The Wolt Market Talent Acquisition Operations team is evolving into a strategic, centralized function that enables scalable, efficient, and data-driven hiring across all international markets. As Wolt Market continues to grow, we are shifting from manual, recruiter-led processes to a more standardized, technology-enabled hiring model powered by tools like Greenhouse and Fountain.

Our goal is to build a highly efficient, automated hiring engine that supports rapid expansion across diverse geographies, while maintaining strong candidate experience and operational consistency. This requires leaders who can blend talent acquisition expertise with program management, analytics, and continuous improvement.

About the Role

As a Lead Program Manager, you will own and scale high-volume hiring operations for Wolt Market across international locations. Based in Greece, you will lead a team of recruiters and sourcers responsible for delivering hiring outcomes at scale through Greenhouse and Fountain (including automated assessments).

This is a hands-on leadership role where you will balance team management with program ownership—driving execution while continuously improving processes, workflows, and funnel performance. You will focus on building repeatable, scalable hiring systems that reduce manual effort and increase speed, quality, and consistency.

This role is ideal for someone with a Talent Acquisition background who is looking to grow into Program Management, and who brings a strong analytical mindset, ownership mentality, and passion for process improvement.

• Lead and develop a team of recruiters and sourcers delivering high-volume hiring across international markets
• Own hiring delivery through Greenhouse and Fountain, including automated screening and assessments
• Drive end-to-end pipeline performance, from application through onboarding

• Standardize workflows across markets while adapting to local nuances

The Global Support People team partners closely with leaders to ensure our people strategy supports scale, performance, and engagement in a fast-moving, international environment.

As a People Partner – Global Support, you’ll play a key role in bringing our people strategy to life across Shared Service Centers and stand-alone countries. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work closely with local leaders, acting as a trusted advisor while ensuring global frameworks around compensation, performance, engagement, leadership development and org design are executed consistently and thoughtfully at country level. It’s an exciting moment to join as we continue to evolve our Support organization globally.

What you’ll be doing

In this role, you’ll focus on turning strategy into action and making sure our people's initiatives work in real life, across diverse markets.

Day-to-day in this role you’ll:

• Partner with Regional and Country Heads as the main People Partner for assigned countries and Shared Service Centers
• Execute global people initiatives locally, including compensation cycles, performance management, engagement, leadership development  programs, and org design changes
• Lead the compensation processes in your assigned markets
• Implement and maintain job profiles, levels, and workforce ratios in line with global frameworks
• Run recurring engagement and leadership development initiatives and support leaders in turning insights into concrete actions
• Monitor organizational health metrics (engagement, attrition, headcount, ratios) and drive local improvement initiatives

Our humble expectations 

We don’t expect you to know everything on day one, but these are the essentials for succeeding in this role:

• Solid experience in an HR Business Partner or People Partner role, ideally in a multi-country or operational environment
• Hands-on experience running compensation cycles, performance processes, people development or similar core HR programs
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to advise and influence operational leaders
• Confidence working with people data and translating insights into practical actions
  A pragmatic, execution-focused mindset with comfort operating in change
• Ability to work across multiple countries and cultures (occasional travel may be required)

The Sr. Water Quality Client Solutions Manager (WQCSM) is responsible for selling advisory services, construction, and design-build water quality projects. The position is vital to the region’s sales and business development function and actively promotes RES’ solutions across the Southeast, including Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia.  This position can be based in Raleigh, NC, Charlotte, NC, Athens, GA, Charleston, SC, Nashville, TN, or an alternative / remote location within the Southeast may be considered.

The candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of water quality regulations and ecological restoration practices as they pertain to improving water quality, and will have experience in business development/sales, project development, and delivery, particularly in integrated or alternative delivery methods (e.g., design-build, pay-for-performance). This role collaborates with clients in early sales efforts to understand their water quality issues.  The WQCSM coordinates with internal and external project team members to win business, execute projects, and drive growth in this sector. Key candidates will have experience with proposal writing/development, project discovery, advancing projects through a complex, lengthy sales process, and concept development.

The WQCSM works with the National Water Solutions Team to market watershed-scale integrated delivery projects in water quality and resilience directly to prospects and clients across the United States. The position is vital to the company’s strategic vision for landscape-scale restoration.

Responsibilities

• Achieve a defined annual sales target that enables RES to achieve its strategic growth plan
• Prospect and develop a sales pipeline of 4x to goal and drive growth in the core business and emerging strategic solutions
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams in the RES sales process to market its solutions to a list of target clients, to include working with RES’ marketing and proposal teams.
• Position RES as a strategic advisor that monitors relevant client issues and engages with innovative solutions
• Attend and speak at conferences and trade groups, and identify other external leadership roles to elevate brand awareness for RES and drive lead generation 
• Monitor and share feedback about changes in customer behavior and preferences so RES can actively refine its offering

We would like to talk to you if you have many of the following:

• BA/BS Biology, Environmental Science, Geology, Hydrology, Engineering, Agricultural Science, or similar Science
• Three or more years of Regulatory or Environmental consulting experience as a “seller-doer” responsible for leading the pursuit and delivery of projects
• Demonstrated existing relationships with public agencies and regulators, private developers, consulting and engineering firms, non-profits, and academia within the Southeast
• Demonstrated ability to sell to multiple stakeholders and create a consensus that enables a commercial booking
• Experience in the review and preparation of regulatory documents and deliverables, and responding to agency comments
• Advanced understanding of and experience with relevant environmental regulations and permits/approvals (e.g. CWA 404/402/401, NWP/IP, NPDES, ESA)
• Sound understanding of restoration design principles, approaches, and supporting technical information, such as engineering design plans, functional calculations, and ecological data
• Able to independently access state and federal databases to extract specific information and interpret and communicate the results of data collected
• Ability to travel up to 50% of your time, business depending

What will make you stand out?

• Strong familiarity with GIS capabilities and functions.
• Exposure to estimating, scheduling, and budget development for project delivery
• Experience leading a multidisciplinary team in a defined sales process to win projects
• Advanced Degree or additional qualifications in Project Management, such as Project Management Professional, that indicate an ability to work with multi-disciplinary teams
• Relevant ecological restoration certifications, such as Professional Wetlands Scientist, Wetland Professional in Training, Certified Ecological Restoration Practitioner, or a similar credential
• Experience with grant writing or working on grant-funded projects, including federal, state, or other funding sources, is highly desirable.
