As a Product Engineer at Counterpart, you own problems and drive outcomes. You iron out requirements with stakeholders, partners, and customers. You leverage AI for implementation. You verify the end-to-end result. You iterate until you move the needle.
You run projects with other Product Engineers and AI agents. You know when to delegate to a human, when to delegate to an agent, and when to do it yourself.
Product Engineering exists to collapse the distance between a problem and a working solution. You own a problem or part of a vision. You shape it with stakeholders. You build it with AI. You verify it end-to-end. You iterate until the metric moves.
You work within the Context Architecture, a shared system of documentation, design patterns, and domain knowledge that gives you the technical context to make autonomous decisions at every step.
This is not a role for engineers who need to be told how. It is a role for engineers who can take a problem, fill in the gaps with good judgment, and ship something that works.
Our estimated pay range for this role is USD $90,000 - $110,000 annually. Contractor compensation is determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to, market data, location, internal equitability, and experience.

Role Overview
You will take ownership of development across our web applications and SaaS products. This includes building new features, reviewing and improving existing code, managing technical projects, and ensuring our systems are secure, scalable, and aligned with our long-term vision. You will work closely with leadership and non-technical team members, so strong communication and the ability to translate technical concepts into clear direction is essential.

AI-Enhanced Development
● Use tools like Claude and Abacus to accelerate development where appropriate
● Prompt effectively and refine outputs
● Validate and improve AI-generated code (not blindly trust it)
Deployment & DevOps
● Manage code through GitHub workflows
● Deploy and maintain applications via Vercel (or similar platforms)
● Handle integrations, APIs, and third-party tools
● Troubleshoot bugs, outages, and performance issues
Who You Are

The Contract Salesforce (SFDC) Administrator is responsible for owning aspects of our SFDC instance related to our end-to-end sales, customer success and customer support journey. The Digital Marketing Project Manager will play an integral part in the overall success of our account team’s delivery and service to our clients, serving as the communications and coordinating hub between team members and the client. This role will report directly into the Client Experience team,, and will be supported by Power’s Project Management Office (PMO).
This role will be an exceptional client-facing project manager, skilled at managing and delivering digital marketing deliverables and solutions from inception to completion. They will become part of a high-performing team that gets client deliverables completed on time, on budget and with the highest standards of quality while working in a dynamic, fast-paced and forward thinking agency environment. Responsibilities:
Program Planning & Setup
Translate commercial agreements into clear delivery plans with milestones, timelines, and responsibilities. Organize and lead kickoff calls (internal and client-facing), set up recurring check-ins, and make sure all documentation, logistics, tooling, and communication channels are in place before a program goes live. You'll own the approval workflow for session content — ensuring outlines go out on time and client feedback loops are tight. You'll also manage all program communications: scheduling emails, invites, reminders, and post-program surveys.
Live Delivery Management
Act as the operational lead during live program delivery. Support instructors by removing blockers, monitor session pacing and quality, run client check-ins, and proactively flag and mitigate risks before they become problems.
Continuous Improvement
Lead post-cohort retrospectives and turn feedback into concrete improvements for the next round. Coordinate cross-cohort updates and deliver clear program wrap-ups with outcomes, learnings, and recommendations.
Scope & Commercial Awareness
Keep a close eye on scope. Flag deviations early, partner with account teams on change requests, and make sure delivery stays aligned with what was sold.
AI-Powered Project Management

THE ROLE:
The manager of client finance will be responsible for owning the end-to-end financial health of assigned client projects, with a particular focus on complex creative work and cross-functional engagements. This role will partner closely with client partners and delivery teams to ensure forecasts are accurate, budgets are realistic, and projects are delivered in line with financial targets. Stay current with social platform updates, algorithm changes, new features, and emerging content formats, sharing relevant developments with the team.
Contribute ideas for new content formats, series, and engagement approaches based on platform evolution and audience behaviour.
Ensure the studio's content approach reflects the latest platform best practices for organic reach and engagement.
3–5 years of experience in social media management for consumer brands, ideally in beauty, personal care, wellness, or FMCG.
Strong platform fluency across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging social channels, including an understanding of content formats, algorithms, audience behaviours, and publishing best practices.
Experience managing social content calendars and publishing workflows across multiple platforms.
Solid copywriting skills, with the ability to write platform-native social copy that reflects a brand's tone of voice and connects with diverse audiences.
Experience with community management, including responding to comments and messages, engaging with audiences, and maintaining a consistent, on-brand presence.
Familiarity with social media management tools (such as Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar) and native platform analytics.
The ability to track and report on social performance metrics, with a good understanding of what the numbers mean and how they inform content decisions.
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, competing deadlines, and day-to-day publishing demands without losing attention to detail.
