We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our Creative Studio team. This is a pivotal role for a designer who is not only a master of layout and typography but also a natural leader capable of guiding a team through corporate focused deliverables.
Reporting directly to the Director of Creative & Technical Solutions, you will lead the design team in supporting the client on a vast array of assets from website updates and internal collateral to high-stakes insight decks. You won’t just be designing; you will be client-facing, presenting your work with confidence, articulating creative decisions clearly, and ensuring the team’s output is flawless.

As an SEO specialist, you are the day-to-day lead for organic strategy execution. You move beyond tactical support to independently managing account health, guiding Associates, and ensuring that technical, content, and authority strategies align with broader client business goals. In this role, you will lead our clients through the most significant shift in search history—transitioning from traditional SERP management to Generative Engine Optimization (GEO). You are comfortable navigating the complexities of AI search algorithms and translating data into actionable growth stories. A day in the life:
As a Senior Account Director, you’ll be responsible for working with clients in the Healthcare division. You will have a broad and varied background with hands-on experience across many digital marketing channels and tools. This role will work to drive performance through integrated marketing tactics across paid, owned and earned channels. As a seasoned business consultant, the Senior Account Director will guide and counsel clients on how marketing tactics can drive business outcomes. The Senior Account Director will manage direct reports and lead cross-functional account teams of highly-talented marketers by working closely to optimize their efforts and provide strategic guidance. In collaboration with Account Managers, they will spearhead service expansions, manage media, craft testing roadmaps and lead tactical pivots when necessary. The Marketing Analyst - Comms, will sit at the intersection of data, CRM strategy, and AI-driven efficiency. We’re looking for an execution-oriented person who owns their work from end-to-end. What You'll Do:
CRM Campaign Execution & Analysis
Build, launch, and iterate on campaigns and canvases in Braze across email, push, SMS, and in-app channels.
Audit existing consumer journeys to identify engagement gaps, drop-off points, and missed messaging opportunities.
Develop segmentation strategies and personalized comms that improve activation, engagement, and retention.
Support A/B test design, execution, and readout — translating results into clear, actionable recommendations.
Maintain performance dashboards and reporting frameworks that make campaign data interpretable for the broader marketing team.
Track KPIs including DAU, ARPDAU, LTV per user, open rates, click rates, and conversion, and surface insights tied to those metrics.
Effectively manage our marketing CRM tool to drive new and innovative use cases that can be shared across the team
Write SQL queries to investigate issues and campaign results using internal data
AI, Automation & Process Optimization
Identify opportunities to apply AI tools and automation across marketing workflows from copy generation to campaign QA to performance analysis.
Build and iterate on tools, templates, and agents that reduce manual effort and improve output consistency.
Stay current on emerging AI/automation capabilities and bring concrete recommendations for how they can be applied within Sezzle's marketing stack.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with marketing, product, data, and engineering teams to align on tooling decisions and ensure smooth implementation.
Serve as a connector between technical teams and marketing stakeholders, translating requirements in both directions.
Facilitate adoption of new tools and workflows by developing documentation, training materials, and hands-on support for team members.
Identify and flag integration risks early; bring concrete mitigation recommendations.

The Senior Organic Search Strategist’s role is to create and execute on custom Organic Search strategies that align with the client’s KPIs using all aspects of Organic Search including on-page SEO, technical SEO, off-page SEO elements and informational SEO Content. The Digital Marketing Project Manager will play an integral part in the overall success of our account team’s delivery and service to our clients, serving as the communications and coordinating hub between team members and the client. This role will report directly into the Client Experience team,, and will be supported by Power’s Project Management Office (PMO).
This role will be an exceptional client-facing project manager, skilled at managing and delivering digital marketing deliverables and solutions from inception to completion. The Retail Marketing Strategist, Organic is responsible for owning the execution and performance of Amazon & online retail organic / catalog management strategy within their book of business. They are oriented towards the clients’ business success, tying their efforts to the greater business goals. They are self-starters, adept problem solvers, and autonomously own their responsibilities. The Strategist works hand-in-hand with account leadership to ideate and evolve the strategy of their service within the broader go-to-market plan of the brands they work with. They are responsible for owning execution, tracking, reporting, and client communication of catalog updates, promotional strategy, issue resolution / case management, online retail SEO and CRO strategy, sometimes with the support of a Specialist. The Strategist is excellent at providing insights and forward thinking strategy to clients on an ongoing basis, and has a strong understanding of organic levers to pull to drive & sustain performance.

This is a hands-on execution role responsible for creating high-quality content, publishing it through WordPress, and ensuring it is effectively distributed through social and digital channels. The role owns the entire content workflow, including planning, writing, publishing, repurposing, and distribution. You are a content developer, you have a strong marketing background, and you understand how to scale the channels of delivery.
