribute to go-to-market and expansion strategies, using data to determine which areas to prioritise and how to scale them effectively.
You will own and optimise critical aspects of the in-app experience—from how consumers discover merchants and offerings, to how merchandising is executed across the platform. This includes ensuring that the right selection is surfaced to the right customers at the right time, and that the overall journey is seamless, intuitive, and aligned with our growth objectives.
This is a highly visible team with fast feedback loops, where ideas quickly turn into live experiences and impact can be seen in real time across consumer engagement, order growth and dollars earned for merchants.
You will report into the Manager on our Consumer Strategy & Operations team. This is a hybrid role, with 3 days in-office (Auckland) and 2 days remote.

Your Role
The Senior Manager, Growth reports to the Chief Operating Officer and works alongside the Director of Growth to design and execute strategic, high-impact initiatives that unlock efficiency, drive growth, and strengthen Re‑Leased’s competitive edge. This role acts as an internal delivery engine: identifying opportunities, building solutions, and embedding successful programs into the business for long-term adoption.
AI is the primary lens through which this role operates. The Senior Manager, Growth will use AI and automation to fundamentally change how Re‑Leased works internally — eliminating manual effort, accelerating decision-making, and raising the quality of output across teams. Re‑Leased already leverages a wide range of AI tools across the organisation, and this role will both deepen that capability and bring new tools on board where they can move the needle.
The work spans three pillars — GTM Excellence, AI Enablement, and Operational Excellence — but the common thread is impact. You'll sit on Re‑Leased's Growth Engineering working group alongside the COO, CTO, VP Engineering, and VP Strategic Operations, at the intersection of strategy and technology. Beyond these pillars, the role will continue to tackle other needle-moving challenges and opportunities, whether in product, go-to-market, or broader operations.
This role is also a core member of Re‑Leased’s Growth Engineering working group — alongside the Director of Growth, COO, CTO, VP of Engineering, and VP of Strategic Operations — sitting at the intersection of strategy and technology to identify where AI and engineering investment can move the needle fastest. Success will be measured by the ability to take concepts from idea to adoption, driving tangible business outcomes.

As a Delivery Solutions Architect (DSA), you will play an important role during this journey. You will collaborate with our sales and field engineering teams to accelerate the adoption and growth of the Databricks platform in your customers. You will also help ensure customer success by increasing focus and technical accountability to our most complex customers who need guidance to accelerate usage on Databricks workloads that they have already selected, helping them maximise the value they get of our platform and the return on investment.
This is a hybrid technical and commercial role. It is commercial in the sense that you will drive growth in your assigned customers and use cases through leading your customers' stakeholders, building executive relationships, orchestration of other focused/specialized teams within Databricks, and creating and driving plans and strategies for Databricks colleagues to build upon. This is in parallel to being technical, with expectations being that you become the post-sale technical lead across all Databricks products. This requires you to use your skills and technical credibility to engage and communicate at all levels with an organisation. You will report directly to a DSA Manager within the Field Engineering organization.

Your role in a nutshell
The Performance Director provides day-to-day leadership to the activations team, agency client service teams and our clients at WPP Media New Zealand across Digital Planning, Programmatic, Paid Search, Paid Social and Advertising Operations.
You will ensure on-going and timely optimization is delivered whilst constantly looking for opportunities to improve campaign performance. To ensure that we are delivering programmatic excellence for our clients. This position offers significant opportunities to engage with a rapidly evolving digital landscape and foster growth within a dynamic team.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Responsible for the delivery of biddable activations, supporting the Group Practices Director to develop a team that is consistently flawless in delivery & accuracy across all aspects.
Ensure adherence to best practices across key platforms (e.g. Google, Meta, TikTok) in all markets
Engage with client teams to prioritise and address opportunities in a timely manner
Assist client teams in identifying and testing new and relevant platform betas
Implement and oversee performance monitoring systems to track progress, identify risks, and formulate mitigation strategies
Be a key POC from MMD team into agency brands
Cultivate a collaborative and high-performing team environment
Core Skills Required:
At least 5 years of experience in digital advertising, with a strong focus on programmatic and paid social
Advanced understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, including Ad Server, DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, and ad verification tools (IAS, DV)
Expertise in planning, activating, and optimising paid social campaigns across key platforms (e.g. Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat), including audience segmentation, creative strategy, and performance analysis
Experience with campaign management tools, audience segmentation, and data visualisation platforms
Proven ability to work with SaaS platforms and automation tools, such as Trade Desk Commerce Connector or similar technologies
Proficiency in financial reporting, data analysis, and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex ideas effectively
In Depth, this role will focus on
Product
Execute supply-side strategies using PubMatic, Index Exchange, and Magnite.
Identify and act on opportunities to improve supply path efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Partner with product and technology teams to advance automation, integration, and scalability in programmatic workflows.
Benchmark cost and quality internally and collaborate with audit, Group, client, and global/regional agency partners to ensure maximum value extraction and both internal and external benchmarking can be executed effectively.
Stay informed about emerging technologies, regulations, and trends in the New Zealand programmatic marketplace.
Partners
Manage supply-side relationships, including SSPs, ad networks, and publishers, ensuring alignment with campaign and client objectives
Educate and onboard publishers about software and best practices to ensure optimal use and integration
Collaborate with trading desks & agency partners to present SPO strategies that drive business value
Profitability
Oversee and optimise the programmatic sales pipeline using tools like Salesforce and Wrike.
Manage monthly financial processes, including DSP reporting (TTD, DV360), billing queries, and actualisation.
Analyse margin performance across campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
Provide financial and operational insights to inform investment strategies and innovation roadmaps.
As required, responsible for client media audits, media negotiations and billings forecasting, working hand in hand with your key stakeholders to deliver to goals and client KPI’s.
People
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of programmatic traders and specialists. This includes setting clear performance expectations, providing regular feedback, conducting performance reviews and identifying training needs
Facilitate effective communication between the programmatic team and other internal departments including brand client service teams. Including proactive sharing insights, addressing challenges, and fostering strong working relationships to achieve shared business objectives
