The role

Nebius is looking for an execution-focused Project Manager to join the Cyber Security organization, reporting directly to the Head of PMO under the CISO.

This role is focused on driving delivery of cross-functional cyber security projects across cloud, infrastructure, SaaS, and enterprise environments. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-driven, with a strong ability to move initiatives forward and ensure completion.

You will work closely with security, engineering, IT, DevOps, and product teams to ensure consistent execution, remove blockers, and maintain momentum across multiple parallel initiatives.

Your responsibilities will include: 

Project Execution

• Drive end-to-end execution of multiple cross-functional cyber security projects, ensuring consistent progress and timely delivery.
• Translate high-level objectives into clear plans, tasks, timelines, and deliverables.
• Track day-to-day progress, dependencies, and blockers, and proactively drive resolution.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with security and business priorities.

Stakeholder Coordination

• Work closely with Security, IT, DevOps, Engineering, and Product teams to ensure alignment and execution.
• Facilitate ongoing communication, including status updates, meetings, and follow-ups.
• Support preparation of executive-level reporting and dashboards for the CISO and senior leadership.

Risk & Process Support

• Identify execution risks, delays, and bottlenecks, and work with stakeholders to mitigate them.
• Support prioritization efforts based on risk, business impact, and delivery constraints.
• Help improve project tracking, governance, and PMO processes.

We expect you to have: 

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in project management.
• Experience managing technology-focused or cross-functional projects.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, Monday, Asana, or similar systems.
• Experience working with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery models.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

The role

We’re looking for a Group Product Manager - Security to lead and scale Nebius’ Security Product domain. 

This is a strategic leadership role responsible for defining and executing the vision, roadmap, and delivery of Nebius’ customer-facing security portfolio, including foundational security controls and security products offered across the platform and marketplace. 

The Group Product Manager - Security will lead a team of Product Managers, build and scale the security product organization, and serve as a key partner to the CISO and Platform Security leadership. This role blends portfolio strategy, technical fluency, and people leadership - ensuring Nebius’ security capabilities serve as a foundation for trusted AI infrastructure and enterprise cloud adoption. 

This position is Europe-based with global scope and reports to the Head of Security Products within the Product organization. 

Your responsibilities will include: 

1. Security Product Portfolio Leadership 

• Define and own the strategy and multi-year roadmap for Nebius’ Security product portfolio, including foundational security controls and customer-facing security products; 
• Ensure a cohesive vision across horizontal platform capabilities and standalone security offerings; 
• Translate enterprise security needs into scalable, productized solutions that differentiate Nebius in the European and global cloud market; 
• Drive prioritization across multiple product lines, balancing platform foundations with revenue-enabling security services. 

 2. People Leadership & Team Building 

• Directly manage and mentor a team of Security Product Managers; 
• Hire and scale a high-performing security product team aligned with Nebius’ growth plans; 
• Establish strong product management practices within the security domain, including discovery frameworks, roadmap governance, and outcome-based execution; 
• Coach PMs to operate strategically while maintaining strong execution discipline. 

3. Product Execution & Delivery 

• Guide new security features and services from ideation to launch, ensuring high-quality execution and measurable impact; 
• Oversee backlog prioritization, customer feedback loops, and postmortem processes across the security portfolio; 
• Partner closely with Engineering leadership to influence architectural decisions that strengthen platform security while maintaining performance and usability; 
• Ensure security capabilities are enterprise-grade, scalable, and aligned with modern cloud architecture principles. 

4. Enterprise & Customer Focus 

• Engage with enterprise customers to understand security expectations, adoption blockers, and evolving threat landscapes; 
• Partner with Sales and Customer-facing teams to address complex security inquiries and enable enterprise deals; 
• Position security as a competitive advantage in regulated and security-conscious industries; 
• Drive adoption and usability of foundational controls and security products across the platform. 

 5. Cross-functional Collaboration 

• Work closely with the CISO and Director of Platform Security as peer stakeholders to align product direction with security strategy; 
• Collaborate with Engineering, Legal, Platform Security, and Go-To-Market teams to ensure cohesive execution; 
• Align security roadmap priorities with other product domains to maintain consistency across the cloud platform; 
• Influence long-term architectural decisions to ensure security is embedded by design. 

 6. Market & Competitive Positioning 

• Continuously evaluate cloud security trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings; 
• Identify opportunities to expand Nebius’ security portfolio in areas such as AI workload protection, posture management, and data security; 
• Ensure Nebius remains enterprise-ready and competitive in the evolving European and global cloud landscape. 

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in Product Management, including at least 2+ years leading Product Managers as a Group Product Manager or equivalent role; 
• Proven experience owning multiple product lines or a complex platform domain; 
• Experience building and mentoring product teams; 
• Strong understanding of cloud security fundamentals, including identity and access management, encryption, secrets management, logging, and security monitoring concepts; 
• Demonstrated ability to influence engineering architecture decisions in a cloud or infrastructure environment; 
• Strong enterprise mindset with experience supporting complex customer requirements; 
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to operate effectively alongside senior leaders such as CISO, Security Leadership, and Engineering Directors; 
• Data-driven and execution-oriented, with the ability to translate strategy into shipped products.

• Experience delivering customer-facing security products or platform security capabilities;

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate of security incidents across Nebius’ cloud, infrastructure, and corporate environments.
• Act as Incident Commander during major incidents, driving containment, eradication, and recovery efforts.
• Support and maintain clear incident classification, escalation, and decision-making frameworks.
• Ensure 24/7 readiness through on-call structures, runbooks, and playbooks.

• Oversee advanced incident triage and forensic investigations across:
• Cloud platforms
• Network and perimeter security

• Support audits, regulatory inquiries, and executive reporting related to security incidents.

• Serve as the primary incident response interface to:
• CISO and executive leadership
• Legal, Privacy, Compliance, and Communications teams
• Infrastructure, Network, IT, Platform, and Engineering leadership
• Deliver clear, factual, and risk-based incident briefings to senior leadership.
• Support customer and partner communications when security incidents impact trust or service availability.

• Support Nebius’ incident response program, including:
• Playbooks and runbooks
• Tabletop exercises and simulations
• Red/blue/purple team coordination
• Drive lessons-learned processes and ensure findings result in measurable control improvements.
• Define and track incident response KPIs (MTTD, MTTR, containment effectiveness).

• 8+ years in cybersecurity, with significant hands-on incident response leadership experience.
• Proven experience leading large-scale, high-impact security incidents in cloud or infrastructure-heavy environments.
• Experience operating in regulated or compliance-driven environments (SOC, ISO, financial services, cloud providers, etc.).

• Strong understanding of:
• Cloud security architectures
• Network security, IAM, endpoint security, and logging pipelines
• Threat actor tactics, techniques, and procedures (MITRE ATT&CK)
• Practical experience with SIEM, SOAR, EDR, NDR, and forensic tooling.
• Ability to validate technical findings independently and challenge assumptions.

The role

We’re looking for a Security Product Manager to join our team. Security Product Manager is responsible for conveying the company’s security strengths to customers, partners and the market at large. This includes participating in relevant security partnership initiatives, influencing security positioning and branding, and working closely with internal teams to ensure company’s security posture and security products is communicated effectively to all stakeholders. By combining expertise in compliance requirements with a customer-centric approach, Security Product Manager helps position security as a competitive advantage rather than just an internal obligation. 

Your responsibilities will include: 

1. Product Management 

• Define the vision and roadmap for Nebius’ security products. 
• Owning the ideation, postmortem, prioritization, backlog, and customer feedback processes. 
• Guiding new features, systems and services from inception to launch, while keeping customers at the center of everything. 

2. Customer-facing communications 

• Lead public-facing communications around security updates or changes in compliance status. 
• In the event of a security incident, coordinate user messaging (email notifications, press releases, FAQs) with support from the Head of Security Products and CISO. 
• Gather user feedback on user experience and security to guide continuous improvements. 

 3. Competitive analysis and market research 

• Conduct ongoing research on industry benchmarks, emerging security standards and technologies, and competitor certifications. 
• Identify gaps and opportunities in organization’s product security posture; propose strategic initiatives that differentiate the company’s security story in the market. 
• Stay informed about new regulations or frameworks that may influence future product certifications or transparency requirements (e.g., privacy laws, data sovereignty standards). 

 4. Certification and audit support, service ownership 

• Collaborate with the CISO office to gather technical evidence or make necessary product enhancements that satisfy certification requirements. 
• Take ownership of some security-related services of Cloud platform. 
• Track and maintain a certification roadmap (ISO 27001, SOC 2, HIPPA, etc.), working closely with CISO, GRC & Compliance, Corporate Security departments. Communicate timelines, goals and status updates to leadership and sales representatives. 

5. Cross-functional collaboration 

• Coordinate with multiple Product Managers to align security goals with other product roadmaps, ensuring a consistent narrative between product security and external messaging. 
• Work with Platform Security, GRC & Corporate Security and legal teams to gather essential information for security products enhancements (e.g., penetration test summaries, compliance reports). 
• Work with Customer-facing teams to address client inquiries about security posture and guide them on using security features optimally. 

We expect you to have: 

• 3+ years of Product Management or Program Management experience with a focus on security initiatives. 
• Basic knowledge of compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR) and familiarity with how they translate into business value. 
• Proven ability to communicate technical concepts in a clear, customer-friendly manner (e.g., writing content, speaking at webinars or conferences). 
• Stakeholder management skills to align with other Product Managers, CISO staff, engineering, marketing, and customer-facing teams. 
• Analytical mindset: comfortable defining success metrics (e.g., security feature adoption, NPS around trust, certification progress) and making data-driven decisions. 
• Project management skills: demonstrated ability to manage inter-team collaboration within company-wide projects, ensuring timely delivery of cross-functional tasks and alignment with compliance goals.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Data Protection Lead to join the Cyber Security organization, reporting to the Head of Security Engineering under the CISO.
This role is responsible for leading the organization’s data protection domain, with a focus on data discovery, classification, and data loss prevention (DLP) across corporate and cloud environments.
You will define and drive data protection strategy, implement controls to protect sensitive data across its lifecycle, and ensure visibility into where data resides and how it is used. The role requires close collaboration with Security, IT, Engineering, Product, and GRC teams to reduce data exposure risks and enforce strong data governance practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and own the organization’s data protection domain, including strategy, standards, and implementation
• Drive data discovery initiatives to identify sensitive data across databases, SaaS applications, endpoints, and cloud environments
• Define and implement data classification frameworks, labeling standards, and data handling policies
• Design and implement data loss prevention (DLP) controls across endpoints, email, SaaS, network, and cloud platforms
• Ensure protection of sensitive data across its lifecycle, including storage, processing, and transfer
• Lead implementation and optimization of data security technologies (e.g., DLP, DSPM, CASB/SSE, data classification tools)

Responsible for helping with Mobile Forensics sales across EMEIA. Responsible for growing pipeline in all the regions across EMEIA. Support regional Jamf channel and sales teams on MF opportunities & also leading customer meetings, demos, POCs until deal closure. Representing Jamf at trade shows and events to further develop regions and to grow pipeline. Focus on maintaining relationships with the existing MF partner network. Working with key strategic existing accounts to prevent churn, to ensure customers are best utilising the tool and see the most value from the tool. Relationships with Product and R&D to ensure being fully abreast of product changes and recent security findings, to ensure these are correctly cascaded to new and existing customers & the partner network.

THE ROLE

Everpure is seeking a Cloud and Data Services Account Executive to accelerate growth of the Portworx and Everpure Cloud across our EMEA (North) accounts. You will own a number of named customers and prospects, build and execute multi year account plans, and drive platform adoption with a focus on business outcomes such as resilience, risk reduction, faster application delivery, and operational efficiency.

You will work closely with cross functional teams across Everpure and the Cloud and Data Services team, including Systems Engineering, Customer Experience, Marketing, Partner teams, Product, and field leadership. This is a high impact individual contributor role with a strong emphasis on strategic planning, disciplined execution, and customer intimacy.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise and commercial accounts, delivering against annual and multi year revenue targets.
• Build and execute account plans that map buying centres, application priorities, Kubernetes roadmaps, and transformation programmes.
• Develop executive relationships across CIO, CTO, CISO, Head of Infrastructure, Platform Engineering, SRE, and Application leaders.
• Lead complex sales cycles from discovery through close, including security, risk, procurement, architecture review, and legal processes.
• Position Portworx around measurable outcomes: application resilience, ransomware recovery, data protection, regulatory compliance, cloud portability, and modernisation at scale.
• Orchestrate account teams and partner ecosystems, including GSIs, cloud providers, and regional partners, to drive pipeline creation and deal execution.
• Run a rigorous, value based sales process tailored to cloud native software, with accurate forecasting and strong hygiene in Salesforce and forecasting tools.
• Partner with Customer Experience to expand adoption post sale, identify expansion triggers, and build customer advocacy within the Manufacturing and Automotive community.
• Stay ahead of competitive dynamics in Kubernetes data services, backup and recovery, and container storage, using insights to sharpen strategy and messaging.
• Represent Portworx in customer meetings and relevant industry events, with a field first mindset.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Proven enterprise software sales experience, with a track record of closing and expanding high value, multi stakeholder deals in large organisations.
• Demonstrable experience selling into commercial & enterprise accounts, with an understanding of procurement, governance, risk, and security requirements.
• Strong grasp of cloud native concepts and the Kubernetes ecosystem, plus the ability to credibly engage architects and platform teams.
• Experience selling to both technical and executive stakeholders, translating technical capabilities into business value and risk outcomes.
• Disciplined pipeline generation, qualification, deal management, and forecasting, with strong operational habits in SFDC.
• Comfort working in a matrixed environment, influencing cross functional teams without direct authority.
• Strong communication and programme management skills, with clear account planning and stakeholder alignment.
• A customer first mindset and a bias for action, with resilience and curiosity.
• Business proficiency in both local language (Dutch, Swedish or Danish) and English.
