Build a career in Talent Acquisition. Help us build exceptional healthcare teams.
You're probably someone who genuinely enjoys working with people.
You're naturally organised. You notice the little things others miss. You like creating structure, keeping things running smoothly, and you take pride in doing work to a high standard.
You may have already discovered that recruitment is more than just filling vacancies—it's about finding the right people, creating great candidate experiences, and helping build successful teams.
If that sounds like you, we'd love to meet you.
At NIVA Health, we're looking for an ambitious Talent Coordinator who wants more than just a job. We're looking for someone who wants to build a long-term career in Talent Acquisition.
What we are looking for is someone who's eager to learn, enjoys being coached, and is excited by the opportunity to grow into a Talent Partner over time.
About NIVA Health
At NIVA Health, our mission is simple: Helping People Heal.
Behind every exceptional patient experience is an exceptional team. That's why we believe recruitment isn't just about hiring people—it's about building the future of our organisation.
As part of our Talent team, you'll work alongside experienced Talent Partners who will mentor and develop you, giving you exposure to every stage of the recruitment lifecycle while helping you build the skills needed for a successful career in Talent Acquisition.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll play an essential role in delivering an exceptional recruitment experience while ensuring our hiring process runs efficiently and to a consistently high standard.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Posting and managing job advertisements across recruitment platforms.
- Maintaining accurate recruitment records and workflows within Workable.
- Reviewing applications and identifying promising candidates.
- Conducting initial phone screening for high-volume positions.
- Coordinating interviews and candidate communications.
- Conducting professional reference checks and verifying employment history.
- Coordinating background screening and pre-employment verification.
- Verifying candidate qualifications, licences, certifications, and other role-specific credentials where required.
- Performing quality audits of candidate records to ensure recruitment data remains accurate and complete.
- Supporting recruitment reporting and identifying opportunities to improve our hiring processes.
- Building and maintaining talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
As your experience grows, you'll begin participating in interviews before progressing to independently interviewing candidates for high-volume positions such as Medical Assistants, Patient Concierges, and similar roles, while continuing to receive coaching and feedback from experienced Talent Partners.

We're Looking For Someone Who...

- Learns quickly and actively seeks feedback.
- Enjoys improving processes and finding better ways of working.

Why Join NIVA Health?
This isn't a role where you'll spend years doing the same thing.
As you develop, you'll receive ongoing coaching, hands-on recruitment experience, interview training, and increasing responsibility across the full recruitment lifecycle.
Our goal is to help you develop into a confident Talent Partner who can independently manage recruitment while partnering with leaders to build exceptional teams.
