The role

We are looking for an Early Talent to develop cloud-based integrations on Microsoft Azure. You will work with experienced engineers and gain hands-on experience building API-based and cloud-native integration solutions.

We expect you to have

0–2 years of experience with Microsoft Azure (study projects, internships, or junior roles count).
Basic understanding of cloud concepts (compute, storage, networking).
Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform / Bicep / ARM) — even at learning or pet-project level.
Basic experience with CI/CD concepts (e.g., GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or similar).
Understanding of:
- Azure Networking basics (VNet, NSG, public/private access)
- Compute basics (VMs, containers)
- Storage services
Awareness of identity concepts (RBAC, basics of Microsoft Entra ID).
Basic scripting skills (PowerShell / Bash / Python — even simple scripts).
Interest in monitoring and logging (Azure Monitor, Log Analytics — basic exposure is enough).
Understanding of cloud fundamentals, security basics, and cost awareness.
English: Intermediate.

Nice to Have

Basic exposure to containers or Kubernetes.
Hands-on labs or projects with AKS.
Azure fundamentals certification (AZ-900) or willingness to obtain it.
Participation in personal/cloud projects (GitHub portfolio is a big plus).

Your responsibilities will include

The Role

Gigs is growing fast across markets, and we need someone to build the operational systems that make that growth possible. That includes compliance -- but this isn't a compliance role. It's a BizOps role where regulatory work is one of the hardest and most important problems you'll solve.

You'll build workflows, design processes, ship tooling, and work across Business Development, Legal, Product, and Engineering. You'll enable how we launch new markets, how we stay compliant across jurisdictions, and how we keep internal operations tight as we scale.

This is our first hire in this area. You'll shape the function from scratch.

What You Will Do

Build our operational infrastructure for market expansion. Own the end-to-end process for launching in new markets: regulatory readiness, product compliance checks, internal workflows, and cross-functional coordination.
Turn regulatory requirements into systems. Work with Legal to understand what's required, then build clear, repeatable processes that the team can follow without bottlenecks. Don't just document rules -- make them run.
Automate before it breaks. Partner with Engineering and Product to embed controls into our systems early. Reduce manual work. Build things that scale before they need to.
Own filings, registrations, and reporting. Manage our ongoing regulatory obligations across jurisdictions. Track deadlines. Make sure nothing slips.
Run audits. Develop audit frameworks for internal operations and customer-facing processes. Keep them current.
Track compliance health. Define metrics, build dashboards, flag problems early, fix them fast.
Keep documentation sharp. Maintain policies, procedures, and process docs that are clear, findable, and up to date.
Stay ahead of regulatory changes. Monitor new requirements across target markets. Build implementation plans before deadlines arrive.

What We Are Looking For

5+ years in business operations, ideally at a fintech, payments company, or other regulated tech business.
You've built or scaled operational systems in a fast-moving environment. You know how to take a messy process, structure it, and make it run.
Real experience with compliance or regulatory work -- not as a lawyer, but as someone who's turned regulatory requirements into working processes across areas like product compliance, vendor risk, or cross-border operations.
Comfortable with tooling: GRC systems, databases, workflow automation. You don't need to be an engineer, but you can build things using AI.
Strong communicator. You can explain a regulatory filing to an engineer and a process gap to a lawyer.

Bonus if you have experience in telecoms, fintech, or B2B SaaS.

What You’ll Do

Lead the design, architecture, and development of native Windows desktop applications using Windows App SDK, WinUI (or related UI frameworks), C#, XAML, and — when needed — C++.
Define and enforce best-practices for Windows desktop development across the codebase: code architecture, performance, memory usage, responsive UI, cross-version compatibility (Windows 10/11+), and maintainability.
Drive accessibility efforts: integrate and validate support for accessibility APIs (e.g. Microsoft UI Automation or other relevant Windows accessibility frameworks), ensure UI controls, focus management, keyboard navigation, screen-reader support, and usability for users with disabilities.
Collaborate closely with product designers, UX researchers, QA, and other stakeholders to shape feature planning, UI/UX architecture, and long-term roadmap for the Windows platform.
Take ownership of full lifecycle of features: conception → design → implementation → testing → release → maintenance. Ensure quality, reliability, and consistency across releases.
Identify, diagnose, and resolve complex bugs, performance bottlenecks, memory leaks, rendering issues, or compatibility problems — and propose robust architectural or design solutions.

An ideal candidate should have

Required:

3+ in Windows desktop application development using Windows App SDK, WinUI (or similar), C#, XAML — and ideally additional experience with native Windows code (C++, Win32/WinRT/COM).
Deep understanding of Windows application architecture, including interop between managed code (.NET) and native code.
Proven track record of designing, building, and shipping production-quality desktop applications, with an emphasis on reliability, performance, scalability, and maintainability.
Strong experience with accessibility APIs on Windows (e.g. Microsoft UI Automation or similar), and a dedication to building accessible and inclusive software.
Excellent software engineering fundamentals: OOP, design patterns, data structures, algorithms, memory management, multi-threading or asynchronous programming (where relevant).
Experience leading technical design, mentoring other engineers, conducting code reviews, and making architecture-level decisions.
Strong communication skills; ability to articulate tradeoffs, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive consensus.
A user-centric mindset: focus on building polished, intuitive, and accessible experiences for end users.

Preferred / Bonus:

Experience with writing automated tests for UI — unit tests, integration tests, UI automation tests; familiarity with relevant testing frameworks.

This role combines consulting, architecture, and hands-on engineering. Your work in the field will directly influence how our platform evolves and how enterprises adopt AI-driven development.

You will work directly with the world’s most innovative companies — our client base includes 420 of the Fortune 500 — ensuring they maximize the value of their JetBrains investments.

What you’ll do

Deploy JetBrains Central platform into enterprise development environments, CI/CD systems, and internal developer platforms.
Help organizations transition from ad-hoc AI experimentation to governed AI-native development workflows.
Implement enterprise AI governance, including security policies, access management, and data privacy controls.
Enable observability for AI-driven development to help organizations understand their AI usage and its impact on productivity, as well as their code-generation patterns.
Design sustainable AI adoption strategies, including usage controls and cost visibility across multiple model providers.
Integrate our cloud-based agent execution layer, allowing AI agents to run securely and at scale.
Collaborate closely with JetBrains product teams to shape the platform based on real-world deployments and customer feedback.
Create delivery frameworks and train JetBrains partners to deliver the desired scope of service.
Mentor and support other Forward Deployed Engineers, sharing architectural expertise and helping to scale the team’s deployment practices.

What you will bring

Experience in software-related projects, ideally in a customer-facing or consulting environment.
Familiarity with Java or Python.
Experience building or integrating developer platforms, infrastructure systems, or software solutions.
Familiarity with modern development workflows (CI/CD, developer environments, internal developer platforms, etc.).
Experience working directly with customers or technical stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to operate in fast-evolving technical environments.
Ability and desire to travel to meet customers.

Experience with industry-specific solutions (fintech, telco, retail, etc.)
Experience with AI/LLM platforms, agent frameworks, or AI-assisted development tools.
Experience in solutions engineering, consulting, or forward-deployed engineering roles.

About the Team

The Cloud Infrastructure Engineering team builds and manages the foundational blocks of ClickHouse Cloud data plane end-to-end. This includes compute, networking, security, and a multi-cloud, multi-region architecture that provides a reliable and scalable managed ClickHouse experience for ClickHouse Cloud customers. Our team is looking for highly skilled and experienced cloud infrastructure software engineers to join our team, who will be responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining our infrastructure.

What will you do?

Architect and build a robust, scalable, and highly available distributed infrastructure.
Build a cutting-edge cloud-native platform on top of the public cloud, and automate our cloud resource management.
Work closely with our ClickHouse core database development team, and security team and partner with them to produce the SAS offering.
Work on routing and traffic components to improve the reliability and scalability of our cloud service.
Systematically improve availability by applying industry and distributed systems best practices.
Design and build security components & tooling: firewall, PKI and certificate infra, zero trust network, etc.
Improve performance and cost efficiency of our infrastructure.

About you:

5+ years of relevant software development industry experience building and operating scalable, fault-tolerant, distributed systems.
Software development experience in Go, C/C++, Java, or another OOP language.
Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, including infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
Experience developing cloud infrastructure services, preferably with Kubernetes.
Experience developing cloud native edge or service mesh services, preferably with envoy and Istio.
Experience leading and shipping large scope technical projects in collaboration with multiple experienced engineers.
Understanding of network topologies, protocols, and security principles, such as VPNs, firewalls, and load balancers.
Knowledge of cloud security best practices, including encryption, access controls, and compliance standards like SOC2 and GDPR.
You have excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a global team.
You are a strong problem-solver and have solid production debugging skills.
You are passionate about efficiency, availability, scalability and data governance.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment, and see yourself as a partner with the business with the shared goal of moving the business forward.
You have a high level of responsibility, ownership, and accountability
