What You’ll Do
- Conduct 60-minute psychiatry assessments and 30 minute follow-up sessions remotely.
- Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications in accordance with state and federal regulations.
- Integrate brief psychotherapy when clinically appropriate to support your clients in reaching their goals efficiently and sustainably.
- Collaborate with physicians and clinical leadership for support, escalation, and continued learning.
- Partner with therapists and other providers through integrated care plans, shared treatment insights, and team consultation spaces.
- Use data-informed tools and measurement-based care to tailor treatment plans and improve outcomes.
- Contribute to a growing, diverse community of clinicians committed to redefining mental health care.
What success looks like
In your first 90 days
You will become comfortable with Two Chairs systems, processes, and teams, supported by an onboarding team and clinical leadership. You will gradually build a caseload and deliver exceptional mental health care. You will collaborate with team members and help refine workflows and care protocols.
By the end of your first year
You will have established a robust caseload of clients and delivered exceptional care, as evidenced by clinical outcomes. You will have made contributions to our program and to a world where everyone has access to exceptional mental health care.

all other CA locations | $70-95/hour - New hires can reasonably expect an offer between $70 and $86/hour
- Zone 3 / Miami, Philadelphia, Denver, Austin, Dallas, Houston | $67-91/hour
- New hires can reasonably expect an offer between $67 and $81/hour
- Zone 4 / All other locations | $62-87/hour

Who You Are
- A board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC)
- 2+ years of experience providing mental health services as a PMHNP
- Licensed to practice in Georgia as a PMHNP (additional licensure a plus!)
- Open to obtaining additional state licenses to support company expansion. Two Chairs covers all costs and provides full administrative support for the cross-licensing process.
- Experienced in delivering remote telepsychiatry services
- Passionate about high-quality, measurement-based, collaborative care
- Eager to join a community of clinicians who are driven by purpose and help us build upon our psychiatry program to improve our services and systems continually

The Position
The Revenue Operations Program Manager serves as the vital link between our business stakeholders, technical teams, and front-line users. Reporting directly to the VP of Revenue Operations, you will be the primary advocate for operational efficiency, ensuring that our internal systems (including our CallRail product suite) are optimized, documented, and successfully adopted.
This is a non-technical leadership role focused on requirements gathering, project lifecycle management, and the seamless transition of technical solutions into the hands of our stakeholders.
It’s a fast-paced environment that will require you to work smart and hard, but it’s also an incredibly rewarding opportunity with unlimited upside.
What You'll Do
Requirement Strategy & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary liaison between business units and technical teams to identify and document requirements related to operational pain points; forward recommendations with appropriate stakeholders and Revenue and Customer Operations leadership.
- Translate provided complex business needs into clear, actionable functional requirements and project scopes.
- Represent the Revenue Operations team in cross-functional initiative meetings as required, ensuring operational interests are prioritized.
- Identify points of conflict and surface prioritization needs with appropriate stakeholders and Customer Operations leadership.
Documentation & Knowledge Management
- Author and maintain comprehensive user documentation to ensure internal teams understand system updates and workflows.
- Develop clear process maps for internal toolsets.
- Standardize the handover process by delivering finalized technical specs to the CX and Sales enablement teams for training rollout.
Quality Assurance & UAT Leadership
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions, capturing feedback and ensuring the final deliverable meets the original business intent.
- Manage the QA documentation lifecycle of Revenue Operations owned systems, ensuring all bugs or friction points are resolved prior to full deployment.
System Advocacy & Internal Support
- Serve as the Internal Product Customer for CallRail products, ensuring our team is using our own technology to its fullest potential.
- Act as the "Tier 1" non-technical resource for GTM system-related questions, triaging issues before escalating to GTM System Administrators.
- Maintain and audit sales product calculators to ensure pricing and logic remain accurate for the go-to-market teams.
Insights & Reporting Guidance
- Provide high-level guidance on system reporting capabilities.
- Identify opportunities for better data hygiene within our tech stack.
What You'll Need
Professional Experience
- 4-6 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Project/Program Management within a SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of managing the project lifecycle, specifically in bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical execution teams (SDRs, Sales, Tech Ops).
- Demonstrated experience in Requirements Gathering: Ability to take a vague business "pain point" and turn it into a structured functional requirement document.
Technical Familiarity (Non-Admin)
- Strong proficiency in CRM ecosystems (Salesforce preferred): You don’t need to be an admin, but you must understand how data flows and how objects relate to one another.
- Experience with Project Management tools: Proficiency in tools like Asana to track project milestones.
- Visual Documentation: Experience using Lucidchart, Visio, or Miro to build process maps and workflow diagrams.
Skills & Competencies
- The "Translator" Ability: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain technical constraints to non-technical stakeholders and business needs to technical teams.
- UAT Mastery: Experience designing and leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions and managing feedback loops.
- Operational Mindset: A natural inclination toward documentation, "clean" data, and creating repeatable processes.
- Conflict Resolution: Comfortable managing competing priorities and navigating stakeholder pushback in a fast-paced environment.
