About The Role 

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Operations Associate to support and enable Sales teams across the region, ensuring they operate efficiently, accurately and at scale. This individual will oversee day-to-day sales processes, maintain data integrity across Salesforce and other operational tools, prepare performance and productivity reports, and ensure seamless coordination between cross-functional teams. 

The Sales Operations Associate will play a pivotal role in monitoring sales team performance against required standards and supporting continuous improvement. With the guidance and collaboration of the Revenue Operations team, this individual will introduce new methods, streamline workflows, and enhance existing processes to elevate overall sales effectiveness. 

This role requires close partnership with Revenue Operations, Sales, Finance and HR teams to design, implement, and maintain tools and processes that align with organizational goals and drive operational excellence. 

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive, with a strong ability to optimize workflows, solve operational bottlenecks, and improve the entire sales execution cycle. 

What You Will Do

• Build, maintain, and update commission models, and ensure the accurate and timely calculation, management, and reporting of sales commissions across the Middle East. 
• Clean, maintain, and validate Salesforce data to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Support the creation, optimization, and documentation of sales workflows & standard operating procedures (SOPs). 
• Oversee inbound lead routing, deal stage progression, and handoffs to ensure smooth execution and quick issue resolution. 
• Support the configuration and troubleshooting of sales tools across the tech stack. 
• Work closely with Sales, Finance, and HR Teams to understand requirements, develop necessary tools, and ensure alignment with overall business strategies. Act as a liaison between departments to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate data flow. 
• Conduct regular audits of sales processes to ensure they are efficient, cost-effective, and aligned with internal policies and external compliance requirements. Identify gaps that impact productivity or revenue, address discrepancies proactively, and recommend strategic improvements that help sales teams sell more effectively. 
• Support the Sales team in generating monthly reports and administrative tasks as required by the business unit or specific projects. Ensure timely submission of all reports and maintain organized documentation. 
• Actively contribute to strategic discussions around sales performance metrics, compensation structures, and their impact on the business. 
• Prepare detailed performance reports, pipeline summaries and dashboards for leadership review. 
• Track sales performance against targets and highlight variances or areas requiring attention. 
• Collaborate with the systems team to ensure accurate data tracking and integration.
• Provide ad-hoc analyses and recommendations to support business decisions. 

What We Are Looking For

• 1-3 years of experience as a Sales Operations Associate
• Familiarity with Salesforce for data management and integration (requirement). 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail, ensuring accuracy in development, reports and calculations. 
• Advanced proficiency in data tools like Excel, Google Sheets, and other analytical platforms. 
• Excellent verbal and written English (Fluent) and Arabic (Native) communication skills to convey complex data insights effectively.
• Ability to work cross-functionally, manage multiple priorities, and operate independently. 
• Foundational knowledge of sales strategies and how they align with broader business goals. 
• Knowledge of Sales Tech Stack tools (e.g., HubSpot). 
• SQL knowledge for querying and validating data. 
• Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau to create impactful dashboards.

• Design and implement credit risk frameworks tailored to BRkz.com’s digital ecosystem.
• Monitor and evaluate credit exposures across diverse customer segments.

Who You are (Qualifications) : 

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in credit risk management, ideally within fintech, e-commerce, or banking.
• Strong grasp of credit risk models, regulatory frameworks (Basel III/IV), and digital lending practices.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in risk management tools and data analysis platforms.

Position Overview:

The FP&A Analyst will play a critical role in driving the company’s financial planning, forecasting, and analysis activities. This position requires strong analytical skills, financial expertise, and the ability to provide actionable insights that support strategic decision-making and enhance overall financial performance. The role involves working closely with senior leadership, commercial, operations, and credit teams to provide insights that shape pricing, unit economics, growth strategy, and capital allocation.

What You will do (Responsibilities) :

Financial Planning & Forecasting

• Build and maintain financial models to project future performance.
• Lead the annual budgeting process, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Update rolling forecasts to reflect changing business conditions.

Financial Analysis

• Perform variance analysis to highlight trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on financial results.
• Support strategic initiatives with scenario modeling and financial evaluation.

Reporting & Dashboards

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Design and maintain dashboards to track KPIs and performance metrics.
• Analyze unit economics across customers, suppliers, products, and financing offerings
• Monitor key KPIs such as GMV, take rate, contribution margin, CAC, LTV, and credit performance
• Ensure reporting accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with standards.

Business Partnering

Who You are (Qualifications) : 

Must Have

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration
• 2–4 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related roles.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Solid understanding of P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet dynamics
• Ability to translate data into clear business insights
• Strong communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally
• Strong command of Microsoft Excel and financial systems 
• Ability to take ownership of tasks, own projects end to end, and keep up with a fast paced, impact-driven environment

Nice to Have

• Professional finance qualification (CFA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA) preferred
• Exposure to credit, risk, or financing products
• Experience working in or with construction, supply chain, or B2B commerce

This part-time, contractor, role is part of the Professional Learning team. Seesaw’s Professional Learning team members are all educators with a passion for supporting every student’s learning journey and ensuring teacher success. 

Your Role:

Seesaw is looking for an exceptional educator who is ready to use their experience, knowledge and skills to facilitate interactive, impactful Seesaw product training and professional development opportunities for our customers in both English and Arabic. 

This role is customer-facing, and you will be the Seesaw and Little Thinking Minds (LTM) solutions expert supporting teachers and administrators in their implementation of Seesaw products.

You will lead Professional Development sessions for groups of teachers (and occasionally administrators) of varying sizes in a virtual or onsite setting to drive success with Seesaw products. 

Your Responsibilities:

• Deliver virtual or onsite professional development and training to support the effective use of Seesaw and/or LTM.
• Check your calendar, Slack, and email daily for updates from the team and/or sessions booked. 
• Communicate via email and phone to support customers in getting professional development sessions scheduled. 
• Maintain pre and post session documentation and notes in designated systems, including sending follow up resources to customers via email.
• Maintain a strong knowledge of the latest features in Seesaw as well as support resources that may need to be provided to customers.
• Raise any customer issues that arise with speed and urgency, helping to resolve and communicate back to the customer, as needed.

Prerequisites (Requirements):

• 3+ years of primary teaching experience
• Prior experience with educator coaching and/or delivering professional development a plus

• Knowledge of Seesaw and/or use of Seesaw in the classroom strongly preferred
• Knowledge of Little Thinking Minds (LTM) and/or use of LTM in the classroom strongly preferred

• Exceptional presentation skills

• Highly organized, flexible, able to think critically, and a quick learner
• Positive, upbeat, proactive, and professional attitude. Collaborative teammate who is values-driven and supportive
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using technology to present and demonstrate
• Ability to travel if needed - especially in peak season 
• Willing to work flexible schedule when customer demands require it (evening, early morning, as needed)
• Willingness and ability to travel throughout the MENA region is preferred
• Comfortable with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)

Compensation:

We offer competitive virtual per session and daily onsite rates for training delivery and preparation.

Reimbursement:

When required, travel and lodging is reimbursed within 15 days of invoice submission.
