We are looking for a working student for our Training Department in Karlsruhe. As a working student, you’ll have the opportunity to apply your theoretical knowledge in a practical setting while gaining exciting insights that can help you in your academic career.
The Young Talents program is currently being developed, and you’ll have the opportunity to play a role in implementing and establishing the training and working student program. You’ll work on smaller projects as well as handle day-to-day operations in supporting the Young Talents program.
Tasks
- Supporting the organization and implementation of training measures.
- Independent communication with departments and other HR teams.
- Supporting the supervision of trainees and planning training content.
- You will be responsible for developing learning journeys.
Qualifications
You are currently studying a subject with a focus on economics or social sciences and are eager to help shape the topic of training and work independently on small projects. Additionally, you possess the following skills:
- You are a careful and flexible person.
- You work independently and in a structured manner.
- You are engaged, open, and strong in your communication.
- You have excellent German language skills and good English language skills.
- You are available for approximately 15-20 hours per week.
- You are available as soon as possible.
