Right now, we're looking for a Copywriter & Funnel Associate to join our team.

This isn't a traditional copywriting role where you'll only write blog posts or social media content. You'll work across newsletters, LinkedIn content, landing pages, marketing funnels, and conversion-focused campaigns, helping create content that doesn't just look good - it drives results.

While copywriting is the core skill we're hiring for, you'll also have the opportunity to develop your skills in funnels, AI, automation, and conversion-focused marketing as the business continues to grow.

This role is ideal for someone who genuinely loves writing but is excited by the idea of becoming a more well-rounded marketer over time.

In this role, you will:

✍️ Write engaging LinkedIn content for founders and personal brands

📧 Create email newsletters that educate, engage, and convert

📄 Write landing page copy for lead generation campaigns, webinars, and marketing funnels

🎯 Develop messaging, hooks, headlines, and calls-to-action that drive action

🎨 Create copy for LinkedIn and Instagram carousels and supporting marketing assets

🗣 Adapt your writing style to match different client voices, audiences, and industries

🚀 Support the creation and optimisation of landing pages and marketing funnels

📈 Help improve messaging, user journeys, and conversion performance

🤖 Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Lovable, and similar platforms to improve workflows and outputs

⚡ Assist with simple marketing automations and customer journeys

🎨 Create or adapt simple visual assets using Canva, templates, and AI tools

🤝 Collaborate with internal team members, clients, and external specialists when needed

🛠 Help identify opportunities to improve efficiency through AI, automation, and better systems

Working Hours: This is a full-time role with working hours between 8 AM and 5 PM UK time. We're focused on outcomes rather than micromanagement, but we do expect reliability, responsiveness, and strong communication throughout the workday.

Within your first few months, you'll be confidently creating content across newsletters, LinkedIn, landing pages, and carousels while becoming increasingly involved in funnel creation, AI-powered workflows, and conversion-focused marketing initiatives.

Over time, there is a genuine opportunity to grow into a more specialised funnel, conversion, or growth-focused role as the business expands.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you need:

✅ Exceptional written English

✅ Experience writing landing pages, sales pages, or other conversion-focused assets

✅ Experience creating newsletters and email marketing campaigns

✅ Strong copywriting skills with a portfolio of persuasive or conversion-focused work

✅ Ability to write in different tones of voice and adapt to different audiences

✅ Strong understanding of storytelling and audience psychology

✅ Excellent attention to detail

✅ Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of projects

✅ Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

✅ Strong communication skills and willingness to collaborate with others

Brownie points:

⭐ Canva, Figma, or basic design experience

⭐ Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Lovable, or similar

⭐ Experience with Zapier, Make, or basic marketing automations

⭐ Agency, creator, coaching, or personal branding experience

The ideal candidate is curious, proactive, and passionate about great writing. You notice strong copy everywhere, enjoy understanding why certain marketing works, and genuinely care about producing high-quality work.

You're excited by AI and new technology, enjoy learning new skills, and aren't afraid to wear multiple hats in a growing business. You combine creativity with attention to detail and can move quickly without sacrificing quality.
