Nebius is hiring for a driven Account Executive - Middle East & Africa MEA marketplace. Targeting AI workloads across a set of industries and AI-native new logos and existing customers. Based in MEA you will manage strategic client relationships, uncover new business opportunities, work with partners and lead the end-to-end sales process—from initial engagement to closing. Your ability to understand complex business needs, craft tailored solutions, and thrive in a fast-moving, innovative environment will be key to your success. This role requires a solid blend of consultative selling, strategic thinking, and execution excellence to help clients unlock the full value of our platform.

We are seeking a Channel Partner Manger to lead engagement and growth with our most strategic partners in the Systems Integrator (SI), Managed Service Provider (MSP) and Value-Added Reseller (VAR) segments. This senior-level role will work hand-in-hand with the Head of Channel and Head of the Region to develop and execute strategies that position Nebius as the partner of choice for these key segments.

We are partnering with a venture-backed, early-stage technology company building a programmable loyalty and rewards operating system for global consumer brands. The platform enables brands to launch white-label fan engagement and monetisation experiences—including predictions, quests, digital drops, auctions, and ticketing—without gambling mechanics.
At its core, the platform combines consumer-grade applications with a tokenised exchange and settlement layer, enabling branded tokens to be issued, traded, and distributed at scale. Initial verticals are in global sports and entertainment, with expansion planned into additional IP-driven markets.
The company is now seeking a Founding CTO to lead the architecture and build-out of its protocol, exchange infrastructure, and engineering organisation from day one.
As Founding CTO, you will be responsible for designing, building, and scaling the full technical stack, with a particular focus on the exchange and protocol layer. You will oversee smart contract development, liquidity and market mechanics, wallet infrastructure, and the integration between on-chain systems and high-scale consumer products.
This is a hands-on leadership role suited to a senior Web3 technologist who has shipped production protocols and wants full ownership of technical strategy in a greenfield environment.

As a Quantitative Researcher at Vatic, you will research and develop innovative quantitative strategies. You’ll explore large-scale market data, applying novel machine learning and artificial intelligence methods to discover and capitalize on trading opportunities. What You’ll Do
· Formulate and test hypotheses on vast, multi-modal market datasets.
· Build and evaluate ML/AI models (e.g., classification, clustering, regression) to identify alpha.
· Design robust research pipelines and backtests; iterate from idea → signal → portfolio contribution.
· Collaborate with engineers to productionize strategies and improve research tooling.Required Qualifications
· PhD or Master’s (earned or in progress) in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related fields.
· Relevant industry experience, or experience as a Postdoc/Faculty in a scientific lab.
· Proven ability to analyze large datasets with rigorous ML/AI approaches.
· Demonstrated ability to generate impactful research (academic or professional).
· Deep knowledge of time-series analysis.
· Advanced proficiency in a numerical language; Python (NumPy/SciPy stack) preferred.
· Exposure to C++ or a related compiled language.
· Interest in financial markets.Nice to Have
· Experience with portfolio construction, risk modeling, and transaction cost analysis.
· Familiarity with distributed computing frameworks and research workflow tooling.
