We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Project & Partner Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a professional who excels at managing relationships with external development vendors and has a deep understanding of the technical project lifecycle within the iGaming industry. 

You will be the primary point of contact for our key partners, overseeing technology projects from initiation to completion and ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and according to specifications. In addition, you will manage relationships with external vendors, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and products, optimizing vendor performance, and mitigating associated risks. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, a proven track record in project and vendor management, and a passion for the online gaming world.

As a Technical Project Manager, you will:

Vendor Management:

• Identify, evaluate, and select suitable vendors for IT projects and services.
• Negotiate contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), and pricing with vendors.
• Manage vendor relationships by ensuring clear communication, collaboration, and alignment with project goals.
• Monitor vendor performance against contractual obligations and SLAs.
• Evaluate vendor performance, identify areas for improvement, and address any performance issues.
• Manage vendor contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
• Mitigate risks associated with vendor relationships.
• Ensure the delivery of required services or products within budget and timelines.
• Assess and onboard specialized AI technology partners, evaluating their agentic AI capabilities, integration readiness, and compliance with strict industry regulations.

Project Management:

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Lead and manage project teams, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and performance.
• Monitor project progress, identify and resolve issues, perform escalations when necessary and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Ensure projects adhere to project management methodologies and best practices.
• Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for their use in projects.
• Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of AI projects—from proof-of-concept (PoC) to deployment—ensuring safety, data privacy, and alignment with organizational goals.
• Champion the adoption of AI-driven tools and agentic AI architectures (e.g., LLM-based autonomous agents) to automate repetitive workflows, optimize internal processes, and enhance overall delivery efficiency.

Leadership Responsibilities

• May be responsible for managing a team of project coordinators, technical staff, or vendor management specialists.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to team members.
• Set performance expectations, provide improvement suggestions, conduct performance reviews, and support employee development.
• Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team environment.
• Manage team budgets and resources.

What you will bring

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in IT project management, with a strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Demonstrated experience (typically 3+ years) in vendor management, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and performance management.
• Technical proficiency in relevant IT areas, such as software development, infrastructure, or systems integration.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Knowledge of IT procurement processes and best practices.
• Practical experience or a strongly demonstrated interest in Artificial Intelligence, Large Language Models (LLMs), and emerging Agentic AI frameworks
• Familiarity with the unique challenges of AI/ML project lifecycles, including prompt engineering, model evaluation, and mitigating risks associated with autonomous system deployments
• A proactive approach to evaluating how cutting-edge technologies (like Generative AI) can solve traditional operational bottlenecks
• PMP or other relevant project management certification is a plus.

This position reports to the Data Privacy Director. The successful candidate will support the Data Privacy team on a wide range of assigned and special projects, such as the execution of routine privacy audits, data-infrastructure risk management, security controls, policies, and research reports. The candidate will facilitate development, implementation, and monitoring of compliance with policies, international standard practices, and privacy regulatory frameworks around the world. 

What you'll be doing:

• Conduct research and analysis on data privacy regulations and industry frameworks, and compile relevant documentation to support data protection obligations across multiple countries.
• Research and prepare guidance of the business impact of proposed changes in data privacy laws and practice.
• Develop, implement, and maintain global privacy and data protection policies, notices, controls, and internal procedures.
• Advise internal stakeholders on their obligations under applicable privacy laws, facilitating informed decision-making and the achievement of business objectives.
• Draft and review data processing agreements (DPAs).
• Perform DPIAs, LIAs, and other compliance monitoring and risk assessment activities, as required.
• Maintain and review records of processing activities (RoPA).
• Collaborate with information security, product, procurement, and other functions to enhance the privacy program and assess risks related to technology systems and innovations.
• Conduct compliance audits and report on identified risks.
• Analyze and report on the effectiveness of privacy by design and default strategies, data governance, and data risk management.
• Support the development and implementation of systems and processes for privacy and data protection compliance.
• Handle data subject requests.

What you'll need to be successful:
Must-haves:

• Proven experience (2+ years) in data protection, privacy, or related areas .
• Educational background in Law or a related field (e.g., Law, Information Security, Computer Science).
• Knowledge of European data protection laws and practices, including an in-depth understanding of GDPR and emerging privacy regulations.
• Knowledge of Canadian and U.S. privacy regulations, as well as global standards and frameworks.
• Understanding of technical concepts (e.g., web applications, cloud computing).
• Experience with privacy or security audits is considered an advantage.
• Solid understanding of information security principles and methodologies.
• Professional certifications in privacy (e.g., CIPP, CIPT), risk management, or audit are a plus.
• Experience advising online technology companies and data-driven businesses across multiple jurisdictions is an advantage.
• Inquisitive, self-starter with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Role Overview
We are looking for a SAP Consultant (MM / FI). In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, configuring SAP modules, and supporting end-to-end ERP implementations. You will work closely with business teams to design reliable solutions and ensure seamless system performance across the organization.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Analyze, design, and implement solutions in SAP MM or SAP FI, based on business needs.
• Gather and document requirements from Procurement, Logistics, Finance, and related teams.
• Configure SAP modules using SPRO and perform functional testing throughout project phases.
• Participate in SAP implementation projects, including rollouts, upgrades, and S/4HANA migrations.
• Troubleshoot functional and technical issues, ensuring smooth daily operations for key users.
• Collaborate with other SAP modules (SD, CO, PP, WM) to ensure seamless cross-functional integration.

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years of experience as a SAP MM or SAP FI Consultant.
• Strong understanding of SAP processes such as purchasing, inventory management, financial postings, or asset accounting.
• Hands-on experience in configuration, system customization, and functional design.
• Ability to support testing cycles (unit, integration, UAT) and guide users during go-live phases.
• Solid experience with SAP S/4HANA and familiarity with SAP Fiori environments.
• Excellent communication skills, analytical thinking, and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Nice to Haves

• Experience with SAP Activate, Agile methods, or project management processes.
• Familiarity with EDI, IDocs, BAPIs, or debugging in SAP GUI.
