As a Supply Excellence Specialist, you will play a critical role in empowering our operations team to thrive by streamlining processes, developing impactful training, and driving continuous improvement across our organization. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where your contributions will directly support our mission to bake the world a little better, one bar at a time.

About the Role
As a Supply Excellence Specialist, you will partner with the Supply Excellence and Training teams to:

• Develop and maintain custom Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that align with Nature’s Bakery's quality and operational excellence standards.
• Create engaging training courses and campaigns that energize and enable our manufacturing teams.
• Support the tracking, analysis, and improvement of key performance indicators (KPIs) that drive operational success.
• Champion and implement continuous improvement strategies that enhance efficiency, foster lean methodologies, and inspire a culture of growth.
• Leverage your analytical skills and project management expertise to document processes, ensure record accuracy, and embed lean mindsets into day-to-day operations.

The Ideal Candidate Has:

• A background in high-speed manufacturing processes, preferably in food production or CPG.
• Red Zone experience
• Proven success with process improvement, lean techniques, and implementing operational changes.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify and resolve errors effectively.
• Organizational prowess with a knack for meeting deadlines and managing multiple priorities.
• A collaborative mindset and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Prior manufacturing experience is essential. Food manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, PowerBI,  and other MS Office programs; familiarity with Lean principles, IWS, and/or TPM operational principles (e.g., 5S, Kaizen) is preferred.

Soft Skills: Strong organizational, problem-solving, communication and facilitation skills with a can-do attitude
