In this position, you will foster strong relationships with EAP providers, unions, corporate employers, and workplace wellness programs to connect employees and their families to Charlie Health’s services. This role focuses on building meaningful relationships, strengthening referral pathways, and ensuring that employees and their families can easily access Charlie Health’s Intensive Outpatient Programming.

You will serve as a trusted partner and educator to workforce stakeholders, identifying needs, reducing barriers to care, and ensuring seamless collaboration across partnerships. You will be responsible for educating key stakeholders about our offerings, addressing access barriers, and designing programs tailored to the unique mental health needs of employee populations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and operationalize a go-to-market strategy specifically focused on Labor, Union, and Employer corporate partners
• Create, build, and manage relationships with key Labor, Union, EAP stakeholders, HR leaders, and benefits managers across priority markets
• Conduct cold outreach, host educational meetings, presentations, and outreach activities aimed at raising awareness of Charlie Health’s mental health resources
• Conduct in-person field outreach (3–4 days/week), leading meetings with employer-based stakeholders and community partners.
• Identify challenges in mental health access within corporate environments and collaborate with EAP providers to overcome barriers.
• Design tailored outreach strategies to engage and support HR teams, wellness coordinators, and employee resource groups
• Deepen Charlie Health’s penetration across existing Labor, Union, and Employer partnerships and collaborate on long-term initiatives
• Attend and lead educational events, presentations, and outreach efforts for HR teams, corporate partners, and EAP providers to maintain engagement
• Synthesize and share feedback from Labor, Union, and EAP partners and stakeholders to inform the company's marketing and product strategies
• Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product, client success, and legal, to achieve go-to-market goals in the Employer channel

Requirements

• Must reside in Washington, Oregon, Alaska
• You have 5-8+ years proven sales experience - owning & overachieving KPIs is a plus
• Experience working with or selling to unions, employers, and Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs)
• Must thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment; highly self-initiated with a strong desire to win
• Ability to build relationships, educate, and collaborate with Labor, Union, and Employer leaders and corporate partners
• Ability to travel regionally; must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Ability to energize, advise & persuade senior corporate personnel 
• Exceptional ability to energize, advise, and influence senior corporate and organizational leaders
• Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and listening skills with a natural consultative approach
• Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment

The total target base compensation for this role will be between $70,000 and $93,000 per year at the commencement of employment. In addition to base compensation, this role offers a target performance-based bonus. The target total cash compensation range, including potential bonus, will be between $92,000 and $120,000 per year. Please note, pay will be determined on an individualized basis and will be impacted by location, experience, expertise, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. Further, cash compensation is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may include stock options and other Charlie Health-sponsored benefits. #LI-Remote

The base salary is $150,000 plus variable/commission.  The total target compensation for this role is $300,000, however there is no cap on variable pay.  Heartflow offers a robust benefits package. #LI-KS1

Job Description:

The Territory Sales Manager (TSM) will be the face of Heartflow within a specific geographic region. The TSM will sell and promote Heartflow’s FFRct product by developing new accounts and expanding usage in current accounts. The Heartflow analysis is a first-of-its-kind noninvasive technology that helps clinicians diagnose and treat patients with suspected coronary artery disease (CAD).

Job Responsibilities:

• Drive sales of Heartflow’s technology at new accounts, including prospecting, quoting, and closing new business
  • Develop a pipeline of opportunities within the assigned geography
  • Schedule sales calls to meet with current and potential customers
  • Manage the sales process of Heartflow into new centers
  • Build and maintain relationships with Interventional Cardiologists, Cardiologists, Radiologists, and other key clinical stakeholders (and other key decision makers) to grow and develop business
  • Educate customers on Heartflow’s value proposition by giving presentations / having discussions with key decision makers
• Drive penetration of Heartflow’s technology within existing accounts
  • Maintain and build relationships with referring physicians other key clinical stakeholders within the assigned geography to grow and develop business within existing accounts
  • Promote / champion Heartflow and build advocacy
• Be accountable to achieve sales goals in the assigned geography
• Collaborate with the commercial team to develop detailed plans / strategies for Heartflow adoption and penetration within the assigned geography
• Coordinate priorities / activities of a team that includes CT Applications specialists, Implementation Managers, Field Billing Specialists (and others) to drive sales, increase adoption, and deliver excellent customer service
• Gather “voice of customer” input to guide product development and market strategy. The Territory Account Manager will be expected to develop extremely deep relationships with key customers throughout the region
• Utilize salesforce.com to manage all facets of business (sales leads, activities, etc.)
• This is a home-based position with up to 30-50% travel

Skills Needed:

• History of proven sales skills and sales achievements
• Experience in a sales with Cardiology (radiology experience is a plus)
• Knowledge/experience developing and implementing go-to-market plans for new diagnostic or therapeutic areas
• Deep understanding of cardiovascular disease and relationships with practitioners in this area in your assigned region
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Knowledge/experience in physician education regarding new technologies
• Knowledge/experience creating tactical sales plans for segmentation and anticipated adoption of Heartflow technologies
• Self-starter with high initiative
• A pattern of winning/driving revenue
• Technical aptitude; able to discuss / explain a complex technology
• Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills; ability to work in a fast-paced adaptive environment

Educational Requirements & Work Experience:

• BA Degree
• 10+ years of healthcare and/or business-to-business sales experience in a cardio/cardiovascular environment is required. Medical device sales experience required

Position Summary:

The Key Account Manager will help Braeburn accomplish its purpose by educating Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) about Braeburn’s products and related access resources. This role will help to ensure HCPs are fully informed about the clinical aspects of the product as well as how to obtain the product when making an independent treatment decision for their patients.

Specifically, the Key Account Manager will meet their overall sales objectives by delivering clinical product-related information and providing access related information, in line with Company policies, to appropriate HCPs. The role will require the ability to deliver sales objectives as well as effectively educate on product acquisition, related payer policy, and reimbursement information.

The skills required for a Key Account Manager are Accountability, Adaptability, Business Acumen/Planning, Judgement and Collaboration, Problem Solving, Account Management, Sense of Urgency, Decision Making, and Integrity.  Individual must possess experience within a complex distribution model including Specialty Pharmacy, Buy & Bill and direct distribution.

The Key Account Manager must conduct all work activities in accordance with Braeburn policies and code of conduct.

Specific Duties:

• Achieve planned Braeburn goals, and patient access to product objectives and other expected performance measures for assigned geography
• Demonstrate mastery of sales competencies:
  • Business Acumen – Review, analyze and interpret reports / facts and data to plan and execute territory activities that ensure quarterly and annual objectives are met. Develop a deep understanding of assigned territory, including delivery of care, major payers and regulatory environment. Understand industry trends and emerging competition as well as reimbursement patterns and potential implications to patient delivery. Understand state law and policies to execute tactics within a local geography
  • Scientific Knowledge – Mastery of disease state and product information communicated in a compliant manner consistent with the FDA-approved product labeling and REMS program
  • Customer Engagement – Engage with account personnel to prepare for sales call, uncover needs and opportunities, communicate approved solutions, address customer concerns, gain advance/commitment, post call analysis/next steps
• Using internally approved materials, provide information to help inform physicians and office personnel about access related information for Braeburn’s products
• Effectively manage and support accounts, which includes ensuring product access and resolving/triage reimbursement issues in a manner that complies with Braeburn policies, processes, and procedures to optimize customer and patient experience
• Collaborate effectively with all Braeburn cross-functional partners
• Develop ongoing dialogue with customers to effectively anticipate and adapt to customers’ needs, as well as evolving market challenges and opportunities
• Exercise sound judgment, and ensure integrity and compliance with all Braeburn policies and Braeburn Code of Conduct
• Exercise fiscal control of operational expenses

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) required. Advanced business degree a plus
• 7+ years of pharmaceutical experience with at least 3 years of sales and/or field market access experience in biotech/specialty pharmaceutical/device industries
• Proven sales or field market access performance as evidenced by market performance reports and recognition awards in Specialty Pharmacy markets
• In-depth understanding of reimbursement/insurance coverage for physician-administered treatments
• Proven product launch experience in a highly complicated and competitive environment
• Experience selling specialty products, in-particular physician-administered products such as implantable or injectable medication technologies in a healthcare setting
• Ability to work autonomously to find new business opportunities
• Valid driver’s license and in good standing
• Experience in a start-up environment a plus
• Willingness to travel both regionally and nationally. Some territories may require overnight travel up to 50-70%.
