What we are looking for

• Observability & Monitoring: Deep experience building dashboards and tracking SLAs/SLOs using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Coralogix, Splunk, or Loki.
• Programming & Automation: Proficiency in scripting and coding to automate manual tasks (eliminate "toil") and build reliability tools. Strong skills in .NET, Python, Powershell or Bash are highly preferred.
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC) & Cloud: Experience provisioning and managing infrastructure using Terraform or Ansible, along with a solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Containerization & Orchestration: Hands-on experience scaling and managing distributed systems using Kubernetes (K8s) and Docker.
• CI/CD & Change Management: Familiarity with deployment pipelines (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Team City, Octopus) to ensure safe, automated rollouts that don't cause incidents.

As a Site Reliability Engineer, your primary objective will be to ensure stability, reliability, and performance of the areas service across our main online casino product.

Our Product Development organisation is truly Global with cross functional teams spanning 6 Tech Hubs – Malta, Budapest, Stockholm, Tallinn, Kyiv and Athens. As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will:

• Together with a team of engineers, you will enable and enhance the day-to-day operational workflows of critical applications and services in a 24x7x365 environment located in cloud and physical data centres.
• Continuously improve application observability to ensure the uptime and reliability of our applications and infrastructure;
• Utilize a wide variety of open source technologies to create fault-tolerant, scalable and secure high-performance services and pipelines on a global scale.

What you'll bring

• 3-5 years experience building scalable production environments;
• Experience with, or understanding of, source code control systems, versioning, branching and merging, configuration, build management, artefact repos, automated build tools, automated testing frameworks and automated deployment frameworks;
• Extensive working experience on Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery procedures and tools (eg. Jenkins, Gitlab CI), since you will be maintaining and supporting automated build pipelines;
• Strong Scripting skills (BASH, Powershell, Python, Go, Ruby etc.);
• Strong experience using Docker containers and container orchestration tools (preferably Kubernetes);

We are looking for a Database Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing our MS SQL Server environments, with a strong focus on availability, security, and performance. You will play a key role in ensuring the continuous operation of our databases, particularly in complex, high-availability scenarios such as Availability Groups. In addition, you will apply your knowledge of alternative database engines, such as MongoDB and CockroachDB, along with your expertise in cloud-based database administration.

• Provide comprehensive day-to-day support, monitoring, troubleshooting, and administration for multiple MS SQL databases, with a particular focus on high-availability configurations like Availability Groups.
• Diagnose and resolve complex performance and availability issues, performing in-depth root cause analysis to prevent future occurrences.
• Oversee database maintenance processes, including performance tuning, index management, and job automation, ensuring optimal operation.
• Develop and enforce backup and recovery policies, ensuring database resilience and disaster recovery readiness.
